I contacted this dealer informing them I had a really nice Jeep cherokee for sale if they would be interested. I sent them over the build sheet and all the info and within 10 minutes I had a offer I couldn’t refuse. I was in contact with Phil the General manager he made the process so easy and pleasant with no headaches. I showed up I signed a few documents within 15 minutes I had a check for my car. Probably the fastest car sale Ever. Thankful for the fast process you guys are great.

She listened to my requirements and I felt she worked for me rather than spitzer. Look her up when u are here. The dealership purchase was an easy no pressure experience. They worked to get me the lowest price and interest rate. If u are looking for a new car and trying to get the maximum trade in value this us the 5 star place. Good experience dealing with Spitzer overall. I have been in the market for a new truck and they had the model with most of the options I wanted. They are by no means my local dealer since there are several dealerships closer to my location, but came recommended from a coworker. Unable to procure a vehicle with the mega dealerships in my area, I stopped by Spitzer when I was in the area. I prefer smaller dealerships where I do not have to queue in line to get service. Over some negotiation and weighing my options with other dealerships and models, Spitzer was able to meet most of my needs and we settled on a fair deal. Customer service is great overall. Jesus Martinez was my sales rep and he was very attentive and cordial throughout the process. I left a satisfied customer and could easily recommend Spitzer to any of my friends that are in the market for a new vehicle.

Very happy with the service I received at Spitzer Dodge! I’m usually not a fan of the car buying process, but this place and their staff changed my mind. From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with warm friendly smiles. I was helped right away but given enough space and time to look around at my own pace. I had an excellent service at Spitzer. Service advisor Jose Cancanon quickly diagnosed the issue and provided fast and courteous service. I will visit this dealer again for service. While the dealership was busy with customers, I quickly found a place to wait and do some work on my own. People around me wore masks, maintained distance, and were friendly. The overall experience was very positive and I would say better than most dealers I have visited.

This review is long overdue, perhaps 13 years overdue. I have been a Spitzer customer since February 2008. My experience with them has only been with their Service Department. Their former Service Advisors; Jane Cunningham, Marvin Centeno, and Jose Cancanon were always pleasant to work with. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed, specific, and honest. Now, they have new Service Advisors, and a new Assistant Service Manager, which I met over a week ago when I needed to take a vehicle in for service. Jason Larenas is the new Assistant Service Manager, and he was the one who assisted me. Just like the other ones, he was also professional, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed, specific, and honest. I am grateful for his service. He was very attentive to the concerns I had, and worked with me throughout each one of them. So thanks again, Jason! This dealership marked up the USED car in the pictures below $13000 over its new MSRP. The vehicle below was offered with over $7000 in rebates in the fall of 2020 when it was originally sold as new. When you add in typical standard discounts off of sticker this vehicle would have sold new in the low 60’s. They are now asking over $23000 more for it used than new at $85000. I am sure they will respond with the usual “This car is in high demand”, or “market conditions dictate” nonsense. I do agree that the used car market is hot right now, and you should expect to pay a premium, however, not 40% over the cost of the car when it was new. A casual Autotrader or other internet car search will reveal dozens of these cars are available in the region. Of course they are free to charge what they wish, but I would avoid this type of practice in a dealer and spend your hard earned money at a dealer who truly wants to earn your business with fair treatment.

I was told multiple things that weren’t true or accurate when buying my Jeep. A lot of things later were brought to my attention- like to install a roof rack and hitch would take 5+ days!! They told me 2-3 hours. I’m still without my Jeep. Ir has felt like they just want to say whatever you want to get the deal done and then they just deal with breaking the news to you that they basically lied to sell a car. They told me 2-3 days on Wednesday when I dropped it off (they told me before the appointment or would be 2-3 Hours) it’s Monday now and I have heard NOTHING and don’t have my Jeep.My credit also dropped 140 points because they ran it to 5 companies for financing without my knowledge. Just to make the deal. They’ll tell you whatever.I won’t buy from them again.

I would give them a Zero if I could. I was raised in Cleveland the Spitzer brand is highly regarded there. We took our 2018 Caravan in for service. The diagnostics at Auto Zone indicated a faulty torgue converter sensor. I brought it into Spitzer Dodge Homestead and gave the service tech the printout from Advance Auto. He informed that this was incorrect since they use different codes?I Never heard such a thing. When I picked it up he told me there was nothing wrong, he cleared the code and blamed it on the device I had plugged to the OBD port. Next day the light came back on. The following week we had TOTAL TRANSMISSION Failure in Jacksonville.These guys are buffoons dont buy here or get service here

Purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger RT with 62k on the odo, its been about a year since ive purchased the car...DO NOT buy a used car from these people they WILL do anything to make a sell even inflate your income so you can get approved for the car this is also lying to the banks just so that they can get paid for the car. I was looking at this challenger for about a month before i brought it and i came in to see what it looked like it, was in bad shape when i first saw it, the salesman told me that the car was painted before the guy sold it. come back about a week later after they cleaned it up. so i took the vehicle for a test drive it, while im test driving i noticed the car had a check engine light. i simple asked if it can be checked out before i purchased the vehicle, they had the car looked at and told me that the check engine light is on because the mid mufflers where deleted and the car has an active exhaust which was true. i proceeded to buy the vehicle not knowing what i was getting myself into..the car was on sale for about 21k at the time, i thought it was a good price for a used rt, after signing the paper work with the finance manager he showed everything to me on the paper the interest rate and other things. about 3 months of ownership i realized that ive made a poor decision on this vehicle. i had the check engine light looked at by CARMAX they told me the car has mutiple issues with the engine and that my RT was only worth 15k with the issues it had. i understand that it is a used vehicle and it comes with problems but the service department lied to me about the check engine light issue that is 1. 2. the car was way over priced they could have atleast given me a better deal. the salesman told me the car has a clean title, indeed it was clean with carfax but the cars accident was not reported and it has been hit from the passenger side as u can see in the picture i provided. the paint is a different shade of black which means the car was taken to a local shop to get it repaired so no one will notice...the car also made a loud noise when i turned the steering wheel but all of these problems i noticed after driving it for 3 months after i purchased the vehicle. i dont think ill be buying from this dealership ever again..and if you are buying from these people make sure to check the car throughly before buying or it will cost you it took me a while to get out of that bad deal. i hope everyone is able to read this before purchasing a car from Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Homestead.

They have had my wifes vehicle for 5 days now and have yet to give me any kind of update when I was told they would have the diagnostics done by the next day after dropping it off. I call and just get a tech is working on it, if anyone even picks up in the service department. Worst service ever. No offer for a loaner vehicle. Will definitely be last time this place gets any of my business.

Bought a beautiful 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn Night edition from Rene at Spitzer. The experience was seamless and completely transparent — two things you can hardly get from a dealership nowadays. I can not express how happy I am with my recent experience at Spitzer in Homestead. I originally went in for an oil change but left the same day with a newer year of the Jeep I already had. I want to start off by expressing my gratitude with Noah in the service department. I called a week in advance with questions regarding an issue my car was having and he was very knowledgeable and informative. When I arrived to drop off my car he was quick to assist and couldn’t have been any nicer. As I waited to be picked up by a family member I was looking at the new cars out of curiosity. Within minutes Raynbow Montano approached my brother and myself. It was refreshing to see such a young face and close to my age. She was not pushy at all and I loved that. We actually got to speak about the cars with out feeling any pressure, it was like hanging out with a friend. After a while I considered looking into options of upgrading my car and Raynbow did wonderful helping me find the color and style of Jeep I would love. I finally sat down with Reineer from their financial department. He presented more than one option and did his best to get me a good deal. I was pleased with the final result. I am grateful for his time and patience with me. Throughout the entire process everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. One employee by the name Jesus even assisted to help me connect my car to the UConnect app. I can not complain at all about anyone there. The employee was asking “is that a man or a woman?”. Someone clearly hasn’t been trained properly. Customer service is poor, I had a really bad experience with the service department, quoting me $2000 for a brake replacement and continuing to change the estimate as I asked questions. Even after it was clear, the job was quoted at $900. They kept claiming it was a mistake. Of course the repairs werent done with them. Their lack of responsiveness and professionalism with their quoting gave me a really bad vibe. This is the only time I had a bad experience with them. It had been okay in the past.

My experience working with Spitzer was phenomenal. This was going to be my first car purchase and I was shopping around for a Challenger SXT. I spotted a beautiful destroyer gray 2019 SXT on their website and inquired about the availability, as well as a test drive appointment. Jennifer was very helpful with this information and helped setup my appointment. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted with a lot of hospitality. I ended up working with Rene, who was absolutely wonderful, out-going, transparent, and knowledgeable. After testing out the car and thinking it over, I ended up going forward with the purchase which led us to working with Renier, who is one of the finance managers there. Renier was wonderful in getting me as close as possible to the numbers I was looking for, as well as being very transparent about warranty services and what to expect from each tier. I stopped by Spitzer last week on my way home after leaving disgruntled from another dealership down the street. I went in to ask some questions and look at some vehicles and was quickly greeted by Carlos Rodriguez. Fast forward a couple hours and I drove away in a brand new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee X! Carlos was incredible from the get go. He asked all of the right questions and listened to all of my needs without being pushy. Ultimately he was able to show me the exact vehicle I wanted with the exact price I wanted to pay and so I couldnt say no. I have been a repeat customer of spitzer with our fleet vehicles. I had the worst customer service experience today. I drive long distance for my work. A couple weeks ago I took my vehicle in for its scheduled service. The dealership serviced the vehicle and I drove away. All was well until I got on the Reagan. At 55 mph. The front end started to shimmy. I returned to the dealership. They informed me there was a problem with their balancing machine. They took it in again to correct the problem. I was given the vehicle back and told the problem was solved. I again drove away thinking all was well. Only to get on the Reagan to find out there was still a problem. So I returned again. They again said the problem was solved. I went home, packed my bags for my business trip. The next morning I left for my trip. My trip was a 1,400mi. Drive. The front end had the shimmy all 1,400 mi. After returning from my trip today I stopped by the dealership to explain the problem. Thats when I was told it was no longer their problem. I am so disappointed in Spitzer Service management and Dealership management. the tires are ruined. They wouldnt correct the problem either.

Went for an oil change.Picked my car up 2 hours later.Before I left parking lot I noticed someone stole an envelope with $20 cash out of the center console plus all my quarters. I reported it however it was never resolved. I do not recommend and I will not ever go back.

Was there today the customer service was terrible! I went to visit because I saw the place from across the street I wanted to look at their Jeep wranglers . Went inside answered a few questions. Then I asked to view the cars and was constantly told We will get to that and was directed to checkout other cars. I told him I was only interested in new Jeep Wranglers . They tried to convince me a jeep that I already knew was not it for me but based on the cheap price they felt like it was for me. We talked in circles for about 20mins before they let me view jeeps. We finally got to view the vehicles. I asked to see inside he said they were locked and didnt make the effort to get the key. It was pointless to look from the lot at this point. I was upset with the customer service and wanted to leave immediately .He seemed like I was not worth the sale energy. My husband and I were getting irritated with the sale person he was not interested in helping us he got the manager to try to convince us the same car. I will definitely not be back to purchase a car next week I will be going to Kendall Jeeps where they let you view and test drive cars and make you feel your investment matters!

Do not buy used vehicles here I bought a used Dodge Challenger .3 days and less than 20 miles later it broke down with engine trouble I had it towed back to the dealer I was told they didnt have any mechanics available to look at it and Id need to wait a few days long story short days turned into weeks I spoke with the manager asked if I could just cancel the whole the even at a loss to he said that it wasnt up to them and the bank wouldnt let it happen few more days go by Im fed up so I speak with bank they said that they would approve of cancelling the deal I told the manager this and after giving me the run around he got me a rental car next day they found someone to take a look at it and the problem was a valve spring and the warranty covered the repair so after over a month I finally got my car fixed Spitzer is probably a great place to get new vehicles but please dont waste money on their used vehicles knowing what I know now their is no way that they have mechanics checking all the used vehicles in and out

The service center is horrible, the wait times with an appointment are hours long. The pricing is a rip off. Also they never answer the phone. It’s sad this the only dodge down south. Your forcing customers to go with Ford or Chevy.

Jose is the only reason the rating here is not lower. Jose does his best to ensure the customer is happy and does a great job for what he has to work with. I took my truck in for a recall and the check engine light was on(unrelated to each other). The check engine was on because of the gas cap and Spitzer still wanted to charge me $135 diagnostic fee for a gas cap. They did this in the past where I was charged $110 for assist me with by Bluetooth connection. This is why I do not bring my truck here for service and take it to a trustworthy mechanic that does not charge me to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle.

Quick and direct. Andres was really helpful and respected every condition that I had before I even went to the dealer.We started communicated beforehand and send him the vehicle that I was interested in, the letter of pre-approval from the bank and the conditions that I was willing to do it (trade in value and cash payment). He verified and confirmed and I just went to test the vehicle and signed the documents, no hidden fees nor extra steps.

Got a good price on a used 2018 SUV. I had been looking for a specific vehicle. I live an hour away. I had emailed them to say, I was on my way to look at it. They had it waiting out front for me to test drive. I worked with Russell. He’s a good, easy-going salesman. I had my own financing from my credit union wasn’t pressured into talking with their finance team. Good experience. If you’re wanting to look for vehicles here, ask for Russell.

If your looking to purchase just stay clear of south Florida in general. I talked to a dealership in Tampa and Georgia and it just makes it more apparent that South Florida dealerships are the worst. 3 day’s I spent trying to get information on a truck they have in transit and finally they quoted me ABOVE MSRP - over $6000 more! They won’t even send me the specs of the truck. I get more info from ram.com than the actual dealer “trying” to sell the truck. I’ll give my business to someone that at least pretends to do their job. Lincy Ramirez literally told me to go buy from someone else then. Don’t work with her.
