Had our 2017 Jeep Cherokee, which purchased from Crown, serviced. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Cost of service was reasonable. Highly recommend Crown Motors.

I grew up with my family owning a chain of NAPA stores. I have worked with a number of dealerships. This one is the most arrogant I have come across. I called to confirm an oil change appointment and it took over 30 minutes to try and get feedback. In the meantime I was questioned repeatedly and talked over by the Customer Advocate Rama Jensen.Sales is listening not boisterous claims.

They got us in promptly and got us back on our way within 20 minutes!

They replaced all four brake pads and rotors, charged me 990.00. had to take it back 2 days later as rear wheel made loud clunking noise. They wanted 500 more to replace caliper, I took it to CBA they put grease on bolt, problem solved. Never going back to clown motor again.

They let us drive a 1 1/2 one way then told us the vehicle we were going to look at was sold. We were in constant contact with them and they didnt even have the courtesy to ph us and let us know.
