Starbucks at 2201 Kalakaua Ave: Manager Sellars crew were efficient and quick the few times I visited the store on July 4th 21 holidays.

Expensive but so worth the price. Tried an iced chai with almond milk and pumpkin cold foam and will be going back asap to get it again. So amazing. My friends loved it too.

The drinks were always perfect. I mainly looking for the Hawaiian collection cups and I found a few.

Terrible customer service. Every employee I spoke to was irritated and rude which I usually ignore as they are busy but this was next level. First day the line was very long so we decided to mobile order. The estimated time was completed a little after the estimated time. No worries they are busy. Day 2 we mobile ordered from the hotel and walked when it was supposed to be ready. It was not ready on time again and the order was incorrect but not worth waiting in line again to get it corrected. Day 3 we mobile ordered again from the hotel and took even longer to walk to the store in order to ensure the coffee would be ready this time. Again not ready and took 25 minutes after we were supposed to arrive to get our drinks. Employee extremely rude. I’ve been to many Starbucks and never had such a bad experience. If your are traveling and on vacation skip this location and try some of the local shops instead.

I SWEAR I reviewed them about a month ago, but it “mysteriously” disappeared 😏. Looks like someone is trying to cover up the truth. I’ll get to the point. Ordered through the app, got there about 5 minutes afterwards, waited about 20+ minutes seeing people that arrived after me get their drinks before me. I went in and asked what was going on only for one of them tell me they were out of an ingredient to my drink. They could’ve sent someone out to find me and let me know instead of making me wait, but NOOOOO!!! Apparently, other people have been waiting over 10 minutes as well. I wouldn’t order from them next time I’m in Honolulu.

They always say the crepes + hot beverages are no longer available due to late hours. We arrived at 9:00PM though. So, they close WAAAY earlier than what we as a customer expect.

Asked for a 16oz capuchino (grande) and they prepared a 10oz. I told the staff that it was lacking foam/milk and they said is Ok.. obviously the barista has no clue of volume required vs. paid… will no go backOn top of that, it was delivered cold because barista started To prepare other drinks and dis not delivered mine

Im sitting here enjoying a latte and people watching. Its a small spot to just relax and talk to people for I just met a woman who was married here in 1967, only at a Starbucks youll have that moment in time. Aloha from a local girl of Honolulu, Hawaii.

Nice consistency of being clean and the same across the states. Have to say thats not easy.

Staff is friendly but youll wait 20 minutes or more after 6am. Your better off going to Big Wave Daves if youre just looking for a cup of coffee.

Its a Starbucks! Staff was the most friendly out of any coffee shop Ive ever been in. What are they putting in the coffee? Lol. They have unique Hawaiian themed Starbucks items including drinks, coffee mugs, tumblers, Christmas items, etc.

Order taker failed to get the order right after I repeated the order 4 times. I would like a Quad Venti Mocha breve, please and get a response of Okay, one Grande White Mocha, is that everything?Repeat with some variation 3 more times and finally get the order repeated back correctly but she entered it wrong and I get a hot chocolate drink. It may say mocha, but I cant taste any coffee. And definitely no extra shots printed on the label.$9.00 hot chocolate after tip. And it took 13 minutes. Wasted my time and money. Thanks, never coming back to this location.

Horrible! Placed mobile order at 6.40 am and didnt get drink until 7.15 am! Estimated time ready was 6.46 am. 40 minutes behind on all orders and not telling customers! A LOT OF ANGRY PEOPLE! Stay away! Plenty of other coffee nearby including Starbucks if you must.

This Starbucks is connected to Hotel where we were staying. I NEVER go to Starbucks as I’m a local craft coffee shop kinda person. This place opened at 4.30am which we needed. The Hawaiian Ka’u coffee is so good and the egg white bites, Delicious! Staff is charming. What a surprising treat.

Don’t go here unless you want to wait over 30min for your order. At least in the morning. It always takes 20-30min longer then it shows on mobile orders.

The cashier was super nice but must have actually put our order in wrong, when we picked it up we asked the other woman if we could get it corrected, she grabbed the drink without responding slammed it on the counter and continued to slam everything around, then handed us a nasty looking drink with Carmel all down the outside, not a great start to my day😕

Convenient opening times. Was one of a few places open early in the morning. Had a really nice bagel and coffee. customer service was good. One of the better chain experiences I have had.

Our favorite Starbucks in Waikiki! The coffee is very good but the service is amazing. Always a busy spot but the staff is so efficient and even better, always smiling and friendly. And sitting with our coffee on their exterior terrace on Lewers is a great way to start the day in Waikiki.

A nice place to cool ones jets just off the busy & noisy Waikiki shopping & restaurant streets. Staff work hard to keep customers happy

Staff here is super friendly, although there are only outdoor sitting so during the afternoon hours it can get too hot to be enjoying your beverages. This location. Doesn’t have a restroom either at the location. It tends to be very busy as crowded during the mornings but the staff are nice and works very hard to get your order ready and correct as best as they can.

This is a really small outlet in the the Royal Hawaiian Center. It serves mainly street traffic and the Sheraton Waikiki which it is next to. Decent service. Make sure to ask for a dry cappuccino if you don’t want a latte-like drink.

This starbucks is very small they only have outdoor seating but its hawaii wouldnt rather sit outside anyway. The staff are all super friendly and they try very hard to get your order right and fast. There isnt a restroom here but there are two close by and they were happy to point them out to me. Over all good experience.

The Caramel Ribbon Crunch (I think it was called) was awesome.
