Organized and cleanliness is a A+. The employees just arent greeting customers within eyesight, Great customer service goes a long ways.

So many..prices are competitive. Quality merchandise for decorating. Clean and well displayed merchandise, No music!

There’s a lot I like about Target but...prices about 25% too high on half their stuff. The Starbucks inside store doesn’t have a sink to wash the machines and hands. And the online pop ups saying they have under counter can openers and they don’t. They try to bait you to come to their online and buy something else. Geeez. If you don’t have it, don’t say you do!!! But they have nice lamps.

Both items and associate were ready and waiting for me when I arrived to store. Unlike Wally World, I didnt have to wait even a minute. AWESOME experience the way pickup service should be.

An older gentleman that works here named Eric that wears glasses and has gray hair was very rude to me and my husband...yet again. It’s the third time I’ve had a negative interaction with this particular employee. He talked down to us and has made offensive comments and I’m tired of seeing him work for such a good company. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this employee in particular has always been very unkind to us. Everyone else here we’ve encountered have been mostly kind and helpful.

This is the fanciest Target I have ever been to. There’s a parking garage underneath and they have their own “lobby” before heading up to the store. I’ve seen similar Targets in Chicago but I’ve never been to one.

Super Helpful and Friendly Staff!! I was looking for Method Soap that I got a sample of in my Target Beauty box. I had no idea where to go, saw an Employee and asked for help.The ice lady scanned it, walked me to where it was supposed to be on the shelf. When we saw the particular kind was no on the shelf, she searched her little machine to see they were in the back. She ran back there and got me a bottle, and made sure there were some on the shelf! Awesome Customer Service!! And I ended spending an hour in there because everything was on Clearance!!!

Everyone is very helpful and check out was a breeze.

Target treated me like a criminal today for doing a simple exchange. After speaking to guest services (Representative Chaney) on the phone, and being told 3 different things, I went to Target to exchange an item for my son. Not only was I made to wait 25 mins, not only was every moment of my transaction scrutinized while other guest services representatives whispered amoung themselves looking in my direction as if I didnt know they were talking about me, after the transaction, I was scolded by the customer service rep for even requesting an even exchange on a non-opened item with a receipt. As if following a store policy was a matter of going above and beyond. I dont know who makes up the polices at this Target, but clearly this store needs a lesson in respect and gratitude for its customers.

I wanted a cosmetic case and visited 3 other stores. I found a great on at this location and it was $15 cheaper than the others. Im so in love with the associates!! Theyre super friendly and so knowledgeable about everything I needed. Thank you Target!!

I just came home from another great visit at Target! Sarah, manager, keeps the lines moving, and “loves to help people!” Jaquisse, in Customer Service can solve any problem!! Great employees!!I just went by the Homewood Target and Rosalin, the cashier, helped me save money with Cartwheel. She helped the person in front of me save $34!! Best place to shop on a rainy day; great for last minute school supplies, outfits, gifts, or whatever you need. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I can order online and pick it up in the store. Returns are easy, too. And I can grab supper on the way out! We ate pizza at Target tonight; it is always delicious. Then we looked at all of the Valentine gifts, stuffed animals and candy galore! And, of course, we have to jump the red balls when leaving! It’s tradition!

The employees where so nice they helped me when I didnt even ask for help, I was trying to reach for something the next thing I know this guy appears out of no where and get it for me. You need more people like him.

Great customer service

The cashier was kind. She even entertained my 2 year old with his toy trains we were getting for him before giving them back to him.It’s a huge plus that the store and bathrooms were clean and all employees that I saw were wearing mask.

The Homewood Target is usually very organized, but the lingerie department looked like a big child had a tantrum. Dont worry; I didnt take a picture.

Love this Target. Always has what I’m looking for. Love that I can park under Target’s parking area, letting me stay out of the bad weather.

I do volunteer animal rescue and normally do all of my shopping for dog food online because I just can’t carry 50 pounds of dog food. Since all of my pets are special needs, I’m struggling with funds because my job was eliminated with the pandemic. I drove about 45 minutes to this store to get the specific food my dogs need because it wasn’t available online at my regular online site. I figured I would just run through self checkout since it was closing and get out quickly. That didn’t go so well because my Target Card would NOT scan and I didn’t realize I needed to have the Target App pulled up to get the sale price that was advertised (these issues were NOT Target’s fault). Not once, but TWICE, did I have to ask for assistance to check out. I felt awful because the associates had to stay 15 minutes late. I’m a retail worker and I know that the whole retail field is EXHAUSTED from the long hours and verbal abuse from customers. They were ready to go home and be with their families. Virginia and Allen both took the time to help me set up my app to get the sale prices I needed AND attach my card that no longer scans. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism that I received. Very thankful for the extra assistance!

Excellent curbside service! If you get the app, you can shop for just about anything in the store and pay online. The app tells you when stuff is ready, and tells the store when you arrive so they come quickly. No cashier line. No wandering around with a shopping cart. No risk of COVID. When I last used this service on 30 November 2020 I placed my order, went to work, took a 15 minute break when my order was ready, pulled up, and my stuff was put in my trunk in about 5 minutes. They let you order everything (except maybe refrigerated goods) for curbside. A clerk scans your phone *through the closed window* to make sure you have the right order. Obviously they did this to protect customers and staff from COVID-19, but this is really a better way to shop.

Very friendly person at customer service.

The checkout lady was so kind to my family and I. We had all four young kids with us who all wanted their toys they picked out, out of the bags and she took the time and happily made their requests happen. She had patience and was super joyful. Very kind and great at her job.

Quick service for Target Drive up. No long waits like at other stores. I will definitely do a drive up again since it was very convenient and I did not have to search the store for my item.

This was my first order so I purposely made it simple -- three boxes of the same cereal. I live about 7 miles from the store, so I used the app to let the store know I was on the way. When I arrived, I used the app again to let the store I was there. About 15 minutes later, a young woman arrived with our order. As she left us, I checked the bag in the back seat...and one of the boxes was missing. My husband told the woman, who was unloading items for another customer. She went back inside to find the missing cereal...and we waited another 15 minutes. I cannot imagine what would have happened if we had ordered more items and did not check them until we had gotten home. Disappointed.

Employee yelled at me in front of about 15 other customers for being in the “wrong checkout” even though there were about 4 open lanes. Needed to check themselves after talking to a paying customer like that, horrible reflection on the store. Also failed to approach me in a patient or remotely nice way leading up to it. Pretty disappointing experience, cashier who helped was kind though and portrayed the company in a good light

I always enjoy my shopping experiences at Target. Stores are always clean and the staff helpful. When I encounter issues - onsite management has been able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Even the baristas in Starbucks were a joy - and so was the beverage they crafted so perfectly!

The price of the products I selected was lower than what I have seen at the grocery store and ease of getting what I ordered through pick up. The staff was also very nice and the store looked clean.

Went to look for Christmas gifts and found everything I was looking for at reasonable prices. The service representative went out of his way in the busy atmosphere to assist me in finding my gifts and even awarding a small discount that was offered on line. Parking was busy but avaliable. Really disappointed with management. Prices were marked sale price and management would not honor that. Also, the last time I was there the management was one of the only people to NOT BE WEARING A MASK. Today they had one on.... under their nose. I really would not like to have interactions with them again.

I love this target my family and I have been coming for years. Tonight my son fell and caused hisself and injury on his head from hitting the sharp edge of a clothing rack . I would like to thank the staff for responding to us so quickly and for being so caring and kind while my husband and I were feeling frightened. I bought some electronics and had help from Mark. He did a great job asking me questions about my needs. He then helped me figure out where I should invest and where I could save money based on my needs. For example, I invested in the braided cables, but for the car charger he said I could save money. He recommended a base charger that had 3 USBs. He really knew his products and I felt like he had my best interests at heart. Really superior customer service!!

Has just about everything a normal Target does. JUST ABOUT. There wasnt any chicken in the fridge section and they also didnt have any bread crumbs. The store is laid out kind of strange with the groceries at the back right of the store a good ways from the door. Overall not bad and very convenient but what grocery store doesnt have chicken??

I usually shop at another location. But after leaving work today, I decided to stop at this one since it was fairly close.If I may be totally honest, I come here because of the architecture of the store. I love the parking deck (keeps you dry when it rains), the view from the food court area, and last but not least, the buggy escalator. Yes, you heard right- the buggies have their own escalators. The entrance of this Target sits on the ground floor. So do the buggies. You can take the stairs or the elevator, but the real fun comes from riding alongside your buggy on the escalator.As for the store itself, its a Target. On todays visit, I was looking for a particular body product that they no longer have in stock. However, I did find my department members some planners to use for the upcoming school year for $3.00. Way to keep them organized, right? Yay me!If youve been to one Target, youve been to them all. But the structure of this one makes it unique and worth a stop if youre in the neighborhood. Or, even if youre not-stop here anyway and get a load of the buggy escalator. Its the cutest thing since...I dont know when.

Convenient and overall great experience. The one negative was waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes. Only one person was working at the Customer Service counter. However, the clerk was very nice, helpful, and professional!

Quality merchandise; Clean shopping environment. Rosie, the sales associate we dealt with in the Homewood Target (Homewood, AL) was kind efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. It is difficult to find these exceptional qualities in retail sales associates.

This is one of the nicest targets you’ll find. The covered parking deck could be better lit though. Even though the store is on the second floor, getting in and out is relatively easy. Wait times at the registers are usually pretty low.

Most beautiful Target in all of creation, rising majestically above Montgomery Highway and Colonial Brookwood while nestled comfortably in the shadow of a world-class medical facility. Store is not just tidy; it fairly shines. Sales-floor team is always eager to help and greet each and every guest with broad smiles and vast knowledge. Prices are amazing, and even better when used with the Cartwheel app and Red Card program. Oh, and Starbucks. Really, theres no reason to shop anywhere else. Ever.

Went shopping there last week for a tv. I asked a rep about deliveries and after being strolled around the entire shop for an hour they tell me they cant get their machines working. Then once i do the online order myself, the delivery team delivered it almost a week early, oh thats good youd think, but no it wasnt. The tv was delivered with a busted screen. Now I have to wait to talk to a certain department when they open because the value of the tv is too high for them. Ive only been to target once and I hate this place

Its bigger and has a lot more product which of course means a lot more traffic, but overall great experience... pretty good customer service, wish they had more sales :)... parking is a little tight in the deck, but not really a negative just an observation.... I stopped into this Target on my way to work to replace the shirt I was wearing. Renonna immediately recognized my sense of urgency and offered to assist me. I explained the situation to her and she guided me to an area with products that would work well with the rest of my attire. In addition, she offered to steam the wrinkles from the folds out so that I would be more presentable for my work environment.Renonna went above and beyond and I could not have asked for a better experience, especially with such a hectic start to my morning.

If i could rate it a negative 1 i would. Horrible experience ever. Got the run around for a pickup order that was picked up not by me or my alternate person. Then when I contacted the store was told it would be investigated and was told I could get the item when I come Friday. Went to the store only to find out they still dont have the item and I would have to take a refund. And they had no record of who picked it up. And didnt even want to roll The cameras back. The whole situation was suspect and unbelievable. Unacceptable! I will NEVER shop here or recommend any one to shop here. Nothing but some lying ass people. Wal-Mart will stay a favorite.

If I could give a negative star rating I would . I consider myself to be full of joy and Christmas spirit but this is the worst target experience I’ve ever had by far! Horrible customer service, exceptionally rude cashier , and he bent my $20 worth (only two cards-1 for anniversary and 1 for Christmas) of cards as he threw them in bottom of a large sack filled with items. I will NEVER give this store my business again and that is usually around $3000/month in grocery and home items . Strong work target in Homewood - on making me never return😕

I was buying a few brews on the way back from work so I get them and go to the self checkout line. I need to show my ID so a little old asian lady comes up to me to check. Suddenly, she is asking me where I am from. I tell her Pakistan to which she responds You going go back where you come from?. I was pretty taken aback so I just replied that no, Im going to stay right here. Then she asks me if I have a green card or what to which I reply no Im a US citizen. Then she mentions something about no go back Pakistan big boom or something or another. Now Im not one to get riled up over the opinions of some ID checker lady but I definitely was annoyed at having to waste 5 minutes of my time for her to allow me to buy some brews. Somebody else might not take as kindly to comments like these, however, so Id recommend management having a talk to this lady and explaining to her whats appropriate and what isnt.

Love this target. Would love it more if pizza hut employees would stop being lazy and actually make me some wings instead of saying theyre out all the time.

The Friendliness of staff when checking out and organization of the store is great! Cartwheel is great and the staff are wonderful at reminding you to check the app, I just wish there were more deals on there!
