He provided me with any important information, answered all of my questions that I had and walked me through the process.I like how the units are inside vs. those other storage unit companies that are outside. Researched every storage place in Hillsboro = this is the best value and, in my opinion, the highest quality and promotes a safe environment.Extremely well lit; doesnt feel like most storage places Im used to where you feel like youre going to get jumped from a dark corner.Heather helped me and was beyond amazing, helpful, and polite. She was very personable and immediately gave me a tour.They have the ability to reserve a unit for 7 days, which I did, but Im definitely going with them tomorrow. I reserved it so I could search other places but this is still the best value.The customer service helped my 5 star rating. They are knowledgeable and actually seem like they enjoy their work; which was nice to feel that in the interaction.They do require you have a cylinder lock in order to store there, which isnt a big deal, but you should know this. They have them there for purchase at $19.99 or bring yours in and theyll see if it works in the unit.It might seem small but I really like the natural lighting; they have windows inside so it doesnt seem so creepy (like most storage facilities).Tldr;A+ in all areas from value to customer service. Highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly, despite being at the mercy of a very slow POS system.-1 star for the top floor not being as climate controlled as the lower floors; sure its a big metal building, but then design for that - dont require your staff to open roof vents.

Morris at the Hillsboro / Cornelius Pass location was very professional and answered all my questions, gave me a tour of the location and got me set up with a storage unit.The facility is clean and well maintained, and secure.The prices are very good for a climate controlled unit.I would recommend them.

Great customer service, management knows their stuff and is very familiar with the business. Received a no pressure tour and was able to view other options. Nice new facility with plenty of storage options. Carts are available assuming no one else is using them. Would like hand trucks to be available but the path way to storage units is pretty tight, so that could be the reason there are none. Getting in and out of the facility is a breeze and I noticed ample security cameras to watch your every move, which is reassuring considering they are a 24 hour facility.

This stor quest storage is very well managed with convenient equipments for clients to use! It even offers half off of the first three month rent as the promotion. Overall it is fantastic. Very clean and lots of space for your vehicle to pull in. They have an elevator which is very helpful. Staff is lovely. Heather is very kind and helpful! Prices are amazing and affordable. They also have locks you can purchase for your storage unit of your choice just for amazing convenience. I’ve had storage units in the past but this one is the best. I recommend this one!

This place is the best storage: clean, easy to use, well-thought-through layout. Zach helped us from the beginning, and every time we talked to him, he was excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and quickly accesses what would be best for given situations. We are VERY pleased. One thing I would suggest: We wont be able to use the locks anywhere else, once we are done., and they are somewhat pricey. It seems like they could provide a better way.

The facility is pretty new, its well maintained and spotless clean! The customer service was top notch, Heather and Nick were friendly and very helpful. Ive rented storage units from other places before but this one definitely takes home the top spot. They also have very reasonable prices!Just like any other storage places in a building/elevator setup, when you have several people loading/unloading at the same time, the place can fell a little crowded. With COVID, this might be a little uneasy for some people. Just make sure you go in the morning, night or weekdays when its not busy.

Heather was very friendly and professional. She was pretty busy but didn’t stop her from having a good attitude and a smile on her face the whole time even with a mask on. She has amazing customer service.

The place is very clean and convenient. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. And the price was the lowest when I got the storage room earlier this year. Can you believe it? I worry that they may increase the price if too many users give 5-star reviews. But their service should be appreciated.

The prices are competitive and reasonable. The unit is easily accessible. They provide large carts to roll your items in, which could fit a loveseat sofa. Larry and Heather were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I got to tour the unit before deciding to rent since I needed to visually see the space I’m work with and Larry was eager and willing to give me a tour. I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment since there’s currently a 3-person limit in the lobby due to COVID-19 restrictions.

We are very happy with renting a unit from StorQuest! I was able to reserve a unit online and then bring the moving truck later that same day and unload it into the unit. The service was fast and efficient when we rented and they offered a great special as well!

Brand-new, clean, beautiful storage facility managed and maintained by wonderful staffs.I maybe one of the first customer to rent and then vacate a unit, so Ive gone through the whole process. There are a lot of positives but one thing that stands out is that Zach and Heather are the nicest.I converted my old house into a rental so I needed a temporary storage to store paintings and furniture. I DID shop around and this place, just opened, had the best deal, with lots of brand-new units available. More importantly, I had the impression that it was managed by friendly staffs.Couple months later I came back to vacated the unit. It is still beautiful and well-maintained by the same nice staffs. Five stars.BTW, when you rent a unit the first time, you have to purchase a barrel-type lock, and theres one-time $25 admin fee. Also you need storage insurance, which can be taken off if you can prove your homeowner insurance covers the content of off-site storage unit for personal use, which I did. BTW, all the fees and one-time charges are typical to any other storage facilities so nothing special about it.

This place is wonderful. I needed a last-minute storage unit, and Heather actually stayed late to help me get the space I needed and ensure I could unload my things that evening. (She was also extremely helpful in following up on a billing issue.) Clean and easy storage, top notch service.Thanks again, Heather!

Fantastic storage place! Its brand new, so of course its nice. Very clean. The rates are good, and its s convenient location.The staff here is phenomenal! Very casual and friendly, efficient, and kind. They took the time to give me a tour of the building and walked me to my unit. They even apologized for the construction dust, which I didnt even see!I highly recommend this facility.

Hey, so this company is beyond compassionate compared to other storage unit companies I’ve used in the past. Both Heather and Zack were beyond helpful, professional, courteous and extremely patient with me in assisting me ironing out all the kinks from an issue that had occurred initially in the beginning with the corporate call center. They were still able to honor the price for the unit that was negotiated originally. And the facility itself(including the front office)is kept to a noticeably exceptional level of sanitization. Just by doing a brief walkthrough you can immediately see how thoroughly clean this facility is. So they are definitely considerate in meeting the needs of their clients and prospective clients who are concerned about COVID-19. Not to mention that they only allow 3 persons at a time into the office, and the restrooms are immediately and thoroughly cleaned after use, to reiterate once again, if you’re concerned about COVID-19, rest assured your worries will be set to rest due to how neat and tidy and professional this team is. If you need a storage unit in Hillsboro, Storquest is without a doubt, the absolute way to go! I hope this review is helpful for any future prospective clients looking for storage.
