Run!! There are better places to go! Visio works has an AMAZING doctor and they are much better than here!! They messed up my glasses, gave me the wrong prescription and then LIED about fixing their mistake! Strung me along telling me my replacement glasses were on their way. THEY NEVER CAME! So $600+ over what insurance covered I still can’t see correctly, my eyes hurt and I get headaches from the lenses!

I got my eye exam here with Dr. Lofton and he was great! Let me try different contact brands to see which one was the right fit for me!

Please do not go here. I liked the doctor although I can’t remember his name because I only seen him once BUT the front desk receptionist have terrible customer service and its very upsetting. I called over the phone and asked for information that they told me they had but could not give me over the phone… Fine. So then I went in and they still would release MY personal information to ME. Really inconvenienced me and I’ll probably never go back. For the service I receive from them, I was better of staying at America’s best. And I’m just upset because I always come out of pocket happily for my appointments and they disappoint me everytime

Please do not neglect your vision by getting mediocre service from this locations, the staff is so rude , the behave as if they ate doing you a favor. Customer service on the phone is worst than T-Mobile customer service! My sons prescription was all wrong!

I am very pleased with the consultation I received regarding my husbands cataracts. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Not even worth putting a star. I went in to take my son cause his pediatrician was concern and Dr . Robert was doing the eye exam on my son and he was so rude and while my son was doing the exam he walked out of the room and my son was doing the eye exam reading the letters to him and he was ignoring everything my son was saying. And just to tell me at the end “he doesn’t need glasses” how would he know if he wasn’t even paying attention. He was super rude would not recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but when it comes to my children I take their care very serious. I must say the staff was very caring and polite but I can not say the same about Dr.Furnari! Dr.Furnari is very rude and definitely has no patience for kids! I understand that children can be children but a Doctor that’s educated should have better etiquette specially when it comes to children. While he might great at his specialty, I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their child to a doctor with zero patience.

I started having blurry visions after having my daughter. At first i was nervous because i didnt know what to expect for my appointment. But Dr. Lofton made sure and explained everything thoroughly. Hes truly a professional. Customer service was great, however the wait time was long and its a small office. What i love most of all about my experience here is that you can purchase designer glasses for what seems to be reasonable pricing. I will definitely be recommending Dr Lofton!

Dr Nicholas was amazing!!!!! We loved her. She gets 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The office and staff to order glasses was horrible. Zero stars. Charts disorganized and we were “lost” for awhile awaiting re evaluation after getting our eyes dilated. Sat in the area where someone was suppose to help us order glasses and contacts. No one approached us. Lost of 2 sales. Too many patients, they couldn’t keep everyone straight. 3 hours for an eye appointment. Been coming here for years. Very disappointed ☹️

Doctor furnace was very rough with my children how he handled them during exams. He didnt wash his after dealing with other patients. I didnt feel safe nor my children. He removed there mask to do an exam as his was pulled down also. I freaked out. During these times that was very frightening and I will never come here again

I felt like a number or appointment slot and not a person during my appointment. The staff isn’t very friendly. While I was there, no one make direct eye contact or smiled ( including the doctor). I did like how the doctor double checked everything with by running extra tests but at the same time, no one explained to me what I was actually getting tested for during the process. I was just led from room to room and machine to machine by a new tech employee who wasn’t very confident with how to use the machines or conduct the tests, nor did she know what the machines where actually testing. I asked her at each station and she answered me by saying I’m not sure.. I think..etc.. That made me feel very uncomfortable. The tech called in the more experienced techs into almost every test performed. It felt as if it was too soon for her to be on her own. It over all just wasn’t that great of an experience. I was okay with the doctor just didn’t like his dry personality.

Dr. Loften was really sweet fast and efficient. He treated my son with tons of kindness.

Very poor communication within their firm (optometrists to front desk to accounting to sales to lab, etc), between th ed m and insurance providers, and between them and the customer. Limited on hand inventory, poor sales information (pros and cons of various lenses and features), and poor service to customers. All of these lead to unnecessary delays and delivery of products (expect a 4-6 week wait for eye glasses). Next time, Im going to Lens Crafters.

Dont do it, dont use this place. The exam is okay, but the sales tactics are really bad, if you opt for the glasses your insurance allows then takes forever, the glasses were scratch when I picked them up, and to get a replacement takes two months. I take your eyes exam here run and get your glasses somewhere else, or somewhere else in the first place.

Weve been going to this office for many years and always get the best friendlysfriendly from the doctor and from all office staff! Keep up the great work...

Drs are great very pleasant, some employees need to keep conversations to them self, they keep coming to the room turning lights and opening cabinets like no one was there very uncomfortable, not even a hello or excuse me. 🙁

Think the service is good, but it would improve if the patient spent a little more time for a correct evaluation.It also seems to me that in the area of eyewear recipes they are more focused on making money, business, not on the human side. The services are expensive.

On 1/8/21 I went to get my glasses that cost over $400 adjusted. I left out and noticed my lens were both scratched. Both lens were cloudy and blurry. I went back in the office to address the issue and was advised it would take a month to reorder my lens. I asked how do they plan to accommodate me for the inconvenience. I suggested contacts do to my line of work. I’m very disappointed and will never utilize the services to purchase glasses again.

Let’s begin with they have way too many people scheduled at the same time !!! I waited forever to be seen. Secondly they never even called me to tell me my glasses arrived i had to call them, then i get there and some guy handed me my glasses and didn’t even bother to make sure the glasses were ok (which they weren’t they were falling off my face) i had to wave someone down to fix them! But what really tweaked my nerve is i payed $300 dollars for Coach glasses and they had the audacity to tell me they didn’t have a case for the glasses so they will give me a free NÁUTICA case! Uhm i payed for my glasses and case not a case that does not even match the brand of my glasses i do not recommend them whatsoever

Loved visit and knowledge and up to date test . The only thing I didnt like was my glasses fitting. The women handling assumed my financial situation. Her choices in eye glass for me I didnt like. They were to big for my face I picked better for myself. Felt rushed as well.

Ive been coming to Dr Funari for over 5 hrs and have always been pleased with the care I receive.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Gerald Funari (probably 30+ years) and I highly recommend him. He does a great job and you can tell he loves his work. Their office is very professional and he explains everything perfectly.

Loved my visit there today clean office with great staff. I had the pleasure of working with Jane, she was quick, courteous and caring. And Mayda was a joy to work with while selecting frames cant wait to go back. 😍

The staff was nice. They made my young son comfortable and Dr. Lofton was fantastic. He was kind and helpful with my son and took the time to sit down with me and explain everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently.

Dr Lofton is excellent and I would recommend him to everyone. He is professional and yet personable. The lady that first took me back is also exceptional.The problem that I experienced was with the checkin and checkout staff. Be very careful with what you are being told concerning pricing because it is very misleading to say the least. The front office is so unprofessional from the phone call to the checkout. I can’t believe that a company of this size would not have more professional staff. They could definitely use some classes in customer service. I normally do not write reviews but after this horrible experience I felt in warranted. I only hope this will enhance someone else’s experience.

They have untrained personnel handling calls I wasted my time here twice in one day only to end up leaving without being seen. I requested an emergency appointment with dr. Furnari whom was off on that particular day so they threw me to the next doctor I waited an hour the second time only for him to walk past my room and tend to someone else who came after me. After 10 years here I’m done today put a nail in the coffin.

After two years and four visits I still don’t have a pair of glasses that fits my prescription. The people are very friendly but the lab or whoever works in this process aren’t the best.

Doctor is great and the staff as well!

They said my glasses would be ready for pickup after 3 days... It’s been a week and know their saying I have to wait another one until my glasses get here.

Doctors are high-quality professionals. Some employees dont even have the most sense of kindness. They send you to sit down without even answering a question. Then you see them in the parking lot looking at a black bus while you wait.

Very good attention, from your doctor and employees, excellent services and in 5 days many times your glasses are ready.
