Had them inspect a car I was interested in buying from a dealer. I wanted to know if there was a major problem before I spent 9k. They concluded that the vehicle needed 11,000 worth of repairs, all of them made up. I drove that car 6 years until I sold it. I must have looked like a mark to them. Never go to any Bell Tire!

We were from out of state in a rental car so it was obvious we wouldn’t be a repeat customer. Still, they dropped everything to fix our punctured tire in a very competent and friendly manner. Their charge was well below what we had expected too. Wish we had a place like this near our home town.

Super service. Was stranded on highway with flat tire. Got a tow to this shop. They did not have a new tire in stock but went out of their way, to another location, to find a good used tire to get me back on the road quickly. All at a very fair price. Everyone from the manager, the service advisor to the service technician was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had taken my car taken in twice for inspection the first time they re charged my a/c and installed a fuse without consulting me. The second time we went in for a vehicle Inspection only spent a half hour on it and disconnected my aux power without consulting me and didnt bother looking over the hole car. Very disappointed overall service.Never returning after I get my aux power re connected.

Urgently needed a tire replaced or repaired and they got me in so quickly. I got to the shop at around 9:15 this morning to drop a tire off, they checked it out and let me know they could fix it, and got a call to pick up the newly repaired tire at 9:30. Aside from quick service, they were FRIENDLY. I went to Bell Tire and Discount Tire yesterday and had to deal with long wait times and not one of the people I talked to asked to see the tire, said they would have to order me a new tire, and have it here by next week! Ok Tire? More like AMAZING tire. Best service I’ve ever received at a shop and I’m never going anywhere else for service on my car. Incredible service!

Quick service. Dropped off my tire in the morning to get a flat fixed. When i returned to pick up at noon it was ready and they even put it back on my car an put away the spare. Loved it.

Integrity is the reason we keep going back to OK Tire. Today I scheduled a tune up and was advised that the plugs were great and all systems checked out which eliminated the need for any service. Over $400 for brakes on a Jeep Wrangler. Not very impressed charged 1.5 hours for each axle. The common accepted labor rate for both axles is 1.8 hours. Or 1 hour or axle.This easily drives the cost of standard maintenance much higher on a vehicle and is not a very kind way to treat customers. If maintenance costs so much, one can only question how much heavier repairs may be here..Good service in the end, the job was done right but definitely for a pretty penny.

After going through the grind of finding the best price, service, etc., after checking with the Belle Tires and Discount Tires of the world, I found myself remembering the good service I had at OK Tire years ago. I called and was QUiTE pleasantly surprised. We needed a battery for my car and 4 tires for the truck. Not only were the prices MUCH better for both, the quality of the brands were great. We went on separate days; each time, Kyle was very informative and courteous. The service was fast and efficient. BELIEVE me, you dont need to look any further than OK Tire. There is a reason why they have been around since 1965!

This business will have my business forever. I am new in town, so I do not know many businesses. I was having a rough day, the weather was ugly, and I was having a tire issue. OK Tire Stores, Inc had best Google review and was close by; Doug Vandernoot took my auto into the garage and took care of the small issue. Haylie Bos, who works in the office was very polite and friendly. This type of service is exactly what I needed. I appreciate everything they did for me, especially for their kindness.

Came in to have a flat tire fixed, the employees were nice and the lady who fixed it did a great job. $25 seems a little steep for just having a hole plugged though.

They ripped my heat shield off putting my car on the lift to change tires, took about 5 minutes to fix and charged me for an hour of service. Absolutely ridiculous and plan on never coming back

I needed an oil change and an alignment quite badly (I have a toddler, so I just kept putting it off.) While I know there are much cheaper options out there, I opted to go here due to its convenience location for us. I know OK Tire is a pretty reputable place with good reviews, so I figured I would pay the extra price in exchange for the close location....The guy on the phone was quite nice when I called to make an appointment. When I dropped off my car, he was the same one to take the keys. I was told it would be about an hour and he would call me when done. Two hours went by and I took the initiative to call to check, not that big of a deal, I understand businesses get busy and people forget. My car is ready, so we walk over to get it (it does not seem busy at all, no bigs...)I pay, again more expensive than it is at others I have called ($120: 90 for alignment, 35 for oil change....oh well) Go get my toddler strapped in; if your a parent you know this is quite a process. Go to start the van and nothing...just ticks. Um....what?!? I take my toddler out, walk back in, tell the man my car wont start, really?! Yes, really....He talks to the mechanic, they are jumping my car and taking a look as he is telling me that they have to have the vehicle keys in the ignition while the machine is aligning. Ok, makes sense....but how the hell did my car get moved afterwards then and not start back up for me? Whatever, he gets a call back from the mechanic and proceeds to tell me the battery is reading weak and wants to know if Id like to take care of it while Im there. No! I am a girl, I know shady mechanics will try to take advantage of people, and sadly girls especially. I have grown up learning how to take care of many things on my cars from my MOM and MYSELF....oh and my husband is a mechanic, so I know a few things.... I do not want to buy a battery from you, it is only showing weak because it just died, under your care may I add....My husband stopped in to talk to them to see what happened. They had nothing constructive to say. I have not had a problem with my battery since, it starts up every time just fine. The alignment is a joke, my van used to pull to the left but softly (my husband replaced a few front end parts.) Now it pulls a hard right just enough to piss me off.Dont recommend this place needless to say. I am not even sure the desk guy knows what is going on, he only seemed to relay what the mechanics said, whom neither me nor my husband had talked to or seen personally.
