We had an appointment with Ryan. He was so helpful and accommodating. This store has a beautiful selection of lighting options, which was so refreshing after shopping at Home Depot.

I was trying to replace a ballast and Dial Electric was the only representative on the island. I spent over half an hour on the phone tree trying to get to a customer representative.The representative did offer to contact the company however our conversation was I can help you maybe but reading between the lines he wanted to say Just replace the light fixture. The hesitation was what encouraged me to find replacement light fixtures else where.
