First time I had contact with this facility they were great. Answered my questions, had me bring my vehicle in for diagnostics, was told they needed to look around for parts as I have an older vehicle which was fine. I never got a call back from them. I had to go put of the country for an extended business trip and I didnt think to call them until I got back. The response I got was very different. Although the person I spoke to acknowledged they should have called to let me know they were not able to find the part(if they had followed up I would have been able to tell them my husband was able to find the part we needed) , the gentleman said I should have called them because they are very busy. I was disheartened by his tone with me but still made a reservation to have the look at my vehicle even though he seemed irritated and bothered. I explained I didnt have a problem with paying for the diagnostic fee a second time but just felt I should have gotten a call as the customer. I certainly hope they will service my vehicle without a problem. Its disappointing that businesses nowadays feel because they may be busy now, they dont need you as a customer. Very sad.

So after getting feedback from many neighbors in my neighborhood. I figured Id give them a call. My Murano had creaking coming from my front end. They got me quoted and fixed the next day. Jessie was a consummate professional. I definitely recommend. Very reasonable and affordable. Ill be going back to get a few other repairs done. I recommend them. But call 1st as they book up quickly and in some cases they will only do the work with parts they obtain, not if you bring in your own.

The staff were very professional and kept me in the loop, however, could did not fix the problem.My car kept dieing on me and my neighbor referred me to this place. The first time I brought the car in, they fixed two things and changed my oil. I picked the car up, drove to work and the car cut off on me again. I brought it back and they fixed one more thing, picked the car up, drove to work and car cut off on me again. After being out of almost 800 dollars, decided not to bring the car back a third time for the same thing to happen.

Ist time visitor at CammsSteering would shake when I applied the brakesAnd due to yhe virus the car had not been serviced since 11-19 and tires wete not rotatedThey found out my lug nuts on my front two tires were worn bare these should have been noticed when tires were rotated in 11-19 since car was not being driven doing the virusGlad I went to them they do great work at a fair price.

My husband and I both take our cars to Camms for service work. I recently was told I needed some mechanical work done on my car ( by the dealer) . Took it to Camms for a second opinion, and found out not all of the work recommended, was necessary. The quote I received from dealer was $1775 and Camms is charging under $1200.Camms does great work, they are honest and have excellent customer service. All important factors to get my business.This is a small operation, so its difficult to get your car back the same day but nonethess, I just plan accordingly. They are my go-to mechanic. Highly recommend.FYI, it can be diificult to get a quick appointment, so schedule early.

These guys are great. Brought in my truck because it was leaking transmission fluid and needed an overall servicing. Bunch of service lights on. Truck has 124k on odometer. Doug was great. Told him wife and I were having to share one car and he put a rush on the job and I had truck back in two days, blowing cold AC, no service light warnings and price was more than fair. 5 Stars all the way
