This location is by far the cleanest discount fashion wear house I’ve been too. Everything was easy to find and great selections. The staff at this store asked me 2 or 3 times if I needed help. Even when checking out they asked if I found everything ok. YES! Great service. Will be back for more back to school things for my kids! I had to use the bathroom after I checked out and the showed me where to go. Very clean restrooms. Thank you!Sorry my phone logged in on my daughters account! How funny! Sorry about that!

Went in was greeted nicely. Saw some new track jackets and fall pullovers . It is a great time to buy with the prices very reasonable .

Separate members of staff were rude to my daughters. The fitting room attendant told my daughter she had to get out of the fitting room because people were waiting. She had six items to try. Why are other people more important than she is? She wasnt taking excessive time either. Then the manager spoke to my other daughter in a condescending and rude way. She demonstrated to my 11 yr old how to replace an item on the rack in the right place. My daughter put it back where she found it. Its funny..if you dont want to put clothes on racks...maybe dont work in a clothing store. We are never returning to this location, and I complained to the corporate office. We shop three locations and online. My daughters are 11 & 12 and future consumers. Might want to change up that attitude before you lose thousands of dollars and loyal customers. Very disappointed! Great deals are not worth the poor treatment of your staff.

Found quite a few good deals but had to put them all back and leave because because I had to use the restroom so bad and they have them closed. So me and two of my friends walked out they lost about 2 to $300 worth of sales

I was in the store earlier and I go pretty regularly to see whats new and usually end up leaving with a bag full of clothes. I love shopping here because of the selection and prices.The only thing is, as much as Id like to, I avoid looking through the dresses because the racks are overpacked so I cant really look at any without either only geting a glimpse or have multiple dresses come out and almost fall off the rail

Good stuff especially jewelry but very bad customer service from the manager. She was rude to me when I handed her a piece I didn’t want. Kind of degrading behavior towards a person of color ( me ).Adding to that I got added a handbag in my receipt that I didn’t purchase that not cool....How can a handbag be added from nowhere ?! Very disappointed.

My first time there and we found so many great Express clothes for my husband. For like $170 we got 3 blazers, 2 vests, 3 dress shirts, a pair of pants, and 3 pairs of gloves. Im impressed!

I WAS going to go to Victorias Secret after a trip here to spend a $15 off coupon I have, but I remembered going to one of these DFW places before. And the prices were just as good as I remember!! Im not a small cup size and this place still had my size in VS bras for $9 each!! Speaking that one bra at VS is normally $50+, thats a lot of savings!! I got enough to switch out all my old bras at home. Even found a perfect wrap dress ($12) and corset (ONLY $4) while I was there too! And after joining their insiders club at checkout, I got 25% off my entire purchase, making everything I got in total cheaper than one bra for Victorias Secret. Staff was friendly and super helpful too. Will definitely be coming back!! 100% recommend this place over your normal clothes store.

I really likes it the only reason I gave it a 3 was bc I found a pair of pants on clearance then when I went to check out the manager told me that it was a mistake. Even though it had a clearance sticker on it & more just like it on the clearance rack too just felt like bait and switch it was still good deal so I bought them

Much worse than other locations. Smaller store and much smaller selection. Staff is helpful and friendly, but unless you want to browse through the same 400 pairs of frilly white jeans, check out one of their other locations.

It was a very nice store very well-organized but I did not appreciate the two gentlemen that kept following me around the store as if I was going to steal something I have plenty of money and was planning on getting something but they ruined that for me

It is nice for what it is, a discount fashion warehouse! Under armour, PGA & Juicy Cotoure to name a few brands Ive seen there. Got 2 pairs of GAP Jeans today for $5 a pop. Pretty decent really.

I usually shop the DFW on the West side of Columbus and love the store so I thought I would give this one a try. I was hoping to have an enjoyable shopping experience with my husband, but I must say neither of us appreciated the half naked woman plastered everywhere. As soon as we seen this we immediately walked out. THIS is whats wrong with the world and why so many people think its ok to sexualize and abuse woman. People need to realize this is not what everyone wants to see. I am now headed to the other location and will continue shopping there.

Horrible customer service and the team lead is rude. The team lead follows black shoppers around the store and makes them feel uncomfortable.

I liked the only thing that they do not have carts and if you are children you have to carry them well, small children and then you do not have peace of mind in looking for what you want in that allude the carts you walk the children sitting there and neither they nor myself stress my pinion.
