I loved my waffle cone ice cream!It was delicious, warm, fresh , sweet, yummy and served its purpose.Its a cute presentation.Will definitely come back to that spot when Im in Hollywood area.The line was a bit long but it goes by fast. Its worth the wait. Theres plenty of spots there, inside and outside sitting. After purchasing we walked around the area while we talked and enjoy this treat.Its literally less than $10 wont break your pocket.

I bought the cheesecake flavor but I didn’t taste it. It was still delicious though. I wish I added more things to my waffles. The taro bubba tea was tasty. I would definitely go again and try another flavor.

The cone was soft and warm. It was easily breakable with a spoon. It went great with the soft serve ice cream and a scoop of ice cream. Definitely trying again.The 1st one is Pistachio ice cream with peanut butter chipsThe 2nd one is a soft serve Nutella ice cream with whip cream and crushed oreosThe 3rd one is 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and rainbow sprinkles.

Came in here on a super busy night on the boardwalk area right next to the beach with my friend who absolutely doesnt like sweets and we both LOVED this. The egg waffle was so warm and soft and not that sweet at all. A delicious pillow blanket wrapped around the Earl grey vanilla icecream which was also a not so sweet and unique flavor. I got it topped with condensed milk and fruity pebbles. Soooo tasty. I dream about this dessert OFTEN. But its hours and hours away from home. Not sure when Ill ever be back in this area but if you are walking around in the area and are craving a sweet treat. You wont be disappointed here!

This is not a traditional ice cream 🍨 shop. They have Hong Kong Style Egg Waffles with Taiwanese Style Boba Tea. They even have different taste of Slushes. They have a lot of choices. They are great for any ages. Great deserts and drinks. Some people complain about the price. You pay $8.50 for egg waffles with ice-cream and 3 toppings.Some Gelato ice-cream place charge you a small cup for over $9.00.We definitely recommended to others.We give them a 9.8 out of 10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

When he made the food.... and it’s critical times.They won’t let you add $1 Nutella to anything other than the most expensive thing on the menu.It takes them a way too long to make the waffles because it gets stuck to the waffle grill- overpriced. We’ve been wanting to try this spot for a while, and oh boy I’m glad we did. I was unsure about the soft serve flavors so they let me try Taro. It was delicious! It came in a warm waffle. They were very nice at the counter. Parking was easy - there is a public garage across the street.

I’m not sure if this is a franchise or not but I can see this becoming a shore favorite anywhere with a board walk. A freshly made waffle rolled into a cone, your favorite hand scooped ice cream and 3 toppings of your choosing. They cost $8.25 which I don’t think is terrible based off the quality. Would definitely recommend

This place is extremely overrated the product is a waffle with 1 scoop of icecream with a very tiny bit of cornflakes, m & m or Graham crackers. They charge $8.50 cents and some are $12 and up. The prices does not match product. It finishes super fast, taste like sav a lot ice. This would be reasonable if sold for $4. Keep in mind its down on the beach you will need to pay for parking. The place and chairs are tiny af so if you are a dwarf under 100lbs or a child you can sit to eat. You can buy a box of eggo waffles $1 a jar of icecream at winn dixie $2 any of their toppings at dollar tree for $1 heat your waffles in the microwave and put ice cream on top and sprinkle some toppings and you good and have left over for up to 2 weeks or 8 more servings i promise you.

Im generally a person that cares way more about the ice cream than the cone, but these waffles are FANTASTIC. Dont gete wrong, the ice cream inside was good, but the star of the show is that waffle. Soft, sweet, and delicious.

So I had high expectations for this location. I drove a bit far to come here. First its not an easy location to just park and go in. You have the park in the parking garage which you have to pay. It is located on the boardwalk to go to the beach so thats kinda nice. If your in the area to eat there and then get some ice cream. Inside was actually really plain lol. Secondly I wanted a sundae but you can only get that with soft-serve ice cream which they only have two flavors - Nutella and banana.... The scoop ice cream can not go in the cup with the puffy waffle. I found that a bit annoying, why not just order slightly bigger cups. So I ended up getting one of there signature creations which was the pocket full of sunshine. Which I swapped M&Ms with peanuts. It was really good. They also have two different waffles - original and chocolate. My daughter just got a basic cookie and cream with the puffy waffle. The waffle is made on the spot of your order which was nice. And the service was fast. Overall I liked it but I will not make this drive again.

First off, place looks very clean and spacious for these times of days. I went for the first time today for some Bubbletea and Ill definitely be going again for more selections. They were incredibly fast and informative if your like me and didnt know much about the drink. I recommend 100%, I am a real person 😅👌🏽

Came last night with the family to try this place! We were very please with the customer service we received. The concept is great and every combination of the waffle with the toppings is awesome. My favorite is the original waffle with tiramisu ice cream and the toppings could be anything you want. This has been one of my favorite places on the boardwalk for months. Until this past weekend. The absolute worst experience! And nothing to do with the ice cream, it was great as usual. This is all about the Manager and his completely rude and unintelligent business practices. We wanted to buy a hard scoop of ice cream in the larger plastic cup. He declined. I politely asked if it was because the larger plastic cup cost more than the paper cup, and if so I would gladly pay the extra amount. He again declined and became very defensive. He said only specific types of ice cream can be purchased with the plastic cup. After getting past this issue, we then requested the toppings. Again he had an issue. Only specific toppings can be purchased for specific types of ice cream! Who ever heard of such crazy business practices?!? They have a good thing going at Puffles, but this type of mindset in a service industry, will doom this place. As a faithful weekly customer, we will never set foot in this place again and will share the lack of managerial intelligence with everyone we come across. Do better Puffles

I’m so happy I found this ice cream place, I love how they have waffles and Hong Kong style ice creams. You can also customize your flavors and choose the toppings you want. The waffles are made fresh and the service was efficient. This cute little place is located in Hollywood beach near the boardwalk, and parking is found available in the streets or garages within 2 blocks

This place was hard to find (its right by Wings) but worth it for the bubble waffles. Yes, its pricey like another poster said so its not a regular treat, plus I cant see just popping by unless Im at the beach with how parking is. The staff is nice and will explain things even if you are already familiar with the waffles and boba tea. I got plain because the ice cream aspect is a bit much for me, but my kid did the build your own cone and he thought it was great. Ill definitely be back to get my bubble waffle cravings fixed.

I dont even know where to begin. This is an experience not just ice cream. They make you a puffy, bubble waffle wrap like cone, fill it with your choice of ice cream and sprinkle with toppings. Its like the most unique experience! And so delicious! An ice cream Sunday topped froyo style and wrapped in a breakfast waffle.

Honestly, the drinks tasted interesting, I never had lavender tea and passion fruit boba but it was honestly worth a try. It tasted like strawberry milk with lavender oil. and the passion fruit boba was some sort of tiny balls of liquid that popped in your mouth. It wasnt the best combination, but it was worth a try. The workers and the envirionment was honestly amazing best cusotmer service on hollywood beach! Ill be going back, I will just reconsider what i order next time!

Amazing dessert experience. After having dinner in Hollywood we came here for our dessert. I created my own and I love it! I picked my egg waffle to be filled with fruity pebbles. Yes I said FRUITY PEBBLES WAFFLES! I chose cookie dough Ice cream, m&ms, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup. The smell alone in this location is worth the visit! A unique experience. I have never finished an over indulgent dessert, until I came to Puffles. I ate it all!!! And I can not wait to go back.

Well to start, the Thai tea soft serve with boba was really good! My main issue was when I asked for the guava ice cream, that is CURRENTLY on the website, the girl was really condescending and told me that they stopped selling that months ago

I went into this Puddles for some bubble tea and some ice cream. The shop had many little things that I thought made it special. For the bubble tea, they had special mixer machines that insure the drinks are homogeneous. They also had popping tapioca that burst with favour when you bite into them. Also instead of having a normal icecream cone they had Hong Kong egg waffles instead. It was a good mix and in my opinion better than a normal cone. I enjoyed the bubble tea and the number of different flavours they had for the icecream was great. There was a wide variety of flavors and the ones that I had were really good. I also had a good experience at Puffles since it was really clean with a nice aesthetic. Overall I had a good experience.

The dessert here is so unique to me! I know it’s Hong Kong inspired so that would make sense of its uniqueness. I love the soft served Taro and have had it twice in two days. I can’t describe what it tastes like to me but the closest thing I could say is that it tastes like a delicious candle 😂 they were out of my favorite topping, gummy bears, so for my three toppings I got whipped cream, condensed milk, and strawberry syrup. My husband got a mixed scoop of cookies and cream and cookie dough but he said the ice cream was average. He’s not a soft serve kind of guy but when he tasted mine he really liked it! The waffle cones are really good, a little crunch on the outside with soft airiness in the balls. I don’t want to go back to regular waffle cones now.

You can create your own ice cream on ann egg waffle with loads of options to choose from or you can have them surprise you with some of their delicous creations. They also have boba teas and slushies that are to die for.Stop on by you wont be dissappointed.This place is right on the boardwalk its in a great location.The workers here are patient with the customers and have great costumer service, its a clean and safe place to be.

Average at best. The egg waffle cones were different and good. They came out warm but the ice cream was like grocery store quality and the price was way too high, even for being on a boardwalk. I have a hard time paying $8 for a single scoop of ice cream. The quality is not there for the price. I have had high-end premium ice cream all over the country and this does not compare. I wanted to like it because of the uniqueness, but Id be hard pressed to pay that price again. There are better options out there for my dollar. I don’t think that I’d go back. I’d recommend finding alternative options.

Amazing Hong Kong style dessert - puffles that is like a puffy waffle with ice cream or soft serve - the soft serve is amazing with Asian flavor such as Thai iced tea. Toppings choice is also Asian influenced with green tea porky ( biscuit sticks). Amazing place, served with Hong Kong efficiency!

Delicious options and great service. We ordered the unicorn poop and the taro and Matcha Swirl soft serve and both were delicious. The fruity pebbles and pocky sticks on the unicorn poop were definitely the cherry on top.

They need a carry out container, so can stop by and get some ice cream to go. Then they will be a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way.

I didnt want ice cream but after smelling the delicious homemade waffles I decided to splurge and have just the waffle. OMG I was in heaven. This place is a must try.
