Whats the point of them having a store there when they have nothing to sell and just give me nearly expired ice cream? Looks they just care for how much they earn and not customers getting sick and going to a hospital or something. I would understand if it was a Saturday night but its a Tuesday. They werent selling any drink, nothing!

Yes, just do it. Its flavors are remarkably authentic and refreshing. Pistachio, mint, rosewater, herbal snow, lots of love has been put into the ice cream. The decor is another story.I could eat here all day, I wish they had some sort of membership and could send you pints weekly.North of sunset on La Brea, just go.

Wish i could leave 0 stars but it won’t let me. Went there yesterday at about 9:50PM, got down and was told only drive through. while we were waiting in the drive through i noticed they shut the lights off and were running out. mind you we had been waiting for a while to be attended & there was another car behind me. they left us unattended and shut their lights off and ran out. closing time was at 11 according to the internet. MAKE SURE YOU GET THERE AT 8 latest if you want to be attended.

Drove a half hour to get there and they are closed 2 and a half hours earlier than Google says. Supposed to be open until 11 and its 8:30 unacceptable

Like one guy said it’s hit or miss. Get serious we’re talking ice cream. Not everyone is 100% all the time. So many think they can do a better job. Everyone so critical of people probably trying to make a living working hard to make ends meet. I’m certain this store gets calls and request for donation for their school band, math club, or a carnival etc, no one sees that end of it.

OMG! I was told to order my Frozen themed cake 3 days in advance which I did. My son went to pick up the cake and not one cake available....Their phone wasnt working so I couldnt make contact with anyone to remind them to hold my cake. I dont even know if a cake was delivered to the store or not.

Ok this happened on July,28th,2020 it was my birthday I came here to get a Oreo icecream pizza cake and we paid $17 for it ok I like to check my food so I look in the box and there was a long piece of blond hair in the cake and their was still more I was shocked it was so nasty and the worker said they get delivered to them. 🤢🤮

Based off other reviews seems like this place is hit or miss. Came here to have some ice cream with a few buds and the ladies behind the counter were super nice and even encouraged us to get the item that would give us the most ice cream for our money and the ice cream tasted great. The kindness I experienced at this store is not something you find in every business. 5/5, I would definitely recommend despite the other comments.

First off when we walked in the door was not open the guy opened the door like he was doing us a favor when it was still regular hours and the door should of been opened and then he commented and said Ill just take yall orders real quick like thats not what you have to do. Then he was rushing us to place our order and then when we started to pay the machine wasnt working so he got frustrated and started cursing after restarting the machine we paid and we didnt receive a receipt and JASON didnt even ask us if it was ok he said oh I guess youre not getting a receipt. So rude and unprofessional.

The Baskin-Robbins near Flippers in Hollywood is so disorganized with tubs of ice cream beneath flavor names that are not at all correct. The place did not appear as clean as Id expect either. Although my daughter and I wanted ice cream, we actually left.The 2 stars is because the ice cream is usually really good but there should NEVER be confusion as to what flavor is being offered.

Very nice even though they just opened and were setting up still. They were indeed out of somethings. But we still made it work.

We dont get in that often but its the closest Baskin Robbins and right next to the movie theatre at that..... Thats the only ice cream I can eat and at least the location offers good service every time Ive been so I dont mind driving over there one bit.

Waited all week to come get some gold medal ribbon, they literally had 10 flavors. The other case was completely empty. Needless to say i didnt get anything. Should of listened to other reviews.

Ok, so it was the 31st, and my family and I were going to get ice cream. We went to the location on Sheridan at 9:58, and the person wouldnt let us in. I can normally understand this if no one was there and it was a tad later. However, there were people eating inside. We then came to this location. This is actually closed at 10, the drivethrough is open 24 hours. Even though it was 10:07, the person working there was kind enough to open the door and let up in. This is the kindness you dont see every day. It was really special. Really put a smile on my face.

While the server was nice, ice cream cone building skills left much to be desired. Out of some flavors all together but I adjusted and purchased 2 scoops on a sugar cone. Request was very clear, yet 1st scoop was placed in a cup, then I was asked if I wanted a separate cup for 2nd scoop. I politely repeated my initial request. Server turned the cup upside down on the cone and then placed the 2nd scoop . It was suggested I hurry and lick the ice cream cone, before the ill stack scoops fell. Server never stated my total yet, charged me extra than what was advertised on the board. Back to the drawing board bc I really like BR!

Its a shame that so much money is spent obtaining a franchise and they are run so poorly anymore. The owner should buy out the other one a few miles down the road and combine inventory... might be able to actually make a proper menu item. Definately not a 31 flavors. Prob wasnt even 10... and didnt even have the local favorites, much less the proper containers to actually put the ice cream in! Poorly trained staff tops it off... got one who cant (or wont) do anything but ring someone up, another who cant sit still and picks at every body part she has (before serving) , leaving the 3rd to do all the building of the item. What a shame

Very subpar and unenthusiastic service from the female minimum wage warrior taking orders in the drive thru . When I pulled up to the drive thru her greeting was go ahead. I kid you not... go ahead? Are you serious? Stank atitude like my buisness was not wanted not to mention they only had 3 flavors of ice cream for a shake (not her fault but only if she wasnt lying and too lazy to get more from the reserves in the back). I ended up biting the bullet and got rum rasin but it was trash. The ice cream tasted stale ( not her fault) and the consistancy was very watery (her fault). And these people wonder why they dont deserve 12 am hour lol thats why. Oh yeah and I couldnt get a reciept because the machine wasnt working.

Married with a Dunkin Donuts, which is busy most of the time. Patience is a virtue here.

Very bad its been years and they still have yet to get any icecream.They was one time weve gone there and they lied saying a shipment will be coming tommorrow but when we came they didnt even have icecream.They rebuilt the place all brand new and were thinking theyll be much better and then when we get our icecream it has frostbite, no goodbye. They should be shut down for good or at least the icecream shop because theyre always wasting peoples time.

The time mentions is incorrect. It closes before 11 pm. Call them before coming here.

They do not answer the phone, always out of ice cream flavors. Not vanilla ice cream. Really. Terrible service. They should close out, bad, very bad.

The woman taking my order was ridiculously rude. She told me they didn’t have anything and she didn’t know anything. I was so confused at how someone could be so rude. I will never bring my family to this place again.
