This is a very big store. If youre looking for decor elements you will definitely find some here. Right now the store has set up decorations for all three upcoming holidays. I still dont understand why furniture is so expensive, at least in my opinion it is. But they have good prices on many other things. Been here a few times to shop for home items, not always able to find what we are looking for, but they do have some interesting finds throughout the store. Also great if you able to do some clearance shopping as they do mark down items pretty well. The decor is decent and decently priced. Some are higher quality then others as well.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They were busy resetting seasonal stuff but I appreciated that I could find someone easily for quick questions when I needed.

Im picky, so I didnt leave with everything I wanted, but there was a large selection of everything I was hoping to find. I do wish they had more (rug) runners for like a kitchen area. I felt like I only had a dozen options - most being tan and grey.

Was looking for a dresser/storage unit for my 2nd bedroom. Their inventory was totally depleted. The shelves were empty and what there was, was damaged and non saleable.

Not much on floor help but once we found what we wanted, it was in and out in a flash. PLUS they observe veterans with a 10% discount

I could spend hours here they have a lot of nice things for home interior.Some items are a bit pricey and staff isnt always friendly. This is the 4th time I been but the first time I felt the staff was nice and helpful.

This place is awesome! Never heard of it before but its enormous. Theyre remodeling or reorganizing, so things were on and off shelves in places, but they still had tons of stuff. Especially candles and seasonal items. Cant wait to go back or try another location too

I was looking for the rainbow Christmas tree that was pre lit. I saw it up and I was able to go right to the spot where I was able to get the very last one. Im excited about pulling it out of the box and putting it up in the front room.

I love this store. They offer a wide variety of merchandise from kitchen towels to lawn furniture! Their prices are comparable (or less) than other stores. They have unique items also. Sometimes its hard to find an employee if you have a price check or question but overall my experience there keeps me coming back!

Well it’s big box and it’s fun and has all the cute and quaint things one could hope to find in these home stores. However it’s a bit on the cheap side, and I don’t mean cost, I mean quality. As it happens it’s also relatively affordable. I come a few times a year. Christmas decorations are good!

I love this dumb store. The stuff is kind of cheaply made, but you can find some real diamonds in the rough every once in a while, and you can DEFINITELY find things here that you wont find anywhere else. Quirky, fun and adorable.

Superb selection of home decor and rugs.We’ve found some great deals, but improvements to their customer service are needed.Staff are few and far between when we had questions regarding furniture, and made us feel unimportant when we wanted to spend our money.IKEA is our new go-to now.

We had gone on line to check about mirrors and it appeared that the store had two of the same and figured we would be able to choose the one that looked the best. We were unable to even one. While the prices are very good the correlation between the on line information and reality of the store was disappointing, at least in our experience.

We live in Cleveland but stopped into this store one day and happened across some lampshades we thought would work - purchased them, and took them back home. Unfortunately, they did not fit. Because the store is located 2 hours from us, we were not able to return them as quickly as we would have liked..... when we did, we were past the 60 day cutoff. This was our fault, but unavoidable. The shades were brand new, unused, still in the wrappers, and still being sold on the shelves at the same price. The manager - with purple hair and more piercings than I could count - refused to do anything other than give us store credit..... for a store that is 2 hours away from us. The website does not allow for online orders - probably the only retailer in the U.S. that doesnt. So.... we are out $80 bucks until we want to go shopping 2 hours from home. While I understand the 60-day policy, I also understand making exceptions. There was no reason those shades could not go back into their inventory - BAD FORM. Dont buy anything here unless you are POSITIVE it is what you want.

This store is well arranged and there is a big selection of merchandise. The Christmas items are 75%off and sometime they are supposed to be 90% off. I hope we dont miss that.

This store has a ton of different decor and the prices are awesome. The biggest reason for 5 stars though, is that the manager, Risa, is great! She helped us out at the end of the day and you could tell she cared.

Failed to honor online pricing on counter stools as advertised (gift for my mom). Manager told me they were different UPCs- I asked him to take me to the correct stools then (they were the exact same model, brand) he said he couldn’t. Didn’t show me any empathy in the situation. This is why retail industry is dead.This isn’t the first time ‘at home’ has operated in ‘the grey’ with advertising. They will often group things together in a section, throw up a sale % off, then not honor it at the checkout counter.This pattern of behavior seems to be there business strategy. This will eventually put them out of business. I won’t be returning.

What a fun place to shop! Acres and acres of home decor, furniture, seasonal decorations, lamps, rugs, on and on and on!The prices on most items are reasonable and the selection is quite broad. There is ample free parking.

Store is well kept. Theres a price range suitable for any budget.

At home is good if you know exactly what you want and you know that you can get everything without any help from store employees. If you even think you might need help from a store employee I would recommend shopping elsewhere unless the savings is huge, because it is very difficult to find an employee anywhere other than at the cash register

Not enough staff to assist customers. What staff you find are pretty nice. Good selection and variety. The return policy is horrible! Pay close attention to the purchase date and dont go over 60 days; not even by a few days. First they will only give you a store credit and then if an item went on sale after you purchased you only get the lowest price back....even with a receipt. I paid close to $100 on three items and was only refunded $60. Now thats just wrong! I get the store credit thing but when you can verify exactly what you paid you should get exactly that back. Especially when you are only getting the store credit. So does this mean if I buy something and 59 days later I find out it went on sale at some point I can get a price adjustment and refund? Hmmmm.... bet not. I dont think I will frequent this store.

They really cleaned this place up! It was getting kind of run down when it was Garden Ridge but its much better now. This is a good place for discounted seasonal home and outdoor decor and smaller, unique pieces of furniture for eclectic, bohemian interiors. Theres a wide range of items from floral to kitchen, rugs, tables, organization, and linens. Its a fun place to go for low end merchandise. Check your items for damage before buying though.

Great location for appropriately-priced art, furniture, and other home decor. This is a huge store, youll definitely have your choice of a variety of options. The aisles can get a little cramped during the busy hours, so Id recommend going later in the day. This is a great place to blow an hour or so if youre looking for ideas!

Didnt have what I was looking for and sales associate didnt understand what I was looking for.

First visit! An overwhelming quantity of everything imaginable for the home. If you cant find it here it may not exist! Prices seemed reasonable. I would have wished for a little better organization across the board. Newer displays were pristine--like fall and Christmas--but everyday stuff was somewhat jumbled.

At Home offers a good variety of things to decorate your home. Prices are reasonable.

I went with some of my family to buy a refrigerator and a stove the good quality. The customer service was pretty good also to find good discounts for both.Good shop to build your kitchen!

Could not find a single 3.5 x 5 picture frame but I guess that is an odd size. Otherwise this place is pretty great. Lots of stuff. Seasonal section, furniture, rugs and more!

Basically a nicer version of the Pottery Barn if youve been there. Lots of rugs, wall art, side tables, planting pots and more. Prices are pretty low, but the quality of all products is not excellent. Still a good place to shop.

Huge home store. If its not here, it may not exist

The price is right but you will have to be willing to hunt for it.This is a pretty steep down curve in comparison to the at home in Polaris. This store may be more shopped than the other. But the selection is poor. Art mirrors and other items appear haphazardly thrown on the shelves with no real correlation to size and style. Heavy stools and chairs are stacked high up and the wait for someone to help starts to make you question the purchase entirely.Lack of pricing on items leaves cashiers guessing and calling the individual who may or may not have been around to help you with the stools. Clearance items often mixed in with non-clearance etc. Great price but be prepared to work for it.

This place is huge... like extremely huge. One Sunday afternoon, I was here with my wife and two kids. Then, like it was predestined, Take On Me started playing on the loud speakers. Much to my familys chagrin, I start singing along. Looking around, I realize that there is not too many people that could hear me. So, I up my volume. Pretty soon, I was belting it on the top of my lungs (going all out for those high notes) and I was not negatively impacting the shopping experience of others (excluding my family). That is how big this store is.In terms of stock, there is mostly a bunch of stuff I would never buy. And, of the things I would buy, they are higher in price than I would expect.

I loved this place when it was Garden Ridge, and its still very similar. Lots of seasonal decor as well as year round home goods. Prices are pretty good. Bring walking shoes cause the place is huge!

Tons of stuff to look at here and tons of stuff to clutter your house or make it beautiful. At times its overwhelming. Dont go unless youve got at least an hour to spare because even the non-ADD folks will loose focus on what they went there for!

Great place to walk around, you are bound to find something you didnt know existed. I have found some pretty neat things on clearance too (which is along the wall on the right)

I was really happy untill I looked at my recepit an was charged 15$ for a item I didnt get. They have the item numbers on the recepit so you can look up the number online an see the item. Its unfortunate because you cant return something you didnt take home. Pay attention to what the screen is saying so you dont get overcharged.. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Amazing store! Great service, too. If you need something that is not in stock at one store, they call other stores to help you find your item.
