I went in expecting a cute little cafe with murals on the wall but the new place is inside a building with couple of tables in the hallway. I was disappointed but the coffee was really good as well as the bagel sandwich. Definitely a try if you are a coffee lover. Doesn’t have that much of a ‘cute’ vibe from before though.

The place to go for your morning coffee and breakfast . Service is excellent, everything is top notch quality and more than anything made with passion and a friendly smile!

This coffee is way better then your basic Starbucks coffee scattered through the island. The ladies here were nice and made some good coffees for us. The Breakfast burritos satisfied my morning cravings for under 10$. Local small business felt even better to support them because this was the perfect lil coffee shop that hit the spot. Definitely stop here if youre feeling local

We came here twice, which was shortly after they reopened in August. We got the caprese panini, breakfast bagel sammy, the breakfast burrito, and a coffee. Everything was great, and the owner is super nice! Its bit tricky to find (just keep going deeper into the plaza), but its worth it. The food is really affordable as well, especially for Waikiki. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! Lets start with the people that work there.....best smiles, so kind, and so helpful. This is exactly what a person needs to start off the day.Next the drinks.....WAY BETTER THAN STARBUCKS!! Perfectly made. Not too sweet and doesnt have a bittery coffee flavor....perfect!!Lastly the food.....I had a breakfast burrito that was so yummy. The ratio of eggs, bacon and potatoes was spot on. I tasted each in every bite. My boyfriend got the croissant with him and cheese. He didnt want American so they substituted it with havarti. So good!! If your are in the area this place is a must try. I cant forget the cost.....super reasonable.

Kind of inconspicuous coffee shop that is worth checking out. Great for anyone staying near Hilton Waikiki who is looking for a coffee or a quick bite to eat. Recommend the Breakfast Sammy or the Breakfast Burrito

You must check out this place! located in discovery bay in waikiki. they have parking and they validate as well. they have a local coffee with latte design. I just came to check them out and they have really good coffee. they are using our brand new equipment for about a month now. I recommend you give them a try!

Close in location, friendly staff, neat area. Barista didnt know milk options, or drip coffee options at all.2% milk only used in latte, vs having non-fat milk. Good flavor.And breakfast blend coffee taste like McDonalds worm dirt.Pricey for what you get.

Continuing on my path to knock out those bucket list places Ive tagged on Yelp before departing Island. Da HI Brew hits the spot! Da HI Brew adjoins the Equus hotel and doubles as a bar at night (courtesy of the barista). Da HI Brew is a cozy spot up a flight of stairs right off of the street in Waikiki. It is close enough to my hotel, and the food is good enough where I might knock this place out one or two more times before I depart. The vibe is awesome, the barista was awesome, the chill reggae music was awesome. I ordered a large iced americano (mainly because the iced comes in 20oz and a 4th shot). The bacon bagel w/ cheddar stuck out to me and after a quick description from the barista, I ordered one. It is an everything bagel with stacks of bacon and layered with cheddar; she downplayed the amount of bacon and cheddar and it was better than I expected. Imagine unicorns jumping from rainbows that end in massive pots of gold... yeah, most excellent. If there is a place that inspires happy feelings and fun, it is Da HI Bar!

Decent coffee (americano ; the coffee was made well, but the beans lacked much interest in flavour) though a bit dear ($4.50 for a 10oz), cosy outdoor sitting area tucked up next to the hotel (cute how the Panaiolo theme ties in with The Equus hotel), not exactly the... warmest of staff members.

This place is overrated. They don’t have a lot of choices to eat. I was around and hungry in the morning, went there for the rate, and bought egg and cheese croissant 🥐 plus avocado + small cappuccino with 2 shots espresso for $22 , can you imagine?! Very expensive for such a small and not fresh meal.

Cute little coffee & breakfast shop. Almost seems to be an on-the-go type of a place but they have a nice amount of seating for the space. Plesant staff and looks clean.

Very friendly staff. Great environment. Good value. (Maybe great value but its my first meal in Hawaii so not sure how it compares. I know Im happy Im supporting this great space by coming here.) Made me wish our family had stayed at the attached hotel instead of the mediocre The Modern.

Hidden gem with excellent coffee and a small menu for light eats

Walked in and none of the baristas were wearing masks, several patrons were sitting at the bar less than 2 ft from them, and tables were not distanced. I just left and got my caffeine fix elsewhere. Coffee might be fine, but proceed at your own risk.

Had many cups of coffee here and always delicious. Stopped in for a nice cup of coffee and a snack. Out of the way coffee shop with a variety of delicious breakfast sandwiches, and the menu changes frequently. You can park in the Equuas hotel for free. If your on foot from Waikiki and enroute to Ala Moana shopping center just look for the sign on the sidewalk right before you cross the bridge that goes over the Ala Wai canal. Enjoy the delicious strong coffee and a toasted bagel and ask for a stamp card to get a free cup.

This is a tiny little cafe at the reception area of a hotel. Limited menu with a few very nice ladies who work hard to put your order together fresh and fast. Some of the best coffee we’ve had in HNL. Ham and cheese croissant with egg quiche was oven hot and tasty, yogurt with fruit was yummy along with the cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with Cream cheese. Very popular, so can have a bit of a wait on the food-coffee is quick. No parking unless you garage park with the hotel. Recommend for small bites and great coffee. Will return.

Came here for coffee and a bite of breakfast and it was great. The latte was perfect and our breakfast bagels were exactly what we were looking for. Also, the vibe of this place is awesome. Its tucked away so you have to pay attention when trying to find it but the aesthetics and ambiance are cool. Breakfast joint 630-2pm, little bar 230pm-10pm.

They charged me a 1.50 to add a splash of oat milk to an iced americano. Because they said it’s really expensive for 1/4 oz. of oat milk vs. cream?

Nice to have a coffee shop that you can relax and work without distractions, not to mention the coffee and the food are great. I enjoyed brewed coffee that was very mild and had no burnt acidity flavor which I cannot stand. Jen was super nice. I will come back again, and if I had a dog, I would definitely bring him/her along!

I stayed at a nearby hotel and stumbled to this cute and cozy coffee shop. Its quiet outdoor atmosphere. I love the late and the daily special menu they offered. I had Pita bread with bacon, cheese and potato inside. It was so yummy!

This tucked away little oasis had great service and a relaxed, cozy vibe. A welcome reprieve from the hustle of downtown Honolulu.

Was very disappointed by the food here. The ham and cheese croissant with tomato and sprouts was somehow watery and had very little sprouts. The latte was fine, but the coffee left something to be desired in a strained cup.

Great Coffee & Pastries! There are other restaurants like IHOP or Wailana Coffee Shop nearby but I prefer to sit at Da HI Brew for a quiet morning with my favorite coffee and check e-mail. Free Wi-Fi is great. Nothing like having a quiet relaxed morning.

I have a cup of coffee Honolulu in Prince every morning, but I can relax more here.I visited this shop for the first time today, but the entrance is narrow and shared with the hotel, but the back is long. The latte was very delicious, lets go again tomorrow.
