Like another young lady’s review, I always find I’m being followed or watched by undercover and store employees. And I understand they’re doing their job, but it’s extremely off-putting and a terrible shopping experience. Maybe they’re increasing their security? But it’s super obvious. Some products I regularly purchase at Target, so I keep returning, but I’ll shop elsewhere if I keep having this experience.

I walked in and asked a staff member where the alarm clocks were, she walked me there and waited to make sure they had what I was looking for. Who does that anymore? Awesome!! Then at the checkout, the gentleman before me had some fire sticks that he was purchasing. The cashier took out her phone out and checked to see if it price matched somewhere else at a lower price somewhere. Again who does this? It didn’t because targets price was awesome but wow!!! Beyond exceptional help, friendliness and customer service. 10 star:)

I purchased 2 laundry baskets for part of a shower gift. I tried to order them with my other part of the order that I could pick up in 2 hours, but it kept tell me there was an error. So when I picked up my order we went in the store and there were the baskets. It worked out just fine for that part. I then purchased them separately and the cashier took them off the brides registry. When I got home I was looking for something else to buy for them and saw 1 laundry basket was taken off but not the second. I talked with CHAT and explained what happened and he said it was taken care of. 3 hours later it was the same way 1 left to purchase. Today at 5:30PM when I checked it was fixed or was it? Did someone else purchase a laundry basket today? Not happy if at this shower - her last she gets another one at the same shower!

Worst target experience ever, I was followed around the store by an undercover worker. And I understand he was doing his job but he looked me in the eyes multiple times and followed me multiple times and as a girl that can be really scary and made me very uncomfortable. Also why out of all people was I followed I wasn’t wearing any baggy clothes and had a lanyard with money in it. Target do better, shopping here shouldn’t make me fear if I am being kidnapped. Never buying from here again.

Ordered filled in a matter of minutes. Stopped to pick up, took about 5 minutes. Great service.

I have always had a good experience here. The store is always clean and the employees are nice.

They came out with my order really fast, everything was correct and the staff was really nice. They wore a mask out to our car and the pickup was really easy. I would do this again and recommend it to others.

Super clean store, well stocked , friendly staff.Choosing either curbside or store pickup, has always been super fast completion, even in the spring when the pandemic was getting stated effecting everything, they were still quick to fill and complete orders.

I dont go often because each time, consumable / grocery items are either not there or out of stock.

We just picked up an online order and half of our order, that we paid for, was missing when we got home. The person who brought it to our car and more than one order with them and were guessing they gave one of our bags to someone else. I called Targets 800 number and the person said that all she could do was give us a refund and then wed have to reorder. Anything else would take 24 hours. I called the store and they are putting the missing items together and now we have to go back to the store. What a headache

Everyone is extremely helpful and so nice! The stores are always clean and I love how bright the store is, it makes everything look so much nicer

Great job Target! I ordered curbside pickup last night and promptly received an email that my order was ready this morning. Drive up lanes were clearly marked. The young man that brought out my order was wearing a mask and courteous. He scanned the barcode on my phone, put my purchases in the trunk, I thanked him and was very happy with my experience.

I just did the Curbside Pickup for the first time and it was a bliss. Hopefully its like that all the time. Plus I like the fact that I can pick it up in 2 hours compared to Walmart next day pick up.

Drive up was so incredibly easy! Some stores still havent figured out how to do pick-up but Target has it down- efficient, fast, safe, and at the top of my list for service!

Visiting the holland target is always a great experience

Driving 45 miles to the store that has stock is expensive compared to another store 20 miles away.

Everytime I go into target there is one employee that always says I have to go through a lane and not self check out. Tonite there was no one in self check out and she still switched me to a lane. I feel her customer service is terrible and rude and disrespectful and I really hope target can change the customer service of this one employee. I don’t understand why I can’t use a self check lane when two other people behind went to them.

Always very clean and well stocked. Hard to find food items. Archer farms products are top quality. Helpful staff.

This target is usually messy and the staff is not knowledgeable. The items you may need are usually not in stock. The Grandville location will have what you need and much cleaner.

I was in today to pick up a bike that I ordered online, Taylor was working in the customer service department and was helping me out. There was a problem where the store did not have inventory in stock. Taylor was multitasking and handling a number of different customers really stepped up and help me with this situation. The employees and cleanliness of the store is wonderful.

Nice clean store, and very friendly people. Easy to find what you need and want. The only thing preventing a five star is check out is a little slow. What I mean is lots of registers, but only a few are open so lines form.

I love my Target. I know alot of the employees.

Said they had the item online, called to confirm, yep they have 4 in stock, asked if they could hold one for me its an hour drive one way, nope, drove there hoping it would still be in stock, told they have been sold out for days, the computer said they had zero in store, zero in stock, and 4 unaccounted. Had she looked I wouldnt have wasted my time or gas, wont offer me a rain check. This is no way to do business.

Awesome products. I always get compliments on everything I wear. 90 percent of everything I wear I bought I got at target. I decorate my home with things I bought at Target as well. Tres Chic. And the prices are respectable too. The store is always clean and the lines are always reasonable in the check out too. I never wait too long.

Its a Target. Younger employees actively avoid eye contact. Theyre much to wrapped up with their snap chat or how they cant believe Brian did that? Like they cant even. No music is played over speakers, so you can hear conversations across the store and you are stuck with your own thoughts. Employees that have been there for awhile are fantastic, but they dont make up for the sometimes rude younger ones. I was rung up once and the cashier seemed annoyed. Definitely did not feel like a guest. What are you gonna do though? Its a Target.

It has many exclusive items other stores do not. It does not offer every great deal though. Service overall is really good. Sometimes pricing does not match tag...

The person I checked out with didnt know what a baby registry was. He asked me if the registry was coupons. I told him that I thought he needed it to remove the items I purchased from the registry. He said he didnt know and didnt ask anyone. When I checked couple days later the items were still listed on the registry as available. This was a big inconvenience, not only to me, but also to tthe mom to be.

It was super easy to use the target app, choose store pickup and pay for my items, plus for items not in the store they could be paid for at the same time and shipped in just a few days! Simplified my life!

Target is my one stop shop. The cartwheel app is convenient and usually has a great coupon or two available to use. I would always recommend Target

Don’t make people cashiers or place them in customer service when they don’t have the skills to be patient or deal with people. Very disappointed in the service I received today. One tells you one thing and the other tells you another.

The store processed my order but then they didnt have the item. They couldnt issue a refund because the email receipt wasnt sent during the time I was in the store. This experience caused me to have to follow up the next day making an extra trip to the store to collect my refund. Try explaining this to the employees, I have no product to return but need a refund because you processed my order without having the product to give to me. Total nightmare!!

I was able to get samples from health and beauty service was good and helpful they helped us find and pick outfits from the childrens section the wait time for te registers was fast and very helpful

Was in a few days ago and was being checked out by a nice young lady. As she was ringing me up, her MANAGER (Sarah I believe) came up, right in the middle of my transaction and started scolding her!! She told her, again in front of myself and some other customers, that she would fire her if she didnt start ringing people up faster!!! It was a disgusting show of abusive power and really showed how Target feels about its employees. Target should be ashamed of having a manager who treats young employees that way! I can only imagine how she treats her employees when there arent customers around to witness!!!

Everytime I purchase products from Target they always breaks. And they seem to lie to customers just so they buy electronics. Had numerous electronic issues!!!! All Target is, is a glorified K-mart + junkier electronics. But some how people view Target a great place. Must be all that Red that attracts people.

I feel like I live at this target. Lol! Its great and has very helpful staff that are also very nice. Maybe Ill see ya there. ;)

Great place to shop if you have a Target Redcard. It also gets you free shipping if you want to buy online. I dont usually shop here just because its farther away from my house than alot of the other bigger retailers, but I do comparison shop and if I can save more buying from Target, then thats where I get it from.

Its target. They are all about the same. They have a decent selection but nothing crazy. I got a decent deal on a t.v. and the grocery section is nice so I dont have to stop at Meijer too.

Easy layout, saves time finding products but takes the same time anyway due to not many checkout lanes.

Disappointing that an advertised discount sign requires an app to get the sale. Doesn’t seem fair for people who don’t have a way to get an app to save money. Love shopping at target but this was a disappointing experience.

Cashiers very rude!! One told my mother in law to STOP as she put her hand up when we were walking towards her and she said she was closed! And walked away. Now there dawn to only one cashier and a line of people! It was our turn to cash out and I said the other young lady was a little rude to us and she said her light was off and we cant afford to have two cashiers! I was set little set back, Will be going else where from now on. There are to many stores that have more pleasant people to deal with.

My husband & I have had all of our Christmas shopping done for a month now.. But tonight he had hopes of fulfilling our four year old daughters hopes of a necklace. We called for Christmas eve hours, & the recording stated they were open until 11--he got there at 10:15, & they were turning people away. Very disappointed. You cant just change your hours... Especially over a holiday. Not Targets best moment. 😐😡
