Prime Body & Paint did amazing work on my truck at such a great price. I needed a repair after someone swiped my parked truck in a parking lot and left a corner of my bumper all scratched up. Not only were they able to schedule me immediately, but they also finished the repair in a day, and they gave me a loaner vehicle to use in the meantime. Knowing that my lease was ending soon on my truck, they also offered to wash, wax, and detail the truck for me, again at an great price. The service was excellent, the repairs were done very quickly, and my truck looked better than new when I picked it up. I fully recommend Prime Body & Paint - they will take care of you!

Totally recommend this shop. I know Don because he is one of our patients at my work place!! My driver side door was hit while I was parked at work and was totally mad at the world. I was scared to use my insurance because I thought that using it will ruin my record. So I was just going to pay out of pocket. Was looking for places to take my car in and remembered Don owned a shop. Went to him and asked him a whole bunch of questions and he helped educate me on how insurances work! This was my first time having to deal with a damaged car, and I was at a lost but Don helped me throughout the whole process. I asked him so many questions about insurances and he answered all of them and gave me some very helpful tips. He is a very straightforward guy and will do his best to help you along the way. I also needed a car for my work commute and did not want to deal with paying $30 a day for a rental car through my insurance but Don has a loaner that he lets his customers use while your car is in repair. So that saved me from having to take the bus and uber. In the end, my car was completely fixed like nothing ever happened!! He also cleaned and detailed my car for me and made my car look like it was brand new all over again!!! Thank you!!!

Brought my 2017 Subaru STI for a fix with them. They were extremely friendly and highly professional. Kept me up to date with everything that was happening with my car. Brought my front bumper here to get painted and the owner Don is a really cool/informative guy! You can tell he really loves his job and passionate about what his job by the way he explains things to you. In my case he was telling me the details in which needs to be done to my bumper before taking it in for paint. My front bumper actually came out nicer than I expected!! I’ll be coming back again to do my rear bumper soon! Also gonna tell all my friends if they need any body work/repair/paint to come hit up Dom at Prime body & paint !!

I was referred to this shop by a friend of mine. My car was involved in an accident and the entire front was damaged. It was not drive-able and had to be towed to the shop. This car was my only family car so I was very devastated.. I thought I would have to cancel all our plans for the entire month..The entire experience was very smooth. Don kept me up to date on how everything was going and was more than willing to explain things to me if I didn’t understand it.With our first conversation over the phone Don asked me if I had a rental lined up. I told him I did not have rental coverage, which sucks because I don’t have a car to transport my kids. He offered me a loaner car at no cost! I was very surprised and of course very very appreciative. I had my sons 2 month check up and my daughters gymnastics weekly and I was scrambling trying to figure out how I was gonna get us there. Don literally saved me so much trouble and money!Initially the car was supposed to be in the shop for 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately it has to stay for an additional week because some parts came in later than expected. Don constantly kept me updated on everything.On top of fixing the damages from the car accident. He also went out of his way to order and install new tires since mine were running low. They also were kind enough to detail my car inside and out!I highly recommend Prime Body and Paint! Don was very easy to work with and I loved how he always emphasized safety for my kids and I. He constantly reassured me that they made sure the car was safe and that he wouldn’t let someone drive away in a car that he wouldn’t put his own family in. I appreciate the time and effort they took to fix my car.. and not just rushing to get my car out or get extra money like I heard some other shops try to do.

Don did a complete transformation of my VW Corrado and he nailed it. Truly talented and has the eye for perfection. Body lines, custom work and paint were phenomenal. Completely made me fall in love with my car again.

I smashed the front bumper of my brand new 2018 honda civic in December, tore off the sport trim lip kit and needed everything made of plastic from the headlights down. I have a pearl white car which isnt the easiest to color match, so i was expecting it to be a little off but no, it matched PERFECTLY. right down to the flake ratio, it looked as though it was the same bumper the car came with off the showroom floor. runs were non-existent and smoothness was indistinguishable from the fender to the bumper. Being a car guy myself and having lots of experience with seeing bodywork and paint jobs through soup to nuts, I would say that this shop is a no BS paint and body MACHINE. It is common in hawaii to have a car sitting and slowly being worked on at a shop for months on end. By comparison, these guys dont sit on jobs and let them stagnate like so many repair shops do, they work fast AND precise.Im truly shocked (in the best way). My car was in a little over a week ago and out today, even with over 6 other cars currently being worked on. Definitely a place I recommend for any bodywork and paint needs. They only call you when they have a finished product and I kept my expectations far too low for what I got when i arrived. How it should be.
