From the beginning to the end, the staff at KW was amazing!! Professional, courteous, clean, timely, you name it they did it. Called me to give me updates on the vehicle repair, timely estimates, answered all of my questions, finished ahead of schedule. I was blown away by their professionalism and awesome work. KW Auto Body did an excellent job on repairing my truck. Janae who greeted me and did the estimate for my truck was very friendly, professional & down to earth at the same time. She made the whole process seemless. When I got the truck back, I was very impressed, it looked brand new, even the interior was like new and super fresh! They cleaned the truck in and out! We selected KW because they were on State Farms list of authorized repair shops. KW made the whole process easy and seamless. We dropped off our car, they had a rental waiting for us, and kept us in the loop through the repair process. They did an excellent job on the repairs and had it finished in record time. When we arrived to pick up our car, we simply left the rental vehicle and they took care of it for us. I would not hesitate to recommend KW for auto body repair work. The work was professional and their approach was customer focused.

Because they are an authorized repair shop with my insurance (USAA) everything was so simple and convenient. Enterprise even works with them and made rental pick up and drop off a snap. 10/10 experience much less of a headache than I thought was gonna be after my fender and side mirror got damaged. I cant even tell that there was any damage on my drivers side anymore.

KW Auto Body kept me informed almost every day via text. No only did they fix my issue that I had on my car; but they also cleaned my car inside & out. Great quality service. Extremely professional! Would recommend them for sure!

5/5 service and quality work. David kept us updated while we got our hood and bumper repainted and was very responsive. Lots of Lexus and other luxury cars in the shop. Our bumper and hood look like mirrors after Steve gave them a complementary polish. They were Rec’d by the dealer and now I see why.

Excellent customer service and friendliness, they were very thorough at checking my damages and explaining what they needed to replace or repair. They finished it in 3 days, although they estimated a week!

Very courteous and friendly service. Very quick and job well done. After I chose the repair shop through my insurance company, they called me the next day and did the estimate that afternoon. Two weeks later I brought my car in for repair. Collision damage to the rear bumper was fixed in a day and a half. It was also washed and the interior vacuumed.

Looks like I never had any scratches on my car. I want to take it back to get a few other small dings out now.

They couldnt get the date I wanted and they will take two weeks to fix the car which in my own estimation should take about 3 or 4 days. I am in construction I do construction estimating and doesnt look like much work to me.

They did work on the rocker panel of my vehicle that required welding and repainting. When the work was completed it looked like nothing even happened. Color matched perfectly and everything was aligned correctly.

When I got my car back the surface damage was fixed but my 1 yr old battery was completely ruined and needed to be replaced, my e-brake was now misaligned, and previously perfect steering alignment pulled hard to the right. Do NOT take your vehicle here.

No help at all they just hung up on me I kept getting passed from person to person no one had any idea what they were talking about

All the cars that are damage have to go to K&W the car looks like new good job
