Went over there to the sprint store to change my device on 3-22-2016 the rep named Alpica was not there and i dealt with another rep who took over Alpicas shift.I was told by Alpica that the process of the change over for the devices music and contacts would approx.1/2 hour!! arrived at aprox. 5 pm.21/2 hours later!!! the device was done!!.next day my google play stopped working.i then called the store and advised Alpica of my situation and she advised me to come to the store again.I advised her i was looking for a credit to my bill based on her misrepresented knowledge of the time it would take to transfer everything to the new device.she was rude and defensive i then asked her who her supervisor was and when he his name and advised her to have him call me.I have yet to recieve a call back from the manager name Kevin. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE STORE AGAIN!!!

The only Radio Shack in the tri county area where I found TV antenna masts (poles) in stock.

Very disappointed was treated very disrespect for a refund of 10 dollars o felt like the gentleman that was there saw my skin Color and did not want to do my refund this is what gives bad name to retail stores
