Im visiting from out of town and decided to swing by Home Goods and see if they had anything new and interesting. I was shocked at the state of disarray the store was in, especially in comparison to the HG in Brunswick GA where I usually shop. But in all fairness the childrens dept and the pet department were both well organized and shoppable. So it wasnt all bad.

Amazing selection and beautiful items. I need a whole day in there. Customer service, not that great or I would give 5. I had to carry my table to my car and load it in 109 degrees

Always one of my favorite stores when I come to the Island. Never disappoints.

Unkept, Disorganized, array of goods displayed in erratic senselessness. Sheets were thrown about in inharmonious discord. Impossible to find twin verses king vs Queen. Isles took on the appearance of a factory warehouse. Impossible to find many items. Coffee table books were placed in many locations. Would have liked to have purchased a book if I could find it. I finally found a few books in the bath area. Along with yoga mats and drapery hardware. An employee was telling another employee that she was lazy and helpless. The employee had been trying to help her. Very bad morale. Bathrooms were filthy and did not have soap. And dust was everywhere.

Me and the wife enjoy shopping at this home goods store. Quality items.

Busiest HpmeGoods I have ever been to, but they had tons of merchandise. Everything was clean and orderly. The line moved pretty fast considering there were so many customers!

I love shopping at Home Goods. The store is no longer empty and is now well stocked since my last visit amid COVID. The afternoon is definitely not the best time to leisurely peruse though. Theres so much variety to shop from, but there are literally shopping carts almost running into you at every turn. My next visit will be in the morning around open.

I have taken my wife to over a dozen Home Goods stores in VA, NC, and SC over the past three months as we are furnishing a new house. This Home Goods is by far the best in terms of selection and variety of merchandise.

I can always find what I am looking for when I come to this location. I drive up from Savannah when I need more than the available items my local HomeGoods. Sales staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Bit of a cramped space inside, but there was a lot of carts left in many of the busy areas of the store making it hard for people to navigate. The entire shopping plaza is decrepit and falling apart, and the ceiling has many stains on it with pieces coming down. The store is in desperate need of relocation in bluffton in order to better serve the community. The last issue I have is associates asking inappropriate questions or inferring things that are incorrect.

Huge selection! Worth every hour and a half that I spent in there.

They make taking your money very easy. Everything you need or dont need is here.

Ah..again I bought stuff. Beautiful stuff. Very interesting store. Very polite staff and great prices. Spacious place.

My wife loves this place SO MUCH. How much? She recently explained that the Home Goods email is something she looks for before getting out of bed. For me, the wares are pretty foo foo, yet everything my wife brings home looks terrific. Now we just have to figure out where to store what my wife described as ALL HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE WAS 75% OFF!

They have a great selection usually but the store smells like mold. The mold spores could be dangerous to customers.

A little disappointed with the service there today. I asked for help looking for an item I purchased earlier that day. I wanted to buy another one like it. I couldnt find it and asked a sales lady to help. She told me that they didnt carry the item and walked away from me.

Very nice things. But I do have to say, not very pleased with the staff. I was with my friends and we were kicked out for nothing. We were waiting for my friends mom to pick us up and one person from the staff was following us around the store. We came back a week later, and was questioned about where we were previously. Excellent store, but not so excellent staff :(
