Nice store wiry good baristas who sometimes get my drink slightly different than what I want but good overall. Has drive through and outside seating area. Due to the current situation you cannot sit inside the store but has huge inside seating area too. Clean restrooms and store overall.

Walk up to the counter and waited 15 min for someone to even say hello. Worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks, lucky for them my wife wanted a tumbler so we just stood there while 8 employees payed us no attention not even a hello as we walked in terrible service. I will be calling corporate.

My first trip to this new location and wow is it nice inside. I used to frequent the location on the corner frequently but I stopped paying $5 a cup for coffee and started grinding and making it at home. This location is really nice inside. Place was packed but service was mostly quick.

Been there maybe 100 or more times, usually out of stuff, coffee is consistently burnt tasting compared to other Starbucks. About 30% of the time they forget to put cream in my coffee. Worst drive thru plan ever, no idea what the engineers were smoking. Could do much better

Today was my last day going to this Starbucks. The woman with the pink hair taking orders outside (because I assume the drive thru was down) was definitely not wearing a mask and was very close to my vehicle.When I mentioned something to the gentlemen at the window he seemed not to care. I expect better from Starbucks than to knowingly risk the lives of people during a pandemic.

Waited in line in the drive through for a little over an hour, coffee was not hot, the parking lot is chaotic with the ridiculous drive through orientation. As a three visit a day patron to my Starbucks locations back home and having been to this location previously with similar experiences, I have to say this is the worst location I have ever visited. Sorry guys, you need better management.

I love Starbucks but this location needs to seriously work on being better with service and supply. They have literally less than half of their bakery in stock. And whenever placing a order through the app for pick up- I have yet to walk in this store and my order be ready without confusion - they are all over the place.

They have a hard time following instructions. I made a mobile order for the new apple crisp machiato. This is a hot drink. Period. It doesnt ask you if you want it hot or cold. Since I am sick I send my sister to pick it up. When they hand her the COLD apple crisp machiato and she tells them that she is positive the coffee is supposed to be hot, she gets told that she cant change it since the order isnt hers. I double checked what I ordered when she brought me the gross cold coffee they gave her that I immediately gave to my husband because eww. I ordered the right thing. They just decided for whatever reason they were not going to make it. I dont care if you think its hot outside. I have strep and wanted something warm on my throat. Thanks for making my rough day even worse. Will not be ordering from you again.

This place is usually absolutely swamped, if youre going to the drive-thru, not that its their fault but its pretty frustrating so I would recommend that you do Park and order.They have never screwed up any of my requests, theyve always been on time, and very kind.I hope the staff understands that we really appreciate them

I went to Starbucks on behalf of a business meeting. Beforehand I ordered a coffee alongside a Southwest Veggie breakfast wrap. Upon asking about the ingredients the cashier did not know the requested information. She then proceeded to get on her cellular phone to look up the details. Meanwhile she grunted and made unnecessary outbursts as she attempted her mission. I also asked if the establishment offered Columbian coffee, she did not know the answer to that either (two strikes). Once my order was supposedly complete, I was given the coffee but not the food I ordered. On top of that research had to be conducted to confirm that they in fact owed me an item. You can only imagine the effects of what transpired. The store manager Leigh did offer an apology and offered solatiums for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated and admirable. Id go back again because everyone deserves a second chance. However, everyone deserves proper training and product knowledge as well.

Sadly, Starbucks has lost a longtime customer once I mined to North Carolina from Illinois. The southern “I’ll get to it” does not work with people who have jobs!!long drive thru lines 30 min wait) and slow service has forced me to give up my pricey coffee drinks!! :(

Even though dine-in was available, dining area setup was incomplete. My table dirty. First coffee order was barely lukewarm, asked for a hot again, got lukewarm, gave up. Coffee cup filled to overflowing, caused a mess when top removed. Barista friendly, courteous but did not seem confident in her position. Long time customer, not up to normal expectations.

Im done getting my coffee here after 15 years. They moved to this location two or three years ago and ever since you cant get in the parking lot. They added a drive thru and now with Covid its almost impossible to get in and out quickly even if you place an online order. The last time I went they had a stop sign when you circled the building. I had to wait to park...if theres a better way they didnt put up a sign telling me the traffic had changed, really. I had to wait in line while the drive thru line went around the building to be able to park to go in and get my online order. Harris teeter or Target from now on. So sad. Just give this location up and try again. Its not like you dont have money!

I will start by saying that the staff are kind enough, and really working hard through all of this. I cannot stress that enough. However, the dining area has opened and closed several times over the last year and more recently stayed closed. The drive through doesn’t move quickly at all, and the line is often out into the street, we’re talking 12+ cars. Not only that, but I ordered through the app today and once I arrived they had no record of my order, then explained that they were out or Nitro Cold Brew. Come on Starbucks... you have to enable your team to do their job more efficiently. Everyone behind that bar was busting their hump and drowning in customers.

There was so much ice in this iced matcha green tea latte that I couldnt even get my straw to the bottom of the cup! I am almost a daily Starbucks customer, and have patronized stores all of the world. This little outlet in High Point has won the ice challenge! Not a distinction of honor, to be sure! I really feel ripped off. Please consider using less than a half pound of ice in your preparations.

We love the coffee; have for years. But like all other retailers and food places they are trying to get Covid service figured out - and they have a long way to go. The drive through line is ridiculous, but thats okay; I chose not to use it. But inside it was just a little bit chaotic. It wasnt very clear where to wait if you had placed an order online (we had) and there didnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to who got served when. Ill wait a while to go back.

One might think that all Starbucks are the same, but this Starbucks always has amazingly-nice staff. They have always had some sandwiches available, even when Ive stopped by later in the evening, which is rare in comparison to other Starbucks I have visited. Their sandwiches are honestly so tasty. Even if you have not thought of trying something new when you stop by, should your favorite sandwich be sold out for the day when you get there, try one of their other sandwiches. ALL OF THEM ARE GREAT.! Im so glad I live nearby this establishment now. Great Starbucks franchise!!

The coffee was great, which I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. This was my first visit to this location and I enjoyed sitting at the tables outside to talk with my friend as we drank our coffee. It was busy but the reason for only 2 stars is there was coffee spilled from the counter, between the tables, all the way to the window. One wet floor sign was there but nobody bothered to clean the mess. Just placed a sign there and let it go. I was extremely cautious as I made my way to the counter to order and go back outside. It doesn’t take long to grab a mop. As a business owner myself, customer service is important, but I want my employees to take whatever steps are necessary to clean up spills before someone is injured. Personally, I’d have waited a few minutes for the floor to be cleaned and reduce the risk of falls not only to myself but other patrons.

Management has zero control over the traffic flow through the drive through. Cars line up in both directions on Parris trying to get in. The first time we went, they did not use my wifes birthday reward. They take forever to make your drinks and serve you through the drive in. It appears they tried to build this location using the most minimal space they could find. Do yourself a favor and go to any place else.

So I love me some Starbucks, infact I go about ever other day. At this location I feel like my drink is never the same. It seems like some employees do more flavor pumps then others, some stir it others dont. For me there is nothing worse then a business that it not consistent. Also if I go after 2 pm they are always out of the Batum bagels, who runs out of food at 2pm? If a manager is reading this please look into these two issues, its so frustrating when we are paying 5.00 a pop. Come on Starbucks get it together.

Drive-thru is the only thing open. The Starbucks app however, says they’re open for dining room take out.This forces people to essentially park in the middle of the street, creating potential hazards. I’ll be contacting their HQ to complain as well.

This new system of having to wait in line to get your drinks doesnt work. Theres no one that can be bothered to get you your drinks. This location (N Main St in High Point) has gone downhill since they moved to their current location. Drinks are inconsistent...one visit too strong, the next very weak. Service is slow. You would think that the drive thru would be quick, but it takes nearly 20 minutes to get from the street to the order screen most days. Very disappointing.
