This place got a lot of flies inside all over the place on tables, chair, food and coffee, bottle mixes, etc. I never had seen something like that inside a place. I think they should do something about it. I order a cold latte coffee and they gave me a hot latte instead. Very unsastified with this place, I had been in many other locations but this is the worse one.

The breakfast was awful my sandwich is not fresh, the chia coffee has a hard spicy mint flavor (really I don’t know how to describe it but chia flavor I don’t think that is)

This is the worst ram Starbucks I’ve ordered from. Why do I have to sit in the long drive thru line for a mobile pickup order ?? My coffee and breakfast are already made and they still made me go to the drive thru…

Wife used the online app to order and as she placed the order it changed our location without her knowing. The worker told us that there was nothing they could do for us. Said we had to go to the location it was placed at. We proceed to order and pay again for our order. Upon calling Starbucks they told us that they could have just switched the other to that location.

My experience here this AM was not what Ive ever experienced. I ordered a dark roast coffee with cream & when I received the coffee it was cold, so I asked if they could heat the coffee up and I was informed by the store manager that it is normally extra to have a coffee to be served hot..??..I was told that to heat the creamer whether half and half or whipping cream it will be a separate price. Have anyone else experienced this before?

A month now still no hazelnut. Just pulled up today they were outa caramel toffee nut and hazelnut. Guess I should just get a ice water since that’s all u guys got in stock learn how to run your business and do inventory

The server at the intercom was extremely rude saying she couldn’t hear me at all I repeated it at least 7 times the cars in front of me ordered just fine. So I asked if I can just order at the window and she said no we can’t take orders at the window but she heard me just fine when I asked to order at the window instead. If I’m gonna pay $5 or $6 for a coffee the employees should treat their customers who pretty much are putting money in their pockets a little nicer.

Covid protocol is practiced here. Service is good. Clean coffee shop and staff very friendly. It was a pleasant stopping point in-between my errands. I would definitely go back when in the area again.

This Starbucks location is SO dirty. It has SO MANY flies near our coffees and in the inside. All the chairs and tables were dirty and sticky. There were used napkins on the floor too. Disgusting. Do better, starbucks

Restroom was not clean, stood at the counter for a while before someone acknowledged that I needed service, lots of flies over the counter, so I sat outside, but the smell from the dumpster made me want to puke. Overall a bad experience. Im giving the 2 stars because the drink I ordered was the only good thing. Its the pink dragon drink.

I got 3 drinks, all tall frappuccinos. All 3 were watered down, no cup was full, and the children they have running drive thru need to listen to their manager about how to do their jobs instead of playing. Maybe the drinks would taste like theyre supposed to...

The Starbucks on Sheridan ST is probably recently open. The staff is not well trained, food temperature wrong and items missing on the menu all the time time.

The worst and unhelpful staff ever. They closed store and serve drive-through only. When I come to their serving window-when there was no cars at all-they said they wouldn’t get my order and even don’t open that window. Horrible manners.

BruhI ordered on uber eats bc I had a coupon and LOOK. AT. THIS.I had never ordered a matcha frap that looked this bad. In my order I paid extra for the Soy, the extra matcha scoop which is $1 each!! And I received a vanilla flavored almond milk washed in I guess left over matcha. People this is supposed to look DARK green not like a drop of green paint in a glass of water. DIDNT EVEN COME WITH THE WHIPPED CREAMWhat a waste, dont order delivery from this place.

Best Starbucks Ive gone to. Somehow the coffee there seems to taste better. The staff is amazing and so friendly and honest. The manager is awesome. I had not realized I had left my debit card and was able to retrieve it the next day.

The worse customer service! Rude and always giving me the wrong orders. Today I orderedtwo cake pops and I had to ask for it because they only gave me the tea and I was leaving when I realized they gave me only one. Ordered CHOCOLATE AND UNICORN and got COOKIE DOUGH. A couple of weeks ago I ordered coffee WITH ALMOND MILK and I got BLACK COFFEE.

I ordered a Iced Venti caramel macchiato. It was horrible the ice was melted and the drink was watered down. It occurred to me that when I was watching them prepare drinks they were peeling the label off a drink and switching it onto a another drink which was the one they gave me. It was a drink they made by mistake earlier instead of throwing it away and making me a fresh drink I got someones mistake THATS HORRIBLE!! Ive worked as a bartender when we made a mistake we just threw the drink away and that was alcohol poor customer service wont be back to that store!!

Worst Experience ever!! They have messed up our order completely and we confirmed that the order on the screen was correct. They were really unprofessional didn’t know what our order was. Gave us incorrect orders. Made us wait over half hour for our drinks and food. Told us to pull up near the door and directed us that someone will come out and give us our orders. We waited an additional 10 minutes, at this point she came out and scolded and attacked me for their mistake and inconvenience. Then she told me that she would go in there and print me out a receipt that they don’t owe me another drink which in fact I paid them $40 to be exact and the total came out to be roughly $37 something. She told me she had evidence that she had given me all of my orders and I told her specifically that we are still missing one more. She still started to attack me. Then she came out and printed me a made up receipt that didn’t match the orders that she had mistakenly given me. I never had this happen to me at this place before. Warning you she wasn’t pleasant to talk to. They had no signs of professionalism whats so ever!! Can’t believe they came out with a made up receipt including false orders, inaccurate time we were there, and also the amount of change we had given to them. I am beyond shocked that their employee came out to verbally attack and not even apologize for their mistake. Unfortunately, the worker did not bother to notice that she was at fault. I normally do not write bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. Worst costumer service I ever had experienced!!!!! Save yourself time and go to other Starbucks locations. If I had the option I would give them 0 STARS

Clean, fast, good.Americano was tasty and strong enough as it has to be.

Staff was personable and welcoming, coffee was excellent -- my husband tried the Nitro Cold Brew in the late afternoon since we had a late drive back across the state that night; staying awake after the cold brews was not a problem! :)We also had the Gruyere-bacon Sous Vides and find them tasty -- they would be much easier to eat if the bacon was cut since no knife is given, but that is not in any way a problem with this particular store -- its just part of that food prep that takes place off site.I had to ask for TP in the ladies room and the toilet does not flush well, but the TP was gotten right after I asked. The mens room soap dispenser was full, but non-functional. I would have given this store a 4 rating but for these issues.

After 15 minutes of waiting to get anyones attention and having a guy cut in front of me I ordered a cappuccino. Silly me, I drove off without trying it first, it certainly was not the cappuccino I experienced at other locations, more like water. Very disappointing. Wont go to that place ever. They were preoccupied with the Drive through orders and ignored the ones who were inside. I wonder about the quality of the Drive through orders. A young man who stood behind me decided to leave. The one at the end of line cut in front of me.

First bad cup of coffee ive at a starbucks. Everyone was pleasant but coffee tasted burnt, old and watered down. Ive been ordering the same drink for nearly 10 years.

Horrible service! They open @05:30 on Sunday mornings, but I was refused service because she wasnt ready! Ive also been there before on other mornings always around 5:45,without problem. This is usually my goto spot in the mornings, but I will never go back to this location!

I understand the increased precaution with COVID-19, but your personnel should not forget customer service. Your manager on duty, Marissa, was very rude and was playing bouncer to an empty store. With literally no patrons in the store, Marissa stopped me from walking to the register just to play a maze by myself. Totally understandable if I wasn’t the only customer in the store. Asking Marissa why is this necessary given I’m the only one in the store, she gave a nasty attitude that turned me off.I understand the importance of protocol, but please Starbucks, do not lose sensibility. Managers should not be rigid to this extent, and your store lost a sale today because of her attitude

I dont get why people want to fight for $15 an hour when I dont get greeted at the door or why I wait 8mins with two people in line no one in drive thru.

I just waited in the drive through along with five other cars. When I got to the place to order, no one said anything. I said hello a few times and waited patiently for about four minutes before finally pulling up. When I pulled up the entire Starbucks was empty. I sat in line for nothing. The hours posted on the window were 9am-10pm and it is now 6pm. The sign on the window says “we’re open!”So I, along with many other customers, just wasted my time and didn’t get a coffee

Just spent $26 on breakfast to end up with old stale and bitter coffee for my latte. It literally tasted spoiled. I have never in my life had such a disgusting coffee from Starbucks. Employees need to stop being Lazy and brew a fresh batch . Won’t bother with this location again . Not worth the risk .

The young man who works the drive thru with the fedora hat is the face of everything customer service should NOT be. He rung up my order & when I got to the window I politely asked him to repeat the order back to me (seeing as the NO WHOLE MILK wasn’t added to the screen.) he repeated my order to my correctly. However, once I received my order the receipt that comes on the cup didn’t have any of which I told I didn’t want. It was still made with whole milk. I called the store to speak to the manager because I was on my way to work, he answered & refused to give her the phone. When I called 5 minutes later another young man answered the phone & without hesitation gave the phone to the manger. We are in the middle of a pandemic & people need to start taking their jobs a lot more seriously. You could literally have NO job right now & to be taking your job for granted right now is an absolute disgrace. Get rid of him & hire someone who would be more than happy to be working.

Placed a online order waited a long time. They need a pickup location vs just a Uber eats pickup location. The big problem were all the flies everywhere inside. 🤢🤢🤢

Been going to this location since they opened. Nice location even though parking can be a bear. Outdoor seating as well as inside. Consistent coffees and espresso. Sometimes their a little overwhelmed w/ customer / employee ratio, but end product is the same...

Ordered my caramel cloud macchiato using the Starbucks app. When I arrived for pick up, my drink was barely filled above the halfway mark. And a quarter of that, was just pure foam. About 30% coffee, 20% foam and 50% empty space. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular starbucks. As a frequent and loyal customer, I feel cheated and disappointed.

Terrible service. They always screw up a simple latte. Either coffee tastes bitter or they don’t put enough, or they put the wrong milk...just save yourself the trouble and avoid the location at all costs. The staff is rude and condescending. So good luck!

By far the best Starbucks in Broward county they went out of their way to be kind and nice and treat me like family my mother just passed away a few days previously they were sympathetic to me they were talking to me they were trying to turn me off their wonderful wonderful young people the manager particularly she is a lady I should say shes probably in her twenties and she has kind of like God real thick hair curly and she is amazing the manager she was in charge and what a nice nice person one of her way to be kind of nice to me I cant recommend that place enough its the best Starbucks probably

Great place, spacious lounge and outside patio, big table for Meetup meeting great for networking or just working all tables have charging stations and Starbucks always have great coffee but obviously one does not only go for the coffee

We had the usual professional Starbucks experience with great deliverd quality products at the end. Way to go Starbucks. Complete with adequate exterior seating and ease of close proximity parking.

I was really impressed with this Starbucks. They had plenty of charge ports for the phone. The food was good. I didnt have to wait long. Service was good also. It is in a very convenient location as well. Easy to get to. And there was ample parking in the plaza that it is located in. I will be back for breakfast sometime in the future. Love the chorizo item on the muffin. With the Monterey Jack cheese.

Nice location and good size! They always make your beverages well, service is on point. This place also ensures you are happy with your drink. I would recommend this place as they have a good customer service that never disappoints.

Love this Starbucks in particular because of the amazing staff!Sam, Kat and Nicholas are all wonderful.They know my name, whether abbreviated or not, know what types of drinks I like and are always more personable. Order ahead using your app and drive through bypassing the speaker. Sam will love that! Lol 😉

Out of dark coffee tried to sell me light coffee. I asked to brew dark coffee and waited for. I did get it but was not hot , just warm. Asked for a hot cup of dark roasted coffee and received a fresh brewed hot coffee. I did get it after asking twice and returned one cup. Thanks!
