Place now keeps calling me. I do not want to come back and will call if I need something

I had an amazing customer experience at this place. Im new to the area and my glasses broke. I worked with Sam and she was great. Although,I didnt purchase my glasses from there, she checked if they were covered by manufacturers warranty and got them fixed up. Thank you!

This location was recommended to me by someone and I regret giving them my business. I was having a hard time picking out which frame I wanted and the two young ladies were helpful. The problem came when I was quoted an amount that seemed high. I texted someone who is in the business was telling them the about I was quoted and they asked me to ask the employee what tier of lenses they gave me. After asking I was told I was in the highest. I thought you were supposed to give all options and let the customer make the decision. Next the order was placed and when I picked the glasses up I didnt notice until the next day the lenses and frame were messed up. I took them back and a slinder gentleman apologized and said they were going to order me a new pair. I received the call to pick up the new pair which I did. Mind you the energy level is not the same but ok. After a few days odf wearing them I decided the glasses were not a good fit for me so I decided to take them back. I still wanted to try to do business so I had two pair of glasses I took in hopes of having lenses put in them. I was told it was going to cost me an additional $20 to have lenses put in both frames. I politely declined and had lensea put in one pair. Now with returning the original pair of glasses and only getting lenses I would now be due a refund. You would think this information would be communicated to me but it was not. I had to ask and then was told I had to wait for a manager to process it and it would be a check vs being put back on my card. I called the office to see if the refund was processed only to be told I had to wait for a manager to check on this. Now mind you this process started in December. Completely unacceptable!!!

Ive gotten several pairs of glasses at Spex. They have a great selection for Kids and Adult. The service was great as well. I worked with Rebecca, I never felt rushed or pushed into purchasing.Steven

Dr. Geevarghese was great, but the staff at this location were totally disorganized, forgetful and rude. As a final surprise, I asked them to fax my prescription onto my new doctor. They attached someone elses prescription to my file. Nice.
