Took my car here after getting rear-ended. There wasnt a lot of damage and 1 panel had to be replaced. Very fast turn around and they kept me updated. They also washed my car for me. Great job.

There were fast in repairing my car. The guy who bought out my car (didnt get his name) My car was dirty when I dropped it off. It looks like he washed my car and i asked him if he washed my car. He said he wiped it down.. Now thats great customer service....Thank you Advanced Collision Center for going the extra mile ..... I highly recommend them☆☆☆☆☆

I have my insurance with GEICO. After they took pictures of my car t GEICO produce a complete report of repair cost and a list of their collaborated car shop. This shop is the No.1 car shop on the list. I gotta say, their reputation is truly worth of the trust from customers. Their officer workers are super attentive and responsible. They response very quickly to all my questions. Initially I didnt know I also got rental coverage from GEICO, so they make a reservation for me! Although I was expecting quicker finish of the job, but I trust they know what they were doing and didnt rush them. On the day of the pick-up, they did a perfect job for my car. My baby looks brand new, they clean both exterior and interior of my car and even waxed it. They even help me find a leak of one of the rear tire I was having issue with. They took out the nail and patch the tire. They dont have to do it because it wasnt part of the repairing agreement but they did it for me anyway. I am grateful. Anyway, I believe this car ship is undoubtedly best one u can find on this island. Definitely recommend.

The rear bumper on my car was hit twice in a matter of one week (Both accidents my car was parked and unoccupied)! Nothing too serious just a lot of deep scratches in the paint and a part that keeps the bumper on was broken. They were able to get my car fixed and back to me in a matter of days and it looks great! Very happy with the service and the owner of this shop will do everything he can to help you out! He knew I had two claims in on my car since the second accident was a hit and run but he was able to cover all the repairs under the first claim so I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket!

I delivered my car for rear bumper replacement on Wednesday morning. It was promised for 2-3 days later. The front desk employee was courteous and efficient. She explained the costs, the work to be done and the payments. She had my rental car reservation in hand, and the rental car agency was already there to pick me up.I received a call the next day that my car was done. I picked it up at 4:30 and I am happy to report that the repair is perfect. I am very impressed - they did what they promised, the way they promised and when they promised. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with this shop. The crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not just repair the major damage approved by the GEICO adjuster, but also took care of some small scratches here and there on the bumper that I asked for a little favor on.

Great people here. Fast and friendly. Ive come here about three time for various GEICO claims. They do a quick and complete inspection in a matter of minutes. If theyre busy its hard to pull in though but thats any place in the area.
