This place is great. Used to by my batteries at Walmart. Never had the one I needed or no one in sight for questions. Tried batteries plus a year ago after leaving Walmart. They are incredibly helpful, will install it if you want or will test the diagnostics of your battery before you buy. Took one in today that I wasn’t sure needed replaced. The guy spent about 20 mins running tests and told me it held up fine. This is my go to now.

I just had the best customer service experience of my life. I had problems all weekend with my iPhone not charging for long periods. I had three chat sessions with Amazon with no help and there was no in person technical support available from Apple for at least 7 days. I thought I would have to get a new phone because my phone is crucial to my business. I contacted Batteries Plus Bulbs Columbus-Hilliard Location, and they suggested I come in for them to look at it. I was served immediately on arrival to the store by Dave who cleaned out the charging port and testing the charging and the phone is now charging perfectly. A great store, the name says it all. If you need batteries or light bulbs this is the place to go, especially if you are looking for bulbs or batteries that are harder to find. If you need a replacement bulb for a Lava Lamp, this is your store! They sell real lava lamp bulbs that of coarse fit!! The curbside pickup was the icing on the cake, not sure if that will end after the Covid-19 pandemic, but its a great option to have right now.

If you need batteries and bulbs its the place to go. They have any size you might need at reasonable prices. The staff is always and helpful and keep you previous purchases on file so can assist you if you forget the size or kind. They also recycle heating aid batteries for free and others for a slight fee.

I went to the Hilliard location for my boss who needed a new battery in his key fob. I was dreading the experience because places like this make me crazy because I do not know what I am doing. Thankfully, I was greeted by Nick who provided outstanding and exceptional customer service. Not only did he explain their key fob battery program, but he showed me how to charge two other key fobs I brought in. He was so kind, pleasant and knowledgeable that I will definitely go back. There is a lot of interesting stuff in the store that I can use. I had no idea what the store carried and Nick explained how the store started and how they keep up with the times. Nick is a terrific employee and this store is fortunate to have him. When I told that to the managers, they supported and encouraged him. How nice to be at a store where the employees and management know how to not only support customers, but also support one another.

Took in a Galaxy Note 5 to get a new battery. The corner of the front glass had a bubble/crack after they were done. They replaced but now the SPen no longer works. At this point it would be cheaper just to get a refurbished 8 or 9. 😡

Normally just fine for whatever one needs. Came in looking for some CR123 lithium batteries. These types of batteries are a used in things like high-intensity flashlights, security lights and they are considerably more pricey compared with the more familiar AA, AAA sizes.So I was looking for rechargeble CR123s and a charger. I used to have that set up, but lost the batteries and charger in a move.They didnt have either and I was told they do not carry such an arrangement.(they did have plenty of CR123s)I found what I needed on Amazon.

They always take good care of me. Remember them when you need any type of battery, they have them all.

Recently went there to get a new key fob made. Their pricing was the best in town, significantly lower than dealership price, they got the key fob shipped from a different branch to the one near my location. The whole process took half an hour, there were no added charges or hidden fee. After half hour I had the new key fob program to my car and I was out the door. The staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend giving them a call if getting a new key fob made.

They made sure i got the right battery for my car, i ordered one online that they didnt have in store and then they were going to give me one that was slightly bigger than mine from stock. They kept looking at what was in stock and found an exact match.

Would be 5 stars if they would waive core charge on new installs of batteries. IE NEW solar array battery banks, new backup sump pumps. The core charge was to entice people to bring the old batteries in so they did not end up in land fills or dumped on the side of the road, not to penalize consumers going green.

My purse was accidentally stepped on and my cell phone screen got cracked. I found Batteries Plus Bulbs on line. They got me in very quickly. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed my phone in one hour. Looks good as new ! I would recommend them in a minute. Great service!!

Great people. A lot of choices. The battery i needed is bizarre shaped and thought Id have to check online but amazingly they had it. Didnt need bulbs but their price was so low i couldnt pass them up.

I needed a watch battery for an old 23yr watch. Not only did Kayla have the battery, she put it in for me and cleaned the rim. I was in and out in about 5 minutes--and it didnt cost the high price of the grocery store jeweler who charged me twice as much for a battery that didnt last very long. Great Customer Service!

Every time I go to this store I am impressed. Everyone I have talked to is knowledgeable about their products, or will ask for help if I have asked a question they cannot answer. They all seem enthusiastic about their work and make customers feel valued. Oh, by the way, they also have a wonderful inventory of batteries and bulbs.

I needed to order a vaio battery for my old laptop and scoured through numerous sites including Amazon, Newegg, etc but the customer reviews left me skeptical as to whether it was new.
