Store continues items out of stock Thursday-5th attempt. I asked for # so I could call before driving (from Hueytown-20 miles) Staff said phone was broken I cant call to see if it comes in. Suggested I drive to another store further away. Really??

Unknowledgeable employees. One lady told me that it was perfectly fine if I took back hair extensions just to find out that was against company policy and they won’t give me a refund. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. don’t shop here.

Came in around 6pm today. Needed help with helping me find products to fix terrible hair dye that had been done.Asked for assistance and immediately a sweet girl came to my rescue. She answered all my questions, gave me tips, showed me what products to purchase. Couldnt have been a better shopping experience without her.When I was checking out, I finally realized she didnt work there. Big thanks to her friend who did work there for having her help me. This was my first time at this location. I will be back and recommending to all to go there.Ps to the girl who helped me.  I manage a fitness gym Riviera Fitness Centerpoint. I usually enjoy my visit but, this visit was uncomfortable. I asked, if I could get some nippers. The manager said, what did you need. I said, the nippers. She said, nipples. This was very inappropriate. I said, to myself, you know like hell yall dont have anything associated with the breast. Ive been a repeat customer for many years and even worked for the company many years ago. Nipples, really. She needs to be more professional. Not funny at all.

The prices are fair and the environment is clean. Staff always willing to help you find something. They also have discount cards for hairstylists.

This store doesnt deserve a star but I had to put one in order to leave a comment. For the first time in my life I (noticed) was racially profiled. I went inside to purchase waxing oil. I was dressed in my gym gear and did not bring my purse inside. I had my credit card in my pocket. There were other patrons inside on different aisles but the Caucasian employee chose to come to the end of the aisle that I was on and fiddled around with a baskets full of small items. She never once asked me if I needed help (which I did because I did not see the brand that I was looking for). When it dawned on me that she was profiling me I tested it y grabbing the cheapest wax and taking it to the lady at the checkout. Soon as I got to the register the white employee came up front to the register... by passing the other patrons who had purses and baggy clothes. I had no purse, yoga pants and tank top. I vowed to NEVER shop at Sallys again. I am from now on an Ulta-girl.

Store hours say opens at 9 am on Saturday. I get there at 8:58 am and sit an wait for them to open at 9 and they did not open at 9 am....not sure when they do because I wait 10 more minutes and they still didn’t open

Customer service needs to be a part of orientation......super rude will NEVER here again.....stay away

They seemed a little uninterested in helping , and the prices where higher then what most other stores where selling.

Been here multiple times, every time customer service sticks. Attitudes all day. If you know what you want and just don’t speak you MAY be okay.
