I dealt with Chris, at first it was really overwhelming looking at televisions because there’s so much to them now a days and he helped me narrow it down to three. He was awesome he knew his information in all of the TVs that were there and definitely made it easier to make the right decision. Can’t thank him enough and super excited for the new LG OLED tv that was purchased. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed with ABC warehouse, and Chris in particular. Not only did they have the cheapest price for the range I bought. They also had the quickest turn around time. It only took 2 days after purchase to receive. Most places were 2-4 weeks out. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will make sure they get first dibs on future purchases off all major appliances.

I called the store to ask about a particular stacked washtower. I spoke to Adam who kindly gave me all the information I asked for, and then some! When he told me he didn’t have it in stock, he said he would call to check. Then he called LG to see about when it would be available and delivered. Within 20” he called me back.He was so knowledgeable and helpful and went beyond what most salespeople do. If he didn’t know the answer to something he simply found out for me! He did not push and even said I could think about it and check out my other options. And if all his effort wasn’t enough, he gave me free delivery and discount without me asking.Rarely have I ever dealt with someone who seemed to care about what I needed over making a sale! Oh, and then he looked up a hook up kit, gave me the model number to order it (since its not available there) and where to purchase and for how much! I just can’t say enough about how he was the very best salesperson ever! He deserves to be recognized for his ability to listen, explain, anticipate what I may need that wasn’t talked about, and his communication skills. Just can’t say enough about his low key assistance which came across as just wanted me to get what I needed. He was kind, respectful, and thorough! He was even kind when we were almost done, and I asked if I could call back with a different card! No huffing or sounding annoyed-just down right kind! He could teach classes to other employees on what it looks like to be there for the customer! I have made some big and small appliance package purchases in my life but none were as smooth. I don’t know how long he’s been doing his job, but I can’t thank him enough! He surely deserves a raise!Thanks again. I’m a very happy customer!

My refrigerator broke down so we needed to replace it quickly. We shopped around town and ended up at ABC Warehouse. Our first visit there we talked with Adam who pointed out that they had a refrigerator we were looking for but it was not on the floor. He told us about it and suggested we go check the model out at another business, and he also pointed out the ABC price was lower. We did that and decided to purchase from ABC. I went back to ABC in the morning and worked with Dirk, who verified they did have that unit in stock. Dirk explained very clearly everything what ABC had to offer and we did purchase the refrigerator from ABC. Both Adam and Dirk were very friendly, no pressure sales. Thank you for all the help.

After searching several places, we ended up at ABC Warehouse looking for a new clothes dryer. Adam was quick to offer help and it was a bit of a challenge as we were trying find the match to our 18 month old washer. He did some searching and after finding one in his own shop, we bought it and set up delivery. Sadly, when it arrived the delivery guys noticed red scratches right in the front upon unwrapping it. They took it back and I called the Holland store to tell Adam. He apologized profusely and immediately started calling other stores to hopefully find one. As our laundry was piling up and I was stressing about it, Adam called. He’d found one and the best part was that he pulled some strings and was able to get it delivered in just two days! We definitely recommend shopping here...most stores carry the same appliances and brands, but good customer service is increasingly hard to find.Thanks, Adam; we truly appreciate you putting our needs first and making a somewhat difficult situation, better!!

Delayed on bringing my items after waiting around in the store to make sure they had it before paying. So the morning of the delivery, after calling them in the morning to see what time to meet them, they said the afternoon. So I drove over to the next town waited for them for several hours. Called them again to find out they did not have my stuff and would have to reschedule. Wasted my day. Very unorganized.

Purchased Fridgedaire appliance pkg Nov 2018..Refridgerator leaked causing $26,000 dollars in damage..Went thru Fridgedaire to get Fridge replaced..Oct 2019 a damaged New fridgewas delivered by ABC...Back to dealing with fridgedaire service reps...3 more service visits..still not functioning..Warranty ran out before they ever totally fixed it..Now 1mo after warranty expired a $210.00 repair..2yrs after initial purchase and still have a P.O.S. fridge..Have spent several thousands of dollars at ABC...Dont stand behind products, especially after delivering damaged was told follow warranty..Dont buy Fridgedaire..

In addition he provided excellent costumer service. I was actually 2 seconds from a Best Buy purchase. I had the invoice, etc. then my brother said let’s try across the street and so glad I made the decision. Got a brand name TV with many more features and saved a lot comparatively on the TV and accessories. Plus he was not pushy thus operating in a perfect middle. Hard to find that level of service in today’s world. Will definitely come back!

We needed to buy a new stove and one of the first stores we went to, was ABC warehouse. We were greeted by Andrew, one of their salesmen, and he listened intently as we described what we were looking for. After a few minutes, he took us around to see the different stoves that had all of the features we wanted. We found a Whirlpool one that my husband and I both liked, but the price was a little out of our budget. Andrew excused himself for a couple of minutes and came back with a price that was not only under our budget but also cheaper than the same model at Lowe’s. My father taught me to never buy the first “thing” you see and to check out other places before making a final decision. I told Andrew that and he said he understood and didn’t attempt to pressure us to buy, buy, buy like some salesmen do! He did let me know that if we were to come back to ABC, he could guarantee that they could beat any other stores price.Fast forward to about a week later, after going to 5 other stores, we ended up finding a different model (more expensive) that had exactly what we wanted. We decided to go back to ABC and see if they could help us. We were introduced to Zack, the general manager, and he was able to get us the exact one we wanted, and it was cheaper than the sale price at Home Depot. Both Zack and Andrew were courteous, down to earth and very knowledgeable on the products. They made the whole experience just that much easier and enjoyable.Suffice to say, after having such a positive experience with ABC Warehouse, they will be our first stop always fit our future purchases.

I have heard of bad businesses before and I have heard rumors of such things through social media and browsing the reviews of websites about misunderstandings that may have taken place with the sale and on occasion a bad review of how someone was mistreated. Ive never once had such a bad experience perhaps its the method of which I do business. As a professional and expert in customer sales and as a manager and owner of a small company I like to believe that I have a good grasp of how most businesses work. After entering ABC Warehouse in Holland Michigan on April 3rd, 2020 I left their store upset at how rudely my wife and I were greeted. Yes, you heard me right greeted I didnt even get the chance to step 2 ft into the store and I had this guy yell at both me and my wife repeatedly asking us to leave. The people who were in the store before me were shocked. The same went for us how could we possibly purchase anything from a store that treated people so badly upon entry.The couple who were on their way out also left with us. The lady had told me that guy was extremely rude. How can a company run this way it was shocking. I was in disbelief that I felt like the manager should know that his employee was chasing people out of the store upon entry. The employee exclaimed that the manager had him tell people that he needed to yell at people whenever the occupancy went over 4... This just didnt seem right... Why yell at people looking to purchase from your store? At most explain to them and invite them to purchase and ask them to understand the situation if need be if the occupancy was over 4. This is not how you run a business; people are understanding we would gladly follow a companies guidelines so that all parties stay safe. (Dont yell at me and my wife at the door.) The manager(Clearly not the employee) should be the one to manage the front door with a rope and two stanchion posts similar to a bouncer to adhere to the occupancy guidelines. This situation could have been avoided and you would have had more revenue for your end of the day.Understandably everyone is on edge with this epidemic I get it. Its a scary time right now, but if youre going to open your doors to the public and expect them to purchase you need to save face and run the business with some sort of professionalism. When I spoke to the Manager he stood by the employees side as a good leader should which is admirable, but at the same time dont have your employees enforce control upon people immediately upon entry. As a manager, you dont need to be Avant-garde with how to handle people nothing has changed with this. Create a method to enter the store to provide excellent client relations to build rapport rinse and repeat at a safe distance and profit. If you are unable to do this due to not having the employees to sustain such a business model you should explore another method unto which you run your business.Both my wife and I have never had experienced anything like this before. We understand that this disease is affecting everyone, but as a business, you can do better than this and you should regardless of whatever the circumstance may be. If you are not up to the task of running the business professionally then stay closed and open when you can. Dont burn your bridges for growing the business for future clients.

I never, ever write long negative reviews about companies; this has, however, been without a doubt the worst customer service experience my fiancé or I have ever experienced.We bought a Samsung dishwasher from ABC almost a year ago. 4 months ago, it broke. We were patient and didn’t even bother attempting to fix it in the middle of quarantine. When businesses began opening up, we contacted them because we have a 5 year warranty with them for our dishwasher.ABC would not service us because when we bought the dishwasher, a 1 year warranty was also included with Samsung directly. Fine. So we try to set up a repair through Samsung. At first, to no fault of ABC, Samsung attempted to make us return the entire dishwasher so they could credit us. We originally, reluctantly, agreed however soon realized the amount of effort on our part it would take to un-install and haul the thing in. I called Samsung back and they told us that yes, they can service it.Here’s where the infuriation sets in - Samsung tells me that I need to call ABC’s repair line to cancel the return order before they can make their own, new repair order. Between my fiancé and I, we called their repair line at least 10 times. Not once did either of us ever speak to a person, the phone would just continue to ring, and ring, and ring, and ring.So I resorted to calling ABC directly. The manager blamed COVID and being short staffed for his inability to aid in the process of simply cancelling this return order. He claimed he would call and leave messages to the repair team himself, and then would never return our call. We even went in one day to speak to him personally. Again, instead of attempting to exert any effort in actually helping us, he only seemed to be concerned with making excuses. He claimed he was significantly understaffed, however when we walked into the store himand 3 others were lounging around and there was absolutely no one else in the store.This continued for ONE MONTH. A constant revolving door of us trying so hard to have one simple repair request deleted from their system, them making excuses, and never returning our calls. I was so frustrated and defeated that I was totally shocked to finally receive a call from their customer service department earlier this week: she spoke to me, had no idea what I was talking about, then told me she was going to transfer me to the appropriate party and hung up on me and never called back.Like I said, I never ever write negative reviews. I understand and am sensitive to the impact of COVID, I am a healthcare worker, and if this was an involved issue I would understand the miscommunication. However, ABC does not need to service this themselves, they only need to cancel a return request, and they just flat out refuse to do so. My fiancé and I decided it just wasn’t worth the overwhelming headache and paid a repair service to service our dishwasher privately. Effectively rendering their warranty useless due to their lack of even adequate customer support. I am just beyond disappointed in the way this situation was handled, and I hope others can see this and be cautious when buying major appliances with the guise that they will be protected and things will be easily repaired with a warranty attached. In our experience, it was completely useless.

Let me say, being from out of state, I did not expect the excellent service I received from ABC Warehouse in Holland. Even though they usually dont ship out of state, an amazing salesman,Matt, made this sale happen. I had been googling for days looking for an Amana microwave, which had been discontinued in the color white. Researching this day, I found this website. Upon opening the website, I searched for Amana microwave and was directed to an inventory(first site I had seen with this feature.) According to the inventory, there were 4 stores carrying this microwave in stock. I first called the store in Holland. Matt answered the phone. I told him I was from out of state and had checked their inventory on their website, and Holland had one counter top white Amana microwave in stock. He put me on hold and went to the back to check the stock. Returning very quickly, he told me that he could not find this microwave. I thanked him and called the next store, which was supposed to have 4 in stock. When I spoke with this salesman, I explained that I was from out of state, and I would need to have it shipped. He said he would not ship out of state, only in state. I asked him to check his inventory any way and to call me back. He agreed. Then in a few minutes, I receive a call from ABC Warehouse, saying they have the microwave. To my surprise, it was Matt from Holland. He had looked again in the back and had found my microwave. From this point forward, my experience was amazing from this store in Holland. Matt asked me if I saw the price of the microwave on the website. The microwave had a huge discount. Matt said he would discount it a little more. I told him I would have to have it shipped to me. Normally, the store does not ship out of state, but Matt stepped up for the challenge. He told me he would ship the microwave if I paid for shipping. He would personally arrange shipping for me, trusting me to reimburse him. I happily agreed to this. The next day, Matt calls and gets my information for the sale and shipping of the microwave. The microwave was shipped immediately. Such a smooth transaction and what superb customer service! I received the microwave in pristine condition in 2 days.That being said, I would highly recommend this ABC Warehouse in Holland, Michigan. Their communication was excellent, and sales service was impeccable. Satisfying a potential customer was their goal. Kudos to you!

Weve purchased a French door fridge, a stove, an upright freezer and a standard fridge from the Holland ABC. We shop around every time but keep coming back because they offer the best price on the same product as other stores. Delivery has always been prompt and professional. We used to joke about how the sales staff would attack you like piranhas when you walked in the door, but honestly they are much better now. They are helpful but also content to leave us alone if we are just looking/thinking things over.The reason I feel called to write a review now is this. A couple weeks ago we purchased a new fridge, after watching sales for 3 months to get the best price.. ABC price matched the sale and was able to deliver the fridge earlier than the other store, plus had a more affordable warranty program. Then this week I saw that a different store was advertising the fridge for $250 less than what we paid. I thought I had heard that ABC would make price adjustments in cases like these, but was expecting to have to fight for it and possibly not be successful. I was amazed that when I brought the ad and my receipt in, the salesman was very friendly and immediately sat down and issued the refund without even the slightest hassle!Well be updating the rest of our kitchen appliances this year, and I will definitely be back!

We were very pleased to find just the right microwave that matches our range. We have narrow cabinets and were pleased that ABC had the Whirlpool microwave with the exact finish and dimensions we needed. Nice people but didnt have computer moniters

Visited 08-06-2018 and was amazed, they remodeled and expanded the store dramatically. Nice selection of brands on hand. They really should do something with the front facade to compliment what theyve done to the interior. Before, it was like visiting a poor step-cousin. Now, they are competitive at least in appearance and selection.

Uneducated, unprofessional, answer a phone call right in the middle of your conversation and walk away, pushy salesmen. Every sentence i spoke to somebody they had to walk away and ask 3 other employees slowly for an answer. Would not recommend.

Our favorite place to shop for electronics/appliances in the greater Holland area. ABC always has great deals and much knowledge about the items they sell. Zach is our go to guy. Highly reccomend him if you have questions before purchasing. Not only does he give it to you straight, he also will let you know when best deal is available.

Not sure if their salespeople are paid by commission but you cant walk through the store and look without getting hounded by at least 3 of them. They had what I wanted but I was annoyed enough to go to Best Buy to get it.
