They got my order out quick and correct. Also its one of the most unique starbucks Ive visited, it had a walk up window.

I love this place. A long line for the drive-thru is kind of hit or miss, depending on the day and the time. Everyone is supper friendly and everyone has been appropriately masked up during the pandemic! Love it! Go there any time Im headed down H1 East.

I had the most wonderful experience at the walk up window today around 11:15 am. I didnt catch her name but we totally vibed and I got to share some joy with her while getting my first PSL of the season. The latte was perfect too! Thanks so much for keeping my good morning rolling! 🖤✨

Went on Xmas this is the longest Ive ever waited it took about 20 minutes (25 cars). I wouldnt have waited, but always place an online order. I worked that day, so needless to say I needed a pick me up, and it was raining otherwise I might have gone to their walk in window.Although my drinks were semi melted because of the wait, Starbucks should have a chiller that the drinks automatically go into. I guess it depends if other customers placed on line orders.Friendly service, as they were working hard on Christmas.

I came when they had a rush in early morning. I ordered a what people call a complicated order lol. Ice Coffee , 6 pumps white mocha and heavy cream. They accidentally thought I meant no classic which usually is inside. It’s ok I called told them they said come and we will remake it. They remade it and helped my day get better with the yummy coffee I usually get ! Very kind and friendly staff. Sorry my Grammar is terrible.

I go every once in a while when Im feeling like I have some time on my hands. At the beginning of the pandemic last year, the wait time was excruciating! Lol. Now, it seems that they have a bit of a handle on things and unless the car in front of you has 20 different complicated substitutions and extra additives, you should be good to go in 15 minutes.

Waited 20+ min for my mobile order after the confirmed pick up time. Apparently the printer jammed. Wouldve been faster if I went through the drive through. But this is why Im giving 1 star....of all of us waiting for our very delayed mobile orders...only some customers were randomly given a recovery card (regardless on the size of the order) so everyone waiting could see who received and who didnt receive one while waiting for their orders. The girl before me who came after I arrived and waited 5 min received one while I (who waited 20+ min) didnt get anything. Annoying that there was no consistency in their service recovery efforts.

There was a long line when I went to this drive-thru, but I was happy to sit in my car with my kids instead of parking and taking them in for a cup of coffee. The service was fairly quick and coffee was delicious, per usual.

This place located in the parking lot on Kilauea Ave side of Kahala Mall not only a drive through. It also has a walk up window opposite of the drive thru.

Usually there are long lines but today we got lucky. The lines go fast as long as everybody knows what they want and are ready to pay. We also got the puppachino with our order for our dogs. The only thing wasnt good was they forgot to give us a 4 pump cappuccino that we paid for. Other than that it was a good experience, drive through.

Easy way to get a great cup of coffee

In town, Honolulu area this is like the only drive thru Starbucks if you dont want to get out of the car. All is walk in.

Mobile order but drive thru line was long. They have a walk up window that doesnt have much foot traffic. Parked close to the window a little walk & picked up my order.

I think this must be the fifth or sixth time that Ive ordered the classic oatmeal at the Starbucks drive-thru at Kahala Mall. Either they forget to add the blueberries to the order since they dont read the whole order. Or instead of giving me the Classic Oatmeal with blueberries, they give me the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal with agave syrup and blueberries.I thought maybe it was me who ordered wrong, but as I said earlier, this has happened multiple times. The trainers should tell the workers to double check the orders before they send it out

Great to have a driver through but with so many people working you think they would be faster at getting the drinks out. Ive would in coffee for years and we had to do inside and outside with half the staff. We wish did it in half the time with way better quality.

I love Starbucks. They are most famous for their drinks. They have a secret menu. They also have food for breakfast and treats. They have frappacinos and coffee and lattes. They even have limited time drinks. I would recommend Starbucks.

Used drive up window And they put sweetener in my iced tea without asking me a real pain cause Im not doing sugar so I had to drive around and go to walk up window to sort it out. Thank goodness I was paying attention because the girl is going to reuse the Cup that had all the sweetener in it good grief.

As an in-home computer tutor and repair specialist I live off of coffee and I need to get it on the go. This is one of the only Starbucks drive-thrus that Ive seen on the entire Island. The service was fast and the coffee was good.

Excellent service considering it was almost 10p at night and Im not a regular coffee drinker so I always get confused. The guy kindly made a suggestion and help me make a decision.

This place has excellent staff and quick service. Its no wonder why they always have a line of fifteen or more cars in the morning.I come here quite often and whether its walk-up or drive through they are professional and customer centric.the place is pretty new(ish) and very popular so they run out of stuff very often.

There are days you are enroute to another destination that is a bit of drive, could use some refreshment along the way but dont really want to take the time to find a place to park or go out in the sun for a walk to a store, so the drive thru is an easy and welcome solution. Same old $tarBuck products and service and this location seems to have an efficient team that is able to keep things flowing so there isnt much of a wait as they whip-up your order.

Great starbucks drive thru. Good enough selection for my taste and it even has a window where you can order without needing to drive. Its better to go here if the starbucks inside the mall is busy and you dont need to sit in.

Its Starbucks... Im not a coffee house gatherer, a social networker, nope.Just guy wanting some coffee with a quickness. Especially that first one of the day... Frast friendly service, crazy selection of coffees, name it, they probably got it, only thing... I after all these years of coffee drinking, still get the Sizes, I dont know what a Venti measures and dont care, this is still America... Small Medium. Large, they get it and thats all I care

The quality of the store is top notch as to be expected. The problem is the drive through itself. It directly interferes with traffic flow and parking at the Kahala Mall. Leads to heated interactions with patrons and drivers of other vehicles. I would like to recommend that this be examined and addressed with the Kahala Mall management.

Save yourself some grief and go to the one inside the mall. Not only do the workers here screw up your orders regularly, they also never apologize when it happens. One of the guys at the window always seems offended when its pointed out that they got it wrong.

Not a place to sit and linger over a cup of coffee. Strictly drive-thru or a walk up window on the side near the mall. No shade, so the 15 minute wait for my drink was particularly unpleasant. Wouldnt recommend it.

I love coming here since its easier if Im coming down Kilauea, I can walk all the way down to get my frappachino or a refresher nd also a cup of iced water for my two gurlz who loves coming to get something to drink...we just roll up to the walk up window nd we can order in person or do a mobile pickup nd our drinks will be waiting for us...thank you starbucks for having a drive thru my boyfriend also got me my venti caramel frappachino couple nights ago nd it was awesomely onolicious!!!! They are the best anytime of day nd nite nd also for the hot weather which it keeps you cool

Worst drive thru Starbucks in the world! Slow service. They only care about mobile orders and prioritize those.... then why have a drive thru!!!!! Never again will I come to this Starbucks!!! Had to put my car in park! A coffee that should have taken 2 mins took 20 mins in drive thru... the McDonald’s next door has faster service!! Goes to show you how awful this Starbucks really is!!!! Thanks for making me late to work! Get more staff and train them well so people don’t have to wait in the drive thru for 22 mins!!!!!!! And they didn’t use my rewards for my soy and vanilla! Stay away!!!

This Starbucks is very fast and convenient compared to the other drive- thrus.

This is a specialized kind of Starbucks - itd basically just a drive-thru with a walk-up window. If youre in a hurry, I recommend parking and using the walk-up, as the car line can be sometimes long, and it doesnt move that fast. Tall trucks or commercial trucks will NOT fit thru the overhang/narrow driveway for the drive-thru.
