I am giving two stars rather than one due to the fact that the product seems to be of great quality. The reason for such a low rating is due to the horrendous customer service (honestly, the worst we have ever experienced, and that is coming from two people who have worked in the customer service industry in the past).We were told to wait to rip out our old cabinets until we were contacted with a delivery date and time. Once we were contacted, we waited until the day the delivery was supposed to happen. The late afternoon delivery time passed and they never showed. My husband had to contact three different people to find out that “the transmission blew for the delivery driver”, and they never picked up our cabinets in the morning. This knowledge was known long before we ripped out all our old cabinets, but was never communicated to us. My husband made another call to the store and the store employee told him that she would be in contact with the delivery service provider, someone named Keith. An hour later, my husband gets a TEXT from this man simply stating we will be there two days later at 11. No apology, no asking when we will be available, as we do both have jobs. Furious, my husband calls customer service to complain and the lady says she is not the manager and can’t do anything and to call back later.The cabinets arrived on the new delivery day, albeit late. The delivery driver was very nice and it seems he had no knowledge of our struggles and that it all goes back to the delivery manager and Cabinets to Go.My husband has called customer service FOUR times in the past week and has left multiple messages with no response as of yet.My advice is to save yourself the trouble and CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY if you are in need of new cabinets.UPDATE: the owner responded with an email address to contact. I contacted this email and it has now been a week with, yet again, no response. I will urge anyone looking for cabinets to CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. The customer service is terrible and not worth the trouble if you can get the same product elsewhere with fewer issues.

My daughter and I have spent a year searching for her cabinets and felt like we were settling with a lowes product. My daughter was recommended this store through a friend. Valarie and Thalia made us feel comfortable through their patience, knowledge, and understanding. There was zero pressure. We ended up canceling our order through lowes and decided to move forward with cabinets to go. Their installer David was so professional and did such a great job putting everything together. This kitchen turned out so beautiful in such a short period of time. Were still waiting on countertops to be installed, but we cant wait to see the finished product!!! Recommending to all family and friends. You cant beat the price or service!

We have attempted to do business with this store for the past 4 months. The customer service is horrendous. Phone calls are not returned and neither are emails. I sent measurements as requested 3 different times. The only response I got was when I actually went into the store and spoke with the manager Thalia. She requested a few measurements that I had forgotten to make. I sent those and again got no response. I had also ordered sample door/drawer pulls and backsplash. Three months later I called to see where they were. I was told part of the order was delivered to my home. That was odd as everything was suppposed to be shipped to the store and we never received anything at our home. They have no idea when the other samples arrived at the store. I am currently waiting on all of the order to be returned and refunded. Save yourself time and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Wanted to share my experience with Cabinets to Go since they seem to have a handful of less than desirable reviews on here, which almost drove me to a big box store. If youve ever stepped foot in this store, you would know they work on a limited staff (I think theres 3 or 4 people that work here in total) and they ALWAYS have customers in their store. The staff here does an amazing job juggling their phone calls while still being tentative to you and your questions. I do not recommend just walking in to this store expecting availability with a designer, either. My fiance and I came in on a Saturday and they were PACKED. I asked the young lady what the process was (were first timers) and she was able to walk me through it step by step. We scheduled a follow up design appointment for a later date, we came in, my fiance and his father were so impressed with the quality/price point that we purchased on the spot. The only downside to these cabinets is that theyre RTA, BUT we saved a ton of money for that reason. The cabinets were in and ready for pick up within 6 days and we were shocked to find out that the same people that do the designing/coordinating are the same people who load your product in the warehouse. The service we received was incredible and my fiance and I are so grateful for the staff at this store for making this such an EASY project! Give them a chance, and be patient with them. They only have so many hands.

Valarie at Cabinets-to-Go in Hilliard is amazing. She helped to design our dream kitchen. Her customer service skills are amazing. She was patient, listened and kept us informed through the entire process. The quality of our cabinets are amazing. I highly recommend Cabinets-to-Go in Hilliard. And I would recommend you ask for Valarie to help you!

We have had a great experience with Cabinets to Go! They were so helpful from picking out cabinets and the counter tops to ordering them and getting them in quickly. The sales people were awesome in helping us pick design and color, they gave great advice and direction. Anytime we needed to order additional items for extras we did, they were more than accommodating. Thank you Jamie and team!

Do not waste your time here. My wife and I stopped in without an appointment and let Valerie know we are interested in getting a quote on a certain style and provided a decent layout of the kitchen. After calling a few times and sending emails to remind Valerie that we would like a quote, its been over 10 days and we have decided to move on. Our contractor plans to begin our renovation in a few weeks beginning demo of the whole 1st floor and installation of hardwood floors which we purchased elsewhere, the installation of cabinets would begin.

Friendly service, friendly faces. They didnt have what I was looking for, but the sales rep tried her best to customize what they had available to work with. Will recommend t9 friends and family now that i know what they have to offer.

Very bad experience. Spent over 10,000.00 on cabinets. Held my check over two weeks. Then our order because of a check hold was delayed till June! They were paid in full in March! Was apologized to and they fixed the delivery date to end up being short two cabinets! One cabinet damaged doors.. We have yet to see the replacement doors nor will anyone return our calls from Hilliard office! We are not happy at all with the service AFTER THE SALE!!! They sell you but followup is horrid!!! Buyer beware!! Reason for their lackluster reviews. Never again!!!

If you are looking for lack of customer service, dishonesty from the store manager, very poor workmanship, horrific subcontractor installation, your in the right location. Please please be ready for extreme delays in your order, parts to not show up, installer to complete your project without waiting for all components in your order. Only to have to come back out and remove cabinets, reinstall them using the pieces that you paid for however we’re not initially installed. Oh yea let’s not forget on the re install additional damage was caused and guess what we are currently waiting again for parts to show up. Some of the parts were from the initial order that have never made it to my home. I have now been advised I do not have a choice in who comes to my home as the only person who they will allow to continue working is the original installer. Who seems to cause damage to my cabinets every time he comes to my house. I have fully paid for my cabinets and install. However I am the one left dealing with this horrible experience. Like I said if this is the experience you are looking for you are in the right place. Just so everyone knows. I have spent a little over $7000 for cabinets and install. We are several months into this and I still do not have all of the cabinetry I paid for. I also have an incomplete install and an unusable kitchen. Communication with my sales person in Columbus Ohio, the store manager, cabinets to go customer service and the head of the install company and I am still left in the same situation. I am at a complete loss of money, words and a functional kitchen which is the lifeblood of your house. Think I am kidding just wait until you have paid cabinets to go and their install company and get neither the cabinets you have paid for or complete install that you have paid for. I promise you will then understand what me and my wife are going thru. I hope my experience will serve as a reminder to each and everyone before you make a purchase thru cabinets to go.

BEWARE OF FRAUD. I am in the process of filing a complaint to BBB, Consumer complaints and Attorney General office. They took an order for my vanity on 06/30 only with a promise that I will have my vanity delivered by mid to late August. This is now Dec 30th and I am still yet waiting for my delivery to show up. After when Ive called numerous times, they continue to give me a new date every time. Valerie, Teliah- They lie to you on your face and have no sense of customer service or transparency.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but I have to on this one. When urgently looking for new cabinets and countertops, we paid in full to have everything ready by the end of the week. Even after a few points of contact with the store, we didn’t find out our cabinets wouldn’t be ready until the day we were supposed to pick it. Not only were they not ready, we had a TWO WEEK delay without any mention of it. Had we known beforehand we wouldn’t have gone with cabinets to go as we were on a tight move in schedule.The only remedy was to upgrade cabinets and pick them up over a week after our anticipated date, and wouldn’t help us make up the price difference.Moral of the story here is if you’re ready to have your dream kitchen taken away from you, this is the place for you.

Company lacks customer services and they are confused. I did cancel our order it has been 21 days and money has not been credited to our account . I talked to sales person twice with no result, just promises. I end up disputing the charges with my bank which will take another two weeks. Find another vendor.

*Forced to give 1 star in-order to post*TL;DR: The savings I thought I was getting by purchasing my cabinets through Cabinets To Go has been swallowed up by costly delays and penalty clauses from contractors - because you CANNOT have a kitchen WITHOUT CABINETS!NEVER AGAIN. I will never again purchase cabinets from this company. I was initially pleased with the readiness and responsiveness of the sales team and the customer service agents when I had to make my first claim; accidents happen, wood splits, Im not an unreasonable person.However, out of 14 cabinets ordered Ive had to place claims on 5 of them... that is over 35% of my ordered cabinets that were somehow split, damaged or broken.The phrase communication is key is lost on this company. Oh theyll answer the phone and start a claim, theyll even email you a confirmation that your order was processed but then thats it...Sometimes youll get your order, and itll be another damaged part, or you wont get it at all... Then later find out your part is back ordered while complete cabinet kits (including your back ordered part) are in the warehouse waiting to be ordered.Soon, youll be over 6 weeks delayed in your project and everyday you are prevented from moving forward is costly.Please dont buy from here. DONT DO IT!

The initial start was great. Jamie helped us through the process and the cabinets showed up pretty much on time. The problems started after the sale. We had a damaged cabinet and after getting the claim started on it Jamie tells me that because of the time it’ll take for the replacement piece to get in and because or cabinets we’re supposed to be installed the following Friday that he’d just order a replacement unit and we’d just exchange the whole box. I was happy with that and he end the call with me by saying if there’s any problems that he’d call right away but that we’re to just swing in on the following Thursday and pick it up.I called the following Thursday afternoon and the lady said that Jamie wasn’t in and he never ordered the cabinet in the first place and that the panel we’re needing is back ordered and that there’s no ETA on when it’ll ever ship. I of course was livid about this and she’d only tell me that the rep handling the claim would call me with a update but I tried to explain to her was that I’ve been trying to call and email her and she wasn’t answering or emailing back either. I called there corporate office and they were just as useless and wouldn’t even listen either. My recommendation is to run and go do business with a company that actually cares for they’re customers throughout the whole process and not the sale side only. Oh and don’t let Jamie try to sell you on there cabinets being solid wood either because that’s BS too they’re made of pressed wood. I strongly recommend going somewhere else I’ll never use them again.

Best cabinets money can buy. We worked with Jamie Chapman at the Hilliard store. He was fantastic. Had great ideas, was easy to work with and was able to take what we wanted and made it better! Would work with him again and would recommend anyone in Columbus to stop buy and see him if you are ever in the market for a new kitchen. We got a whole kitchens worth of cabinets, hardware, and countertops from him. Best price you can find for the highest quality. Pleasure working with him. Definitely worth your time!

This place is a hidden jewel. I just recently purchased a house which is the worst on the road and requiring a complete remodel. I’m not afraid to get multiple quotes with some leg work ( 6 total) *solid wood/ dove tail/ soft close/ 90 inch with trim / and crown modeling) These guys by far got the best price with install, and were one ones who made me feel the most comfortable while showing them my kitchen and what I was working on. They were able to help me without feeling stupid since they were quote number 1. I will be making a visit soon to purchase my order. Will update once install is complete with pictures! My wife and I are both very excited.

We stopped into the showroom today after we were instructed in an email that there was no appointment required. After looking around for 30 plus minutes we were not greeted by either of the two employees. The cabinets on the sales floor were in disarray. Several of the drawers were not working with large cosmetic flows on the front of the counter.
