Good customer service, they knew how to prioritize between the incoming phone calls and the customers standing in front of them. Thats important, everyone should know how to do this at every parts store.There are competitors who Do Not know how to do this... IE: Taking a phone call in the middle of your transaction, leaving you standing and waiting for your change , receipt etc. ........They are also known for mixing automotive paint, the color was perfect both times.
