I have never used Mattress Firm before and will never use them again. I always use Original Mattress Factory because their mattresses are made locally, but I wouldn’t beat the sale that Mattress Firm had going on.I paid the extra fee to have my old mattress hauled away. When the delivery drivers got there, the truck had been overfilled and they didn’t have room on the truck. So, the mattress was moved to my gated back patio blocking the door. It then became my responsibility to call the closest store and tell them about the needed pick up. Supposedly, it will be picked up tomorrow.In addition, I went to put sheets on the bed and noticed that 2 of the hinges had been pulled out of the back of the blanket chest at the end of the bed. I asked them repeatedly if they needed me to move anything and was assured that everything was good. The delivery people didn’t even tell me what had happened! The biggest issue is that the blanket chest is one piece in a set of 4 and the style is no longer being made. So even it they pay to replace the blanket chest, it won’t match the rest of our furniture.And finally, I tried for 4 hours to get a hold of someone at the local store. I tried calling the corporate number, which said to submit a form online and I would have a response within 1 hour...that was 5 hours ago. I also was prompted to send a text message to the store, which was never returned.I had to deal with all of this while trying to work. What a waste of time and money!Hopefully they will make it right, but as of now, I am a very unhappy customer.

We were very impressed with the knowledge Mr. Petty had about the different types of mattresses. His knowledge of 18 years in the industry and the 120 day trial period sold us on our purchase.. he also shared that he was a veteran soldier and my husband also is. We stopped in to look for a new mattress and had a wonderful experience with Ben L. He was non intrusive but was ready to answer any questions we had. Quite frankly, the way the sales folks will sometimes follow you around is a large reason why I hate shopping for furniture, cars, etc. Not at all the case with Ben. He offered helpful recommendations but we never felt followed or harassed in any way. Truly, the best buying experience Ive had when shopping for a mattress. No hassle, no pressure.

When I entered the store, I knew exactly what I wanted. A cheap, California King sized mattress, firm, foam only (no innersprings). Got a mattress here pretty easily. Went to the store and check the many different styles of mattresses. We had no clue how different kinds there were. After fumbling around for awhile someone came over and took mercy on us. It is best to talk to them. We are very happy with our mattress. Would go back.

I looked online at several places and decided to check out the Hilliard store because of good reviews, even though I live less than 3 miles from the sawmill rd store. I went in to look on a sat night, tried a few, got pricing etc. I didnt purchase then because I still wanted to shop around. I decided that, since I was getting a sale, get the king for the price of queen and a free base, thats electric and the head raises, it was the best deal for me. I needed a frame so if I went else where, I would have to buy one and I like it so I can raise it up, the mattress is really comfortable, I got the king pressureesmart plush mattress. Ben Motz was my sales person, he was nice, explained the diffrent mattresses, gave me pricing, didnt pressure me in any way. The delivery took about 3 weeks, because of covid and orders getting caught up with some places closed, but it was delivered the day Ben said, they called and text me before they arrived with a time frame, then 10 min before they arrived. The delivery guys were also nice, I didnt pay for set up, so they just brought it in and put it where I told them. Ive slept on it for just over a week now, and love it, I raise it just a little, and sleep so good. Im so glad I went to mattress firm.

Nathaniel at the Rome Hilliard location near BB&B is wonderful at customer service and his job! Even when we had to return our first purchase for an exchange he worked with us to find the best deal and terms for what we wanted. Also a shout out to the delivery personnel. The first exchange had issues with the mattresses and instead of silently delivering and departing they pointed out the issues and stated the mattresses should be returned and the issue sorted (empathy). Mattress Firm made it right and we are very happy with our new mattresses. Thank you to all staff at mattress firm for your help and customer service!

Found us a mattress that was on sale that was exactly what we wanted and tied it down on my van for me. Fast, easy, and kind. Also didnt judge me when my four year old used an inappropriate word. Raising kids is hard, buying this mattress wasnt.
