These guys were absolutely amazing. They helped me at the very last minute with an urgent vehicle issue prior to me shipping it out. The thing I always look for in a business is treating its customers like humans before anything else, and they did exactly that. I recommend them to everyone I know now.

Firstly I felt like the entire staff was upfront and honest. You know thats the biggest concern when you go to a repair shop.Cant complement the mechanic enough. They were friendly and showed me all of the work they did to my car plus gave me advice about how to keep it from going back to the shop.Price was fair and manager was honest.If my car breaks again I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Overall I guess my experience here was ok. I did leave with a satisfactory safety inspection which was the goal. However, I didn’t realize that my reverse light bulbs were blown and needed replacing. The young lady performing the inspection told me the lights weren’t working and then said she could check them and she then turned and walked back into the shop without giving me a chance to respond. She came back out with a screwdriver and as she walked by, I tried to tell her that I had those bulbs and would go home and check them myself and come back. She kept walking and it appeared as though she didn’t hear me. I wanted to get out of the truck to explain that to her but I was told I had to stay in the truck due to “CovID safety protocols”. I tried to tell her from the cab but she had already removed the light fixtures on the back of the truck. She changed the bulbs and had me start the engine and put it in reverse a few times to verify the lights were now working. I felt like she didn’t want to hear what I was trying to say and that she just wanted to do this so she could charge me extra for the bulbs and service that I didn’t even want. And charge me she did, an extra $30!!! Holy cow!!! For 2 light bulbs that I already had in my own tool box at home!!! After she was done I asked what their shop rate per hour was and she said $145 per hour!!! Maybe that’s a normal rate here in Hawai’i where I think extortion is the normal way of doing business, but on the mainland you’ll only find rates like that in big cities like New York and Chicago. I’ve been an FAA certified aircraft maintenance technician for 23 years and I have never seen a shop rate that high in the aviation industry.I won’t be returning here for another safety inspection and definitely not for maintenance on my vehicles. Luckily I can do maintenance my self. Anyway, I hope no one else gets surprised like I did. The least she should have done was to say, “sir, I can check and replace the bulbs for you at a cost of $30 additional to the $26 for the inspection.” This would have given me the choice as to what I wanted to do. I appreciate that she was trying to make sure that I left there with a satisfactory safety inspection but at least talk to me about any problems so I can decide what to do about it.

Partner went to get safety inspection done here and failed the first time. Okay, fixed it and passed the second time only to fail a third time AFTER getting everything done at the DMV. We only went a third time for the sticker.

I went in and they were able to help me right away, waive the diagnostic charge and save me much headaches.

I had to get an appointment for a safety check due to covid, however I recommend doing so either or due to limited parking in the area. Other than that service was great, lady was very helpful and quick!

For military on tight schedule it is the best place to go for inspection whether it is your first after arriving to Oahu or annually!

I went to get my safety check yesterday 07.16.19. They were very nice to me and helped me with all the information that I needed to get my car registered. I had very little knowledge of the process. They are kind,fast and very friendly. The lady from the office she was sooo nice and even wrote down the information that I needed . The gentleman who did my safety check he was the nicest person I could have asked for we engaged in a small talk and he was so friendly . Overall a great experience the shop is clean ,lots of parking they got me in and out in about 15 minutes no hassle and no pressure. Thank you so much for the great quality service I was provided.

Ive been going here for years & weve had them do work on @ least 3 or 4 different cars. They always give a 1yr warranty on parts & labor & as far as I know, they still do, but ask them first to be sure. Ive always been happy with their work. I recommend them to all my friends & everyone out there. Its definitely worth your $$$ to get your car fixed here!!!

A friend of mine recommended this place, I tried getting my safety check here but I was treated more like a pest than a customer. They talk down to you and the general feeling And impression I was given was one of inconvenience. If you have any questions I recommend you keep it to yourself because they will not be too happy to answer them and arent shy to show it either. If you need a safety check and this is the last place on earth left I recommend you go without one period. Safe to say I will never be back here again for anything.

NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ! They ripped me off and did not correctly do the repairs. The engine leaked oil, missing two screws/bolts, and leaked gasoline. FAILED ENGINE REPAIR. And mistrusted old friends. I have a 2008 Honda Civic stuck on the side of the road fuel pump went out brought by and I was charged $1500 to replace the fuel pump then I find out they lift the backseat of the car open the panel and twist out the pump then the guy reconnected the old wires and said it’ll still work very unprofessional the girl that works in the office looks like she hates her life looks like she hates all her customers never will I go backThere they should be reported to the BBB or RicoThe fuel pump was only $200 you telling me 1200 in labor to lift up the backseat and twist out the pump yeah they got me good

Their name definitely speaks for it self because they did an absolutely awesome job on my car, they fixed a bunch of different engine problems nearly immediately. Fast work and got the job done right at the same time. Work was priced much better than any of the other places Ive been to. Also really good customer care, I definitely recommend these guys.

Their consistency in customer service is trash. One time theyll treat you one way and help you, they next they change their minds and arent as friendly or helpful. The first time I went here I would have given in 5 stars but this time the quality of service they provided was trash. I wouldnt reccomend this place unless you want a 50/50 of quality care.

Excellent auto repair services.

We arrived just before 1pm for an inspection (impromptu so no appointment). We managed to be first in line with no wait! The team is quick and efficient at the process and provides all of the necessary infomration for registration. It was a very simple transaction, not much by way of pleasentries or bed side manners, but its an automechanic shop, not the doctors office so we were fine with the straight forward business approach. The location is on the corner right next to Pauls place (lots of cars all the time) and parking is difficult if there driveway is full as its a narrow street with cars parked on the side.

Ever have a Jeep with issues? Wait... Jeeps are issues. Well these guys can really help you out. No need to drive out to Waipahu or Millilani. They did an awesome job on swapping out my junked exhaust manifold bolts and noticing and replacing my cracked exhaust manifold. They were even able to work around the fact that my 97 Jeep Wrangler I4 is black sheep when the new exhaust manifold had some fitting issues and didnt fit exactly. Its not the part. Its that my jeep was old and uncommon that they dont even make parts for my exact make any more. Another example is when they were able to replace my power steering hoses and relocate the seperate fluid tank. Yeah, my tank isnt mounted on the top of the pump like the other jeeps.I trust their work. And their price... It isnt cheap. But, the work quality justifies it.

They are good and fast I use to work for a rental company called advantage by the airport and they would be the place where we would go and get the safety check from and its nice and quick. I definitely go there to get my safety check tomorrow

Tl;dr For Safety Check: Very fast, come early, costs $30 but CASH ONLY.I needed to get a Safety Check and every other car shop was scheduled out for a week so I heard from my roommate to try this location. I got there at 8:30 AM and someone came out and inspected my car and within 15 minutes I was good to go! Though they didnt treat me like royalty I needed a service done and they did it. Quick and easy!They are out for lunch from 1130 - 100 so keep th as t in mind.

I wish I could have experienced the high quality of service here about. Several friends had recommended this place to me. I called at 11:40a asking about the wait for an inspection, guy on the phone said no wait right now but could have a wait by the time I drove down. I told him I was on my way. After driving in from town and arrive 15 after my initial phone call, I pulled in and a guy asked what I needed help with, I stated I had just called regard an inspection and he said to read the sign. Well, the sign stated No Inspections. I had mentioned to him that I had just called, and he said yeah, I didnt know what time it was when you called, they on lunch. Heres an idea, maybe let a customer know when there ISNT inspections available, especially when they call and ask. I was hoping to find a solid repeat place for an inspection but I was wrong about this place.
