Leased a XT5 in July. This is my fifth Cadillac. The other 4 where with another local dealer. Salesperson at Bomnin was friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. I am very impressed with that side of the business. The issue is that I noticed a clunking sound on the passenger right tire. I called service to get it looked at, and the service person said they no longer offer loaners. After a few calls I was able to speak to the Service Mgr. that assured me that they would take care of the situation, and they did. I was given a loaner, and my vehicle was repaired correctly. I want to take this opportunity thank Svc. Mgr. Craig Pearce and Giovanni in service for helping me resolve this situation. They took a bad situation and turned it into a good one. The experience could not have been better. We had two uncomfortable experiences at two different cadillac dealers, and I decided to search for it myself.I came across Bowmnin Cadillac in homestead, they had the car listed, when I called I talked with a lady named leticia who was very helpful, and explained the car will arrive at the dealership on friday, pending no delays.We agreed to price, etc, financing was easy, and the deal was done.We live 4 1/2 hours from the dealership. Andy (salesman) drove to my house on sunday, and signed all the papers, to complete the sale, as the truck had been delayed till monday. Monday he sends me pictures of it on the transport arriving at their dealership. He assured me tuesday it will be ready for transport. Tuesday my transport friend Scotts town picked t up, and delivered it to my wife.THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING A CAR WE HAVE EVER HAD, NO GAMES, NO BULL, AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS, KINDA UNHEARD OF IN 2021.WHEN WE BUY OUR NEXT CAR, WE ARE GOING THERE AGAIN.

Would not recommend using this dealership if you are looking for good customer service. The only reason that I gave them a 2 star is because of the vehicle price being at MSRP and not over-priced. We purchased two 2021 Cadillac Escalades from them, you would think that there would be some sort of appreciation or follow up to see how we liked them, any issues etc. Nothing since driving off the lot. We have not been able to get a hold of our sales rep or finance person, horrible service!!Customer service is the driving force behind any successful business, so it is sad to say, this dealership lacks it and needs a major revamp.I have taken my services to Ed Morse Cadillac & they have been awesome thus far, from the initial phone call to pulling into the service bay.Bomnin, you need to train your staff on customer service and how to handle customers once theyve purchased a vehicle, follow ups etc.An Unhappy Customer.....

It seems that selling 2nd vehicle was more important than customer being compensated for 1st vehicle which has mechanical issues

I gave this a one star because there’s no option for cero. I saw a car on an app, called and the lady said it was available and that the car would be ready since I was coming from about an hour away. The salesman was absolutely the worst I have ever seen. On the phone on personal calls for most of the time. Once the test drive was done and I was ready to go in to negotiate and buy the car, he seemed to not want to work, he looked at me and said “ do you know how much you have to pay, did you read the fine print”.We felt completely discriminated against, like if he didn’t think we could pay for that car.Then I asked him what would the out the door price would be and he gave me a number. After I almost went in to find someone else to help me, he gave in and we sat a a table, he went to talk to the manager and came back with a number that was almos $2000 more than what he had told me.This dealer adds really weird charges, something like $999 dealer fee, more than $1200 for used car inspection fee( unreal) $399 for electronic filing.After I called and complain to the manager about the salesman behavior, nothing, not a call back, nothing to try to bring me in to negotiate on a vehicle.I’ve been buying cars my whole life and never ever seen anything as bad as this dealer.
