Super FAST service!I had a Power of Attorney that needed to get notarized and didnt know that there was a notary here where I could get the paperwork shipped as well.For two notarized documents I paid $20 USD. I honestly dont know if thats fair, but since I do this every lustrum? I didnt care much for the price.They can ship UPS, FedEx and DHL so its very convenient.The P.O. Box is available only during office hours, 8 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday and 10 to 5 on Saturday.The girl who notarized the documents also prepared the packages and she was very kind.I noticed that they do passport photos and have gift bags, as well as everything that would be possibly needed to finish a presentation.Definitely a place Ill keep in mind for the next time I need to ship anything. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Updating review. I originally left a bad review in response to getting very little help from both USPS and this store after a package disappeared with the tracking stuck at label creation.Perhaps I could benefit from more patience but now that the package is 2 weeks late I spoke with Mike from the annex again today and he was very helpful and apologetic, which is all I can really ask for. Ive had good experiences here in the past and although this time wasnt as positive, they are being very helpful now in trying to rectify it and even went as far as to offer store credit to cover the amount of the item value not covered by the carrier.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Zero customer service skills, guy at the front desk had a totally demeaning attitude.

Highly recommend! I have used this store for shipping, printing, copying, shredding and purchasing miscellaneous items for over two years for both my personal needs and the business I work for. The service is fantastic, 95% of the time I go in there is no line and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This place is a neighborhood gem!In response to the other reviews: Sure there is a markup over the (government funded) USPS for shipping but Postal Annex has MUCH better hours, is in a high rent district and you don’t have long wait lines. Also, I’m in the store about twice a week and while I’ve seen ill-mannered customers I’ve never once seen the staff be anything but courteous and kind in return.

We are so lucky to have this resource close to home. We go to the Orenco Postal Annex whenever we need packing, shipping, stamps, cards, office supplies, and printing. On several occasions we needed tricky printing jobs in a hurry and were beyond happy with the superior quality and efficiency. Here you find a winning combination of old-fashioned friendly service in a modern facility. Mike and his staff are simply the BEST!!

I called to ask about getting passport photos for my children and they recommended Walgreens because the pull-down screen for the photo background would be too high for the children. Its good to be honest.

This particular location and individual i worked with were disappointing. He was rude and cold. Very lacking in any customer service skills and co sidering the amount if money I spent in there and I was the one and only customer....will go elsewhere for future needs.

Convenience juxtaposed with poor people skills. In a rush and dont care how you are treated, ok. And to be fair, there is at least one employee there that is nice and helpful. She is y oung - hopefully she isnt in customer disservice training.

Friendly staff, fast service, multiple shipping options, always cheerful and willing to help figure out the safest, fastest way to ship something. I also rely on them for stamps, cards and mailing supplies. Super convenient location where there is always a place to park. Highly recommend!

The big lady inside is rude and aggressive, with very limited knowledge about the work. Always ruin my day when talking to her. Got in trouble when sending out my package overseas because of her limited knowledge of packing. The only reason I provide 2 star here is because the gentlemen, Mike inside is polite and very helpful.

Mike and Vicki are really helpful and friendly! This office is located in the Orenco Station area and very convenient for mail services, copying services (self service copying is $.10 , which is much cheaper when compared to Fedex and Office Depot) and even passport processing. Check them out yourself and see if they meet your needs! They are my go to place.

Very convenient to be able to drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages at the same location.

This is a good place for printing and copying if youre in a hurry but their international shipping services are really expensive! They charged $23.33 for USPS First-Class Package International Service thats $14 at USPS office.

If you don’t care about price this place is great however I recently realized they are charging ridiculous amounts. This past weekend we had a few packages to ship. One was a bit larger box, my wife was really surprised by the cost to ship it. Today I went in to ship another item and the price they wanted to charge seemed outrageous. I asked them to check on fedex prices and they quoted me over $150 (same as they said USPS would be) to ship it and make sure it made it before Christmas. I went down the road to the fedex office and they shipped it for me with a box included for $36 and delivery will be 3 days before Christmas.I was really disappointed to find out how much they are charging. There was another gal there with a package that cost over $100 to send, it was a small wreath and book. Seems to me that these guys are taking advantage of folks trying to get items shipped out before Christmas. Save yourself some money and go to fedex or the post office. I know I won’t be back.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! This is not a true USPS annex. I called and confirmed that they charge more than the USPS for postage and shipping, including flat rate boxes. Save yourself the money and go to the real USPS.
