In March of 2020, we decided to redo our kitchen during the pandemic. We contacted most of the countertop people in the Hilton Head and Savannah vicinity and decided to use Stone Works (Kim and Josh). They spent so much time with us in order to make us happy and helped with the design of the kitchen that we wanted. Stone Works is the only company that uses the most up to date computer programs and equipment in this area. Everything they did was perfect and they made our kitchen work with the greatest of ease. They accommodated us and explained every detail so that we could have the kitchen we wanted.There is a lot of more too counter tops than the average person realizes and if you want a stress-free experience you have to use Stone Works. We interviewed about 20 counter top companies and found Stone Works to be the best. Some of our neighbors used other companies that their only criteria were based on price but in the long run they paid a lot more for all the problems they had.To the best of my knowledge Stone works utilizes a sophisticated computer template machine that measures and makes it possible to have accurate templates of your counter tops so that they fit perfectly. They also have a team ( Josh ) who uses a cad program and shows you the end product before they even make one cut. The counter tops were so perfect you could not fit a piece of paper between the cuts nor can you even see them.They are the best.

Stoneworks overall did an amazing job on our kitchen. Rhonda coordinated the project in a professional and personal manner. Mitch took the two slabs of granite and designed the layout so that the seams are almost invisible. The installers were very careful and definitely cared about the quality of their work. They have a massive assortment of materials to choose from. Highly recommend them and will no doubt use them when we renovate our master bath.

Great experience working with Rhonda Schwartz at Stoneworks on a kitchen in Beaufort. The counters are beautiful. We were working with a tight budget and Stoneworks was able to connect me with Garpa in Savannah to find the right stone and then do the fabrication and installation all on time and within budget! Had a big kitchen/powder room/laundry room reno recently, which involved new quartz countertops and tile backsplash. Lot of moving parts. Kim at StoneWorks was a rock star throughout the process! She helped us navigate the options, educated us on particulars, and kept us in constant communication as we progressed.The choices made worked beautifully. And the crew that did the templates and final installation did top notch work - picture perfect, seamless (almost quite literally), and professional throughout. We recently had new countertops fabricated and installed by StoneWorks. They did a wonderful job. Martha was our project manager, and she was responsive and gave excellent guidance in helping us through the process. The installers were very pleasant and friendly and took great care. Stone Works did an excellent job at seeing that my Quartzite counter tops were templated correctly, cut with precision fabrication, and planned with aesthetically pleasing design and detail from beginning until their final installation. Their salesforce was excellent as well and supported the project from the entire process. They definitely saw that my expectations were met.

Just last week I completed my 4th project with StoneWorks, why do I use them? Because I can be finished start to finish in one week! It is important to me to not have my rentals torn apart waiting on counter tops for an extended period of time, they measure one week and install on the same day the following week, I do not live on HHI full time and they make it easy to take care of over the phone and by email, thank you StoneWorks!

An awesome company with genuine beautiful souls. I was looking for a small piece of a particular quartz. Called around a few local companies and no one was willing to take the time or effort to help in this particular case. I mean why would they? It didnt make them money and you know, aint nobody got time to help. Came across Stoneworks which is 2 hours away. I told Martha what I needed, she told me she will let me know as soon as they came across a piece I was looking for. Sure enough a couple of weeks later she called and said they had exactly what I am looking for and is ready for pick up. We are so pleased with the remnant that we purchased. It matches perfectly. Shannon was a joy to work with. She pulled five samples and had them ready for us to review. We will be ordering more. I now have my she sink all to myself in my dressing area. I cant wait to share a picture of the final look!

I replaced my older countertops with new quartz countertops this past month. From start to finish they provided me with exceptional service. I was able to choose from a selection of stone with samples delivered to my office, once I made my selection we had someone measuring and a quote issued. Upon approval they quickly set a date and the tear out of the old and installation of the new proceeded. I dropped by StoneWorks with a very small job and Brian Baltzegar was exceptionally helpful. i own a vacation rental home on the island and had a broken piece of travertine that needed to be cut and replaced. We recently ordered new quartz kitchen counters and had leftover stone fabricated into a new bathroom vanity top. I highly recommend StoneWorks. They recently fabricated and installed counters for our beach house renovation. Their service is exceptional from sales through install. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We had a large island that they were able to in one quartz slab. It also had a waterfall edge that they did an excellent job of matching up - you would never know it’s a different piece of material!!! They provided us with a template of exactly what our pieces of material would look like prior to cutting. The install guys on site were amazing and left the job very clean as if no one had even been there! Have worked with other local granite companies and there really is no comparison. Would definitely recommend them for any countertop needs!

When we had our Install, Antonio and his crew did a wonderful job and covered everything after installing so counters are protected for painting that still needs to done! So impressed and pleased with Stoneworks. We had a marble top on a small bedroom chest break during our move. This was a very small job, but Kelly was so responsive and found a remnant that was almost the same as the piece that was broken. Due to a situation that was out of my control, I needed to have my countertops installed several weeks earlier than my contractor had scheduled with StoneWorks. StoneWorks “bent over backwards” to make sure I met my deadline. They also sold me tile for my backsplash, and helped me find a tile guy, who installed the backsplash the day after the countertops were put in (thank you David Millard), and even went as far as calling him to discuss the installation. They dont stand behind their work!! Our under-mount sink was improperly installed - - we withheld 5% of the final bill because we wanted the President of the company to come over and see the work first hand. Instead he sent us a certified letter. StoneWorks does not stand behind their work and if you have a problem - - the President of the company refuses to engage in a resolution.

My countertops stained the same day they were installed from a little bit of water. The salesperson said they would dry out but the stain remained. Over the next few months the entire counter darkened beyond recognition. After several sales people were perplexed by the darkening and after I called them for several months they finally had the owner came out. Even though his workers noticed the darkening he refused to acknowledge the problem and admit any fault. He was quite rude to me. I would say the customer service was great when I was purchasing from them and horrible insulation. I have since heard several bad reports about Stoneworks. I wish I had never even switched out my counters.
