Stopped in here for 1 item. The shelves were a mess and mostly empty. I had to sift through chaos to find what I needed. Three boxes there but all of them were empty. I told a lady that works there that the boxes were empty she said that was normal. Okay, and wow. I didnt want to leave empty handed went to buy a drink and the girl at the register was having a meltdown because she had go backs. The lights were dim in this place. Not your usual Dollar Tree. Skip this location. Im sure theres another in the area.

192 S. State Rd 7, Hollywood Store. This store seems small from the outside but dont let the size fool you. Even though not laid out like most Dollar Tree stores, this store had the most extensive inventory Ive seen in a Dollar Tree & Customer Service was not bad, & it also wasnt crowded. I found everything I was looking for, the first time at any Dollar Tree. The Craft section for those into Crafts in the best ever seen at a Dollar tree even though Im not really Crafty but my daughter is & I went there with her. Theres also a Ross & Walmart in the Plaza across the street.

Really good selection, not a logical set- up, aisles for Xmas stuff here, there, everywhere. Line-up can be an hour long, with only 6 people. 3 cashiers on 12/5/2020. 2 middle aged women who tried to operate a broken register, with no access to a working credit card machine, plus they took turns bagging the items.. and one young handsome gentleman who stared at the ceiling. It was a complete zoo, with no apparent manager in sight. Shame on you for putting your staff in that situation, on a Saturday, so close to Xmas and with the stress of Covid.

Exactly what you would except from a dollar store, raggedy employees & expired goods.

Not the best Dollar Tree. I stopped in one Friday and was not pleased with the appearance of the store. The shelves were bare and no one was trying to refill them. Aside from the store simply being a mess, the store was very messy. I am not sure if it was that they were understaffed and didn’t have enough people or what. I only saw one employee working. Luckily it wasn’t too packed and the line wasn’t super long but it was long enough.Not sure if I’d come back. Sure if I was in the area and needed something, I’m sure I would. However, I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Pretty great Dollar Tree in terms of size and items available. The location itself isnt the best but there is a fair amount of parking (pull in to not get hit) and the store has just about anything you would need and things even other Dollar Trees didnt have in stock. The store had a few boxes around but it was clear for the most part and easy enough to get around and navigate in. Staff was okay, service was quick.

A great chain a great store. Everything you need you will find here and even things that you dont need. If your going to blow money on the same things,then at least save some money doing it. You can make things work out in your favor just a little imagination will go a long way and saving money is what we all need to do.

This location will not see my face there again. The employee, she was very rude, persistent and her attitude was terrible. Due to poor customer service, an unorganized store and empty shelves I will never shop here again. And yes, I know the employee name. She should be suspended and need customer service training ASAP. Thank you

You might want to recommend that your employees are not texting on their phones while they are supposed to be ringing up customers that way they can pay attention to what theyre doing so they dont double charge people!

The cashier keep drooping what I just bought and smashing it.

The only reason Im not giving this store 5 stars is the building itself. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that it has the refrigerated and frozen food sections. The building itself is somewhat poorly located and older.

I always come here good things i need. I even made my bouquets from here for my wedding and got a couple of other stuff here too the staff is very friendly and really down to earth to where you can ask them their opinions on the projects that you were doing and they will give you an honest opinion. Every time I come in here and always greeted with a smile and a hello and they always remember me from last time.

The dollar tree in Hollywood near Dennys has got to be the worst store I have every been to. They had NOTHING! Not even a bag of baby wipes for crying out loud!! I literally wandered every single lane and everything was a mess, no prices, very few things in stock, and the two black female employees were mouthing off about customers leaving crap everywhere and when i literally gave up and put the only thing i could find in that ENTIRE waste of space store (a bath SPONGE with no price label lying in a messy pile of sponges) back where I found it, these two women started talking crap outloud about how I left their sponge in that pile of sponges (it was a messy pile anyway????) instead of doing their job and wondering why they just lost a customer!! This store is BS

Feeling disappointed in this store. Ive been in this store many times since they took over family dollar. The day time staff is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately, as I found out today the evening staff, not so much. I carry a bag (for medical reasons) everywhere I go. As such Im always prepared to have the cashier look thru it to make sure I dont have any stolen items. I understand this is there job. But, as I explained to the cashier it against the law to leave with anyone. She was very rude and made me remove them and put in another bag. What was the worst part? There were 3 other people with bags (2 like mine) she allowed to go without a problem. The only difference? The color of my skin. Also if thats not bad enough, the store was not being taken care of the same way daytime staff does. I guess for now on if I dont want to be discriminated againstor or to see the workers, actually working in the store, Ill have to shop b4 5pm.

This is the most clean and organize store I never been.!!! Usually they are messy aaf.! I drive from downtown Hollywood to here just because it is great!

I went to this place and the employee sat outside fraternizing with a guy that harassed customers as they walked in. The man tried to grab my hand as I went inside. Inside the line was crazy long because the employee sat outside talking with guy. Anyhow once in the line, the same came up to me. I told him please stop twice, but then he continued harassing me. This store is unprofessional and and unsafe,

Its good but they are missing somethings there and its hard to find what you are looking for.

I love that they now stock 18 count eggs for only a $1

This Dollar Tree is a quick place to get what you need in a hurry staff is okay and they usually have anything you need in stock at a fair price

It is one of the largest Dollar Tree establishments in the area, you can find everything. The staff are always friendly and ready to help, as in all places there are always staff who are bored and exhausted that ko has the best disposition but hey not everything is rosy. The establishment is generally very clean, tidy and well stocked.
