They serviced my Audi A4, a friend recommended this shop and is the best ever. Luis is very attentive and Chris the service manager is great. Took my MB SL550 with a convertible top problem. They identified and fixed issue. Very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. They know what they are doing. Great customer service and communicate clearly on what is going on. $180 an hour/labor is on the steep side but still cheaper than MB Dealer.

Found another certified shop with a large clientele to do the same work for $700 cheaper. Please consider other options before making a final decision. Consult all places first.

Customer service was non-existant. Was told of an enormous repair price ($8000) before they even saw my car. We came in for a maintenance check. Left the car for 2 days. There was no attempt to reach out or provide updates to me unless I called. Upon pick up of my car they had no answer and the diagnostic paperwork only read customer complaint of battery drain which was my suspicion of the problem. I was essentially charged $414 for nothing. They did no service check and my car was likely just sitting for 2 days in their lot. I was not given an answer as to why my car was having problems and now my car doesnt work at all. Would love a refund.

I was pleased to know that the cost of my repairs were way lower than the dealer! I explained my cars problem and Luis explained what he would have to do to fix it. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and it was done before 6pm. I appreciated the complimentary car wash, but more than that, the first time customers discount! That really made my day! Luis explained another issue my car has, which the dealer has mentioned to me before, and of course, his price is better! From all the certifications on the wall, I inquired about his work history and experience and he has been doing this since 1982! I felt comfortable leaving my car with GVS; it is the absolute first time I have let anyone other than the dealer work on my car and I have had it since 2015. I am pleased and will continue to have my car restored to perfect condition at GVS!

TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIPI have an older 2010 Audi with two owners and only 68,000. There have been several recalls on the car and the dealership has done lots of work on the engine since my ownership. In the end of May I took my car into the dealership for its annual maintenance. The car also had to have the timing chain replaced due to the recalls. Dealership recommended changing the lower control arms on both sides and new brakes. I declined to have them fixed at that moment due to not driving much because of the pandemic and I use one of the other cars. When it was time to go back to work, I had to start driving and can hear the control arm creaking when going over bumps. I took it to German Vehicle Service at the end of October since they were close to my job and convenient. Hours after dropping it off, I got a recommended report of what the car needed. Many of the items didn’t make sense for example it recommended an oil change which was just done in the annual maintenance. When I called, I was told the car was misfiring which again didn’t make sense since it just received its annual maintenance plus had new engine work on it. Also, they told me the engine mounts were leaking and needed to be changed, but my Audi report from May check them off. I was told the car was done and I let them know I was on the way to pick it up. When I arrived, it was still on the lift and had to wait over an hour. I was told they trying to fix the noise. They didn’t want me to take it off the lot since it was dangerous too drive according to them. I refused and wanted my vehicle.When I got it off the lot it original noise (control arms) was gone, but now there was a new horrible noise when I let off the gas. I called immediately and was first told, that they fixed only what I told them and that they didn’t drive it to know if that noise was there in the first place. So how can my car be diagnosed with all these problems if they never drove it in the first place? He continued to explain the engine was tilting because of the engine mounts and that if I brought the car back, they would figure it out and fix it. He went on to talk about how there was so many things wrong with the car and continued to make excuses.I declined to take it back to them and first thing the next morning I went back to the dealership. Dealership immediately found the problem. There was a part that was bent wrong and fixed it at no charge. They checked the engine mounts and again stated they were not leaking and wasn’t the problem. They did confirm that later they could be changed but it was not the problem.To top it off they left a huge deep scratch in my front bumper and scuffed up the back. Bottom line spend the extra money and take it back to the dealership.

My husband and I had taken our Mercedes ML350 there for a pre purchase check and ended up getting a full service. Luis took good care of us. He’s honest and very professional. We were so impressed. We took our Porsche Panamera and got a full service on it too. Both vehicles ride very good and we look forward to taking our BMW there as well. These people are scammers, they will cause more problems than fix your vehicle, it will get so bad to the point where they mess up so much things and the price gets way to high and they end up getting your car taken away by them putting a lien on your car, please I warn you all stay away from them I was told an issue with my car, took it to a dealer and that was never a problem, Luis is very money hungry and greedy it’s ridiculous, you all have been warned.

They have very well trained mechanics with many years of experience in all makes of cars, but specially in German vehicles. The owner is the nicest person on earth, and you can work with him any issues without hesitation. They offer the best service and very good rates if you compare to a dealer. Is an honest car shop, where you can be 100% sure they will treat you with respect and tell you exactly whats wrong with the car in order for you to be safe on the road. What a BLESSING to find such a professional and technologically capable crew of mechanics. Absolutely attentive customer service excellent communication skills. My 2002 Mercedes Sprinter van had so many problems I spent over $10 ,000. And many days wasting time at dealerships getting ripped off and jerked around I fortunately discovered on yelp Luis and his great family run German Vehicles Service. They removed the faulty parts that the dealership installed and this old diesel van now has so much power and smooth acceleration. It literally starts immediately every time I crank the engine ( prior to Luis’s-master service skills starting normally took 4-5 minutes of constant cranking and killing the battery). Now seriously the Mercedes dealership could not fix it and still made me pay. But after I went to German Vehicles Service and spent only $700 to fix it it starts and runs perfectly. AMAZING. That this Sprinter Van with over 200,000 miles can drive start and operate so smoothly. My experience at GVS was definitely life changing because my van is such an integral part of my life and my business. I am truly very thankful to have found this place. They were able to get the job done for half of what the dealership was going to charge. The approximated time for service was accurate, give or take 15-20 minutes. It was a nice surprise to have my car hand washed after the service and my tires were spotless...you dont get that at the dealership, unfortunately. So many good reviews maybe they are desperate because of the bad economy at the moment. Took my audi in for turbo failing and wire harness issues at the camshaft sensor.They quoted me around 6k. 4k for the labor 2k for engine harness. Mind you the entire engine harness is 1.2k at the dealer (i called.) Told me turbo is failing because of the wiring problems and sending car into limp mode. Immediately got a second opinion it was the turbo boost solenoid that was bad and a small part of the harness needed some splicing and soldering.total was about 700. Lying thieves. Incredible. Negative stars.beware of this shop at the moment.they are desperate. Who thinks of replace the entire engine harness because one part is bad????

I have a German car and instead of going to VW who charges the same price or more does the right things and do not over charge you. I paid over 1,400 for labor just to get a tune up, brakes and oil change. They are to expensive and Luis A Vazquez is a horrible business person this company is horrible. Stay AWAY . There are many places that charge better and are honest. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Asked for a quote for labor only because I purchased special shocks and tires for my Sprinter. The gave an estimate with all parts included and, when I asked to remove the tires and shocks cost, Daisy respond that they only work with their own parts.Later I found a more friendly shop and I expend half of German quote for labor.Also I expend several weeks to get German quote by email and phoned Daisy several times. She was rude and disorganized to find my estimate.

By far an awesome experienceI received a pre-purchase inspection from this place. I was above and beyond impressed by the inceptions report. It was very detail in all that was done. I was given picture on all aspects of the inspections. Also called at the end to make sure I did not have questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them!

This place is rip off my husband brought his 2015 BMW X5 for the bushings to be replaced during inspection he was told that the tires needed to be replaced which he did agree to upon getting the car he noticed the replaced tires were old they denied according to Luis the owner and the employee he called the police to diffuse the matter but they were unable to do anything as they stated it was a civil case this place was very unprofessional my husband is an aircraft mechanic so he is aware of the ins and outs of how things are to be done DO NOT give these people your business they are rip offs all around and so unprofessional they were reported to the BBB as well. If I could give them no star at all I would but karma will deal with them and that place of so called business.

This is a first rate shop with a first rate family as owners operator.Luis and family are top of the line and there arent very many Mercedes shops that have a Master Wrench Mercedes Benz Mechanic such as Luis.I have owned and have now (3) Benzs for over 25 years. I have been to them all. This one is hands down the finest from customer service to repair.I only wished I had started here first, I would have saved thousands of dollars and many headaches. Excellent service and honestly, I have a Mercedes c250 the driver door handle snapped and was not able to open ,before I came here I went to the Mercedes dealership in Pembroke Pines to see what could be done they took car to the back where I could see the car after a few hours they told me that they needed to replace the whole panel which I find odd since they never open the panel to see the problem . So I came here where owner Luis Vazquez took me in the back and show me the broken piece so there was no doubt it was the part , we order the part and as soon it came in work was done and also notice that windows were squicking they oil the motor at no charge , also tires needed to be rotated and aligned and after all that I save 300$ from the cost of dealership, very impressive place very clean and amenities like free coffee and water while I waited , definitely will come back here and will stop going to dealerships.....

We took it to BMW and after $700 the car started over heating and when we called BMW they were going to charge us another pretty penny. We were stranded and our vacation turned to HELL. With 3 small kids that were missing school. We came across this shop and let me tell you GOD BLESS these people! First time I took my VW to GVS. I work full time in the construction industry and my schedule is very hectic. Luis and his daughter Daisy accommodated my schedule. I was able to drop off my car at 6:30am and they had it ready at 3pm. Luis sent me pictures (loved that as we do that in my company too) and as soon as I called he walked me thru what was wrong with my car. I had a complete service and great experience. Very disappointed with this shop. Was sitting in the waiting room in order to get a estimate for my car and overheard employees talking down on a elderly lady that came in asking for her bmw quote. Once she left they said they would charge her a arm and a leg because she thinks the car was completely bad when in reality all she needed was a water pump. very disappointing and I immediately got up and left. This place will take your money. I came in to see if he can fix the volume knob on my car and at first he told me he doesnt like doing that kind of work. So I insisted and it took like 3 weeks just to get the estimate. He will play around with your schedule. So i canceled my day at work to get my car serviced and luis just says oops my mechanic is not here. He does this to you twice in a row. I also started hearing a noise from my serpentine belt and I have mechanic experience, so I knew there was a problem, so when I asked about it to see if he was an honest mechanic, He said its just a noise continue to drive! So my serpentine belt just magically fell off after visiting here and told me to drive with the problem like a death trap. I got left in the side of the road thanks to this guys advice and had to tow my car. He has the master wrench award because he will take that wrench and make sure you have more problems. My a/c knob was scratched and tampered with also so he can make more money out of you. He even will brag right in front of your face to another customer saying i can make $400 off of one customer so imagine how he hustles his other customers. If you care about your car RUN from this shop. They arent honest and your car will be in worse condition when you drive away. He stole my money also, he makes you pay before the work is done also. I also noticed in my estimate he doesnt take down your vin number either. I wouldnt recommend this shop at all.

Through the years Ive gotten to know the owner luis, his staff and his family and consider them all to be truly terrific honest and caring people. I brought him a very complicated rare car that no one in the entire state of florida would even consider touching. After methodically working his way through each part of the car using resources and connections from all over the world Im happy to report my car is running better then ever. Something 3 other specialty shops in 3 separate states simply could not do. These guys are crooks!!! Stay away from them. Took three cars there for repair and didnt even give me an estimate. Made me sign a blank form and requested $50,000 which I immediately paid. I was under the impression that this is all my repairs would cost. Three months later the shop owner, Luis, calls me and says that he needed more money to continue working on the vehicles. I then told him that he had failed to provide me with a written estimate. He then showed me a paper signed by me upon which he had printed estimates and repair orders in the range of $100k-$120k. I bonded out my vehicles through the court which costed me another $70,000 and now am fighting them in court. I initiated a criminal coplaint with the State Attorney Office and most likely they will be indicted on fraud and document tampering charges. I am $120,000 in the hole and my cars are all torn apart and still not working. Stay away from these guys please. They will rob your money.

This is the BEST place to go to when it comes to German vehicle servicing, from Mercedes Benz, Porsches, VWs, ect... They are a family owned business and everyone there is personable. I would not take my car any where else!!!I came to learn about German Vehicle Services from my uncle whose wife also has a used Mercedes Benz. I have a 2006, C280 now for almost two years and have been coming here since buying my Mercedes Benz. Everyone at GVS has always made sure my car has ran smoothly since day one.I have gone there for more then a number of problems, since the vehicle I was sold was a LEMON when I purchased it and the dealership and the salesperson refused to fix the problems. If anyone remembers or knows the movie The Money Pit, you will understand the problems I have had with my vehicle. I will not start naming half of the things that they have had to replace. I will just say: Thank GOD for Luis, his family and the mechanics at GVS. I will not trust anyone else with my vehicle. They have always made sure everything rans perfectly before I leave GVS. I will always make sure it is them who perform all necessary maintenance work on my car.The owners daughters Michelle or Gaby or the owner himself (Luis), will always provide me with clear written and verbal estimates before any work is done on my car.I have called them on their cell on a number of different times, and they have taken care of everything. They have always scheduled a rental from Enterprise while they repaired my car. I hope that his business continues to grow, since they certainly have GREAT customer service, they give their attention to customer satisfaction and the professional service they provide.These guys are straightforward, no gimmicks just EXCELLENT work! I would 100% recommend GVS to anyone who needs their car fixed.
