Came to pick up my very important medication, was told to wait half an hour and it would be ready. Wait patiently only to be told they don’t have the medication. Tremendous waste of time and I don’t have my essential medication.

Went in after a night out with friends… came in to buy masks and needed to use the bathroom. I am a current CVS employee and was told we unable to use the bathroom although it was an emergency.. ridiculous. (Pregnant friend)

The pharmacist working Sunday 8/15/21 is very lazy he didn’t want to give me a receipt for my vaccination he also tried to tell me the price was too much so I won’t get it done after I booked an appointment online he thought money would be an issue he also mentioned that my wait time was due to short staffing!! First of all my reason for vaccination is important and urgent learn how to treat customers

Lady working pharmacy counter 9/221130am needs an attitude adjustment and a customer service skills class. These people working at the pharmacy are so lazy rude and incompetent! Seriously amazed how they still have their jobs there. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to the Walgreens !!

Never met the most rudest pharmacist. Our pharmacy was on hold for 52 minutes for a transfer for a patient. When we finally got someone; the person was so rude to say she can put us back on hold if we wanted when we told her we was on hold for 52 minutes. We wanted a verbal transfer and she said no she will send it via fax. We are still waiting for the fax :/ so unprofessional.

This CVS was the light of day at night in Hoboken while everyone was clubbing. Nice a/c blasted me once I walked in, the staff was friendly and they even had a guard because its a rough area. They also had more merchandise than the usual cvs and they were open 24 hours. Very clean inside as well

My wife had her first dose of vaccine at this CVS location in Hoboken.Cons: They couldnt find her in the system even though she had the email about the date and time. Thats not necessarily this locations fault as much as CVS systems as a whole. So the registration process took awhile.Pros: The pharmacist processing her information was very helpful and patient. After the registration, the shot was immediate and wait time after was ten minutes for observation.If their online reservation system had her info she wouldve been in and out within 15-20 minutes.

I don’t normally write reviews for drug stores, this place though is great! Great service and quick! Don’t go on a weekend afternoon because you know...there will be a wait. But it’s open 24 hours so there are a lot of alternative times.

A pretty large CVS branch. The staff was apathetic and quite pleasent

I am a student at Stevens Institute of Technology, a few blocks away from this location. This is one of the few stores open at all hours of the day. I have found the employees pleasant and helpful to the best of their abilities. The store offers medication, basic food (most importantly milk), and every other basic need. I also thoroughly enjoy the fact that the store accepts Stevenss Duckbills, the campus currency, at no extra charge. This store is an ideal place for any college student in the area.

The 24 hr. Pharmacy makes this place valuable.With some Rx. plans you can get 90 days. Store prices tend to be higher.

Max the pharmacist and Engy the technician are the only reason I’ve kept CVS as my pharmacy. They are friendly, professional, and Max sometimes performs miracles where insurance claims or other prescription drug problems arise. High five 🖐 Great job

Best place to shop and save. I love visiting CVS for various reasons but I absolutely love visiting the Minute Clinic inside. I visit the Minute Clinic whenever I need a flu shot, vaccination before traveling, or when Im having seasonal allergies or unwell. The pharmacy is inside and you can enjoy your wait time by checking out self care, beauty products and magazines. I highly recommend this place. The clinic hours are a blessing for someone who has long working hours. Thank you CVS!

Standard CVS, most of the employees are very nice. It is very rare to find a time when they have enough employees working their however. The pharmacy department is always quick and friendly. I come here often.

Overpriced in every department.Very selective on facemask enforcement also. I mean, if I have to wear a mask shouldnt the 3 black males in store have to do it also. Or is it that I am more likely to comply because im a white guy and Wont accuse you of racism for asking me

I called ahead of time to see if they were taking passport photos, they said yes. I headed to the store just to arrive there and find out that their camera was not working. Lack of respect with the costumer.

Terrible terrible worst ever service. The pharmacist just can’t fill in a simple Rx. I had to go 4 times to pick aRx that I have been using for 2 years. The first time they didn’t have the medication, the second -had to adjust the price on the copay. I gave them 2 hours to fix that. Went back to pick it up, they had the wrong patients medication. Had to wait again!!! And then instead of getting a 90 day supply which I always get, I get 84!!! Really! If the pharmacist and the others can’t follow simple Rx instructions what else can you expect from them. Total waste of time. The pharmacist then goes in to tell me that that will ship the remaining medications to me. When I ask her if she all details for the shipping - she has the nerve and retorts “ oh my god”. Well, how about just doing the job right the first time and not getting irritated when things are confirmed so you don’t screw up again and again.

Easily the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I spoke with 3 different representatives (after being placed on hold several times) who were unable to provide any details regarding a prescription that had been sent over. Not one of the three provided the same explanation and I ended up having to have the prescription filled elsewhere (although confirmed by my doctor it had been sent. The staff is unable to perform their jobs and for that I’d say to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Staff should be PROPERLY trained by competent managers. It always starts at the top. The managers should be fired in order for this store to be decent.

Convenient location, friendly staffs and great selection of products. The products are not overpriced and the store has self checkout kiosk. The place is not crowded usually and they have limited parking available onsite. It’s open 24 hours.

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy around.They have lost countless prescriptions.My vet called in a script three separate times on a Wednesday and by Saturday, CVS hadnt filled the script yet. Upon inquiry, I was told they never received a call from my vet yet my vet has each individual call logged on her end.My vet then attempted to RE-call the script in (while I waited on hold) but couldnt even reach anyone as they arent answering phones at this location now. It just rings and rings and rings. Not even an answering machine picks up. After several attempts she then asked me to have the Pharmacist call her. 2 hours later they call and obtain the request for a script yet again and then take another 2 hours to fill the script.This is for a medication for my dog that would be fatal if she is abruptly stopped which almost happened because of this locations AWFUL selection of incompetent pharmacy technicians.I am changing Pharmacies as soon as I can.

Pharmacist went above and beyond to help me. All other pharmacies were out of my medication and my imsurance wouldnt cover a $3000 a month medication. She went online and got me coupons and discounts and i paid nothing for it. You are a life saver and i will never forget what you did for me. The world needs more people like that.

Pharmacy team is a mess. Unable to accurately manage prescriptions and handle lines of customers. Prepare for a long wait and unprofessional service.

It started with extremely poor service ( prescription not received) and a wait. Rude staff would be an understatement. I noticed after coming home that instead of 5 days of prescribed medicine, they have provided me only 3 days- I suggest the CVS team deliver the medicine immediately to my home.

Things are sometimes not in stock and front checkout machines are always broken. CVS also stopped giving me as many coupons and stopped accepting them past expiration :(

This facility is discriminatory towards its patrons. I asked to use its restroom after purchasing items and was denied use to the restroom. It is a 24/7 establishment. There is no indication that the restroom is not in use after a cerntain time, I was told it closed at 9pm. I paid, I deserve the opportunity to use the bathroom.

2 employees standing at the register and they say to use self checkout when theres a line. Probably the two most disrespectful employees I have ever talked to. when were short staffed we dont check out customers so when you have work to do you dont do your job. Thats easy enough said just be honest you guys are lazy and dont wanna work and would rather get paid to hang out telling stories. Really never had to use cvs for anything and after an experience like this I really dont plan on coming back. Lucky for cvs they are big enough to not let personal reviews affect revenue however every business should pride themselves on the staff and efficiency of their business and neither was acceptable tonight.

This is my go to pharmacy, not just for prescriptions because its open 24 hours, but also for health and beauty products. I cant say enough about how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable the CVS staff is here: my family relies on me & I rely on this particular CVS!

CVS has great prices and sales too. if you have the app you can get digital coupons on top of the sales.

Just like any other CVS though the location is pretty conveneient in Hoboken. The staff is clueless and cant help find anything. Good place to stock up on essentials and health care products or at the pharmacy though.

Doctors office wasnt able to reach the pharmacy for more then one hour. I had to go there personally and asked to call to doctor for prescription ( it had to be over the phone for that type of drug )So at 3 pm I asked cvs stuff to call and they never made a phone callSo its Friday night. My mom has no meds...We are switching for WalgreensUnprofessional stuff. It wasnt even bush there when I came personally and asked to call

Just a heads up CVS Hoboken, your automated prescription line shows up on caller ID as MoneyGram. If not a lot of people answer your stores calls, that may be why...

Just went there to send money through money gram. The cashier old black lady with short haircut who’s working in front needs to learn some manners. Poor customer service. Sent money but haven’t purchase staff I needed because this lady left in the middle of working with me to other customer.
