The batteries for a scooter chair i Baugh 8 months ago died. Took back.had a very long wait seems like there should be more than one person working. But the one man Johnathan working was very nice come out got old batteries. And brought new ones back to are car .would have given a 5 star if it was not for the long wait. They have a one year warranty. And they honor it .no hassle.but had to drive to one of the other locations to pick them up.They are trying to hire help..good luck because you need help.

Brandon was awesome. I got four house batteries for my motorhome at a store in Connecticut a year ago. I guess you are supposed to check the water level at least twice a year but that’s a real pain in the neck because I would have to take some of the wires off to get the caps off and I’m freaked out by electricity. So I put it off forever. It was on my mind for a long time. Yesterday my inverter started shutting off and I didn’t want to lose all the food in my refrigerator so I thought it was the batteries but Brandon spent half an hour taking all the cables off and filling the batteries with water and then testing them to make sure that they were still good. Now I know that they were not the problem and I can cross that thing off my list. I’m very grateful for him!

They did not have the exact model battery that I wanted, but did have one with almost identical stats with reversed polarity. Required extending my power hookup by a foot to make it fit, they spent quite a bit of time doing this for me, were very pleasant about the whole thing. Excellent customer service!

I scheduled a time to have a phone fixed but when I got there the young man managing the store let me know that he was the only one at the store and that he was busy with customers. He did so in a polite way and I gave him a hard time but he was a good sport. It easily could have been a bad experience, but i thought the place was nice and the staff friendly

July 2, 2020, I try to crank my bike and find the battery dead. Battery is Duracell. I took it back to the store where I purchased it 9 months ago for test and or replacement; its still under warranty. Man says, well charge it and if its good, youre good, if not, well replace it. So they determined that it was dead and that it was abused. ABUSED. How the heck do you abuse a battery thats sitting in a bike under the seat. They wouldnt warranty my in warranty battery. Never again.

You have to go up there no matter how many times I call no one will pickup the phone! So I dont go just in case they dont have what I need and have to order or something!!

Went there for two things. Key battery replacement which they did great on. Fast service and cheap prices. However I also bought a new key fob for my car and had it programmed there. I would not recommend them to purchase or program keys. I would told different things several times by different and even sometimes the same employee. The situation is too long to tell but all in all it took me over three weeks to get them to get there software right etc to program the key then I also had to sit at the store(outside in the sun) for about an hour when they were finally ready to actually program. Overall, great place for key battery replacement. Not a good place to get a key programmed to your car.

I purchased a battery from Batteries Plus and during the install the installer dragged the old battery out of the car across the fender scratching my paint in several places and also tore the insulation on the fire wall of the vehicle.

Truly disastrous service and total lack of professionalism.I asked them if they could replace a battery on a Pixel 2. They said they could and that it would take them 20 minutes.Within an hour the phone screen was completely broken and the phone was 100% unusable. They also lost my SIM card and the manager was unable to retrace the technicians steps to find it.I had to do their job for them and find a suitable replacement for the phone they brokeThey also refused to reimburse me for the price of a new phone, offering only to pay for a refurbished Pixel 2 after I went out and purchased one with my own money.

Highly recommend you do not take phone/belongings to this store for repair. My iphone screen had cracks in it so I took it for a simple screen replacement that was supposed to take an hour or so. They ended up messing up the home button on it and long story short I didn’t get my phone back for another five days and it was a lot worse than before and they took no blame for it. Was a very aggravating process and I’m usually very calm and collected. Do not recommend.

Theyre good with picking out something that is worthwhile. The batteries for my vans have extra CCA over factory spec. Although they did not have the exact model of battery I wanted, they had an alternative that worked. My discounts were applied, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The manager did call to confirm the online order. He was prepared for the conversation, and polite.

Normally I am the last person to write a review unless I have a really great experience. This however has been so far from that.On Wednesday I called Batteries Plus Bulbs in an attempt to get more information on getting my screen repaired. My phone was perfectly operational I just had the inconvenience of a cracked screen and was looking to repair it before the new year. I asked them if they were busy due to the Holidays and was told that they werent and if I could get my phone in that day they should be able to get it back to me in an hour or so.I went online and made an appointment for 5:30 was at the store by 5:10 and then once I arrived was informed that it was going to take longer since they were backed up (however on the phone they told me no other phones were in store being repaired) no big deal, I handed my phone over and was told to come back at 7PM. So 7PM rolls around (mind you I had my 15 mo old with me so this was EXTRA GREAT), and they had not yet looked at my phone. I was told to wait another 15 minutes, 15 minutes pass and then I am informed that something is wrong with my phone and they need to keep it over night. FAST forward to the next day (Thursday) we call first thing in the AM, and they still havent looked at it and the tech that could look at it wouldnt be in until 10:30. So we get a call after 10:30 that my phone needs to be sent out for repairs but not to worry since the shop is in town. FAST forward to today, (Friday) I just called and my phone JUST now made it to the other tech service and it is going to be another 2-3 days.I wasnt annoyed before, however now I am now. I work in customer service, I understand that inconveniences happen. This however has been inexcusable at this point. I brought a perfectly functional phone in and now I wish I hadnt, the cracked screen was much more functional than not having a phone at all. I literally cannot effectively communicate with my work team, check work emails, or have access to a phone in the event of an emergency when my significant other is not present. This is a terrible feeling with a 15 month old.

Dont know what happen but the service at this store has gotten awful. I have bought about six auto batteries at this store brought one back still under warranty and they were trying to get me to buy a new one. Wont go in this store ever again.

I have been a customer for a long time and I made a battery purchase in August of 2016 for a 1999 Honda Civic that has gone terribly wrong. Let me add that this is the second battery purchase from this store for this car. Last week the car stopped running and it was determined that the model of the battery that they sold me was not the battery THEY installed in the car. Now this otherwise dependable Honda is not running and the cause is electrical problems and this seems like an issue Batteries plus would just handle but here we are a week later with a car in the shop that has been towed twice at our expense and a 22 year old college student without a vehicle. I really hope Battery Plus does the right thing to correct the error they made.

Went in just before 5 p.m on 10/23/2020 and was told by the women working there they couldnt replace my screen today. I made an appointment online and drove all the way up there just to have my time wasted. Also no curbside pickup or service.

Went into store this morning to get a battery put in my watch. The clerks didnt greet me but came to the counter and I told him I needed a battery for my watch.He took the watch in the back room, put in a battery and brought it back without setting the time and date. I asked him for the time and set it myself in front of him. I hope he saw the displeasure on my face. They need a class in customer service skills. Setting the Time and date should be a part of putting in a new battery. I dont think Ill be going back to this store.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered a battery online and was sent an email confirmation that my battery was ready. I drove across town to pickup, only to find out my battery wasnt ready and wouldnt be ready for another 3 hours.

Charged me $24.99 for 4 bulbs when was supposed to be full 6 pack. Tried to get them to adjust price over phone & they wouldnt. Other location is near my home so took there to try to get full kit or get $ back & they wouldnt work with me. By the time I got back to the original location 2months later & showed them their error, they wouldnt do anything about it because too much time had passed. I really couldnt believe all of this since it was their mistake all together. Terrible!!

I brought a battery by here on a Saturday for a simple charge & load test, to determine if it was holding a charge. They took the battery & my name & number, saying that they would call me back once the test completed. It was a holiday weekend, so after not hearing from them by the end of the following Tuesday, I had to call them back. Nobody ever called me and to top it all of they hadnt even run the test on my battery yet! They only started running the test when I called them! Terrible service. Ill never go back either.

Been a customer for many years, called to see if they had a battery for my car, first they didnt no what a Chevy z06 was, next they said they had the battery in stock, jumped my car off, drove all the way there to find out the battery is in the system and not it the store when i asked then plainly the to check. You guys are getting like these auto parts places, saying you have something and dont, glad I didnt shut my car off, dissapointed...smh
