My sales person was Al Hosley and I purchased a 2021 Honda Insight. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from quite a few dealerships, out of everything I’ve purchased I have only had two salesman call me after I had purchased the vehicle to ask how I liked it( Al was one of the two). The process was pretty painless an only took little over an hour to get it all done. So far so good the sales side was a good experience haven’t been into the service side yet, being a Honda let’s hope it’s just oil changes only. Al was an easy going seemed genuine an honest.

Stopped by there because we were looking for a used car. At first the “lady “ that came out was very helpful. When she found out we were looking for the bargain lot she changed. She out and out lied to us about where it was. I was going to give her a good review and recommend them. I would still recommend Van York. Just not the lady that is working today. My experience was awesome! Ive been to several dealerships before and this was a totally different vibe. Staff was helpful and attentive but not overbearing. I never felt pressured. I worked with Jose who I would highly recommend!

I can say the day of purchasing was great. I planned on making this my dealer for future purchases even though I live out of state. I asked about the military discount, they took a copy of my military ID (there was no mention about any other required documentation) and the deal was finished without any issues and I drove off. More than two weeks later I was told I needed a DD214, but was told the person would speak to the finance manager to address as if I didn’t have to do anything. Several days later, I was then told I don’t qualify. When I asked why I was told different reasons, from I didn’t qualify unless the service member was deceased to they don’t offer to dependents. At this point I don’t feel comfortable providing them with the document the requested after the fact and they can’t get their story straight. I was told that my contract isn’t valid, I can’t get my own financing, I have to re-qualify for the loan and now the price of the car I purchased almost 3 weeks ago is more than I agreed to pay. My background is in banking and I’ve never seen this before. I rarely leave negative reviews.

Just lost a customer! We have been leasing cars from Vann York for many years, but no more. We have always taken our leased cars in for oil changes, tire rotation and alignments, but have noticed this year they have been adding more and more things that need to be done even though our cars have low mileage. Something has changed and they have lost our trust. We will be taking our cars elsewhere for maintenance and for new leases. And please do not call us and asked for a good review.

I have to say that Kathy Fulton at Vann York Honda made it absolutely as easy as it could have been. She certainly showed respect for us and what we wanted/needed. The dealership gave me a good price without much hassle and was willing to go and find the color Odyssey we wanted whereas other dealers specifically would not go and find the color we wanted. We are very much enjoying the new van and look forward to many useful years with it. Easter Sunday my car broke down while I was traveling and I was very fortunate to be so close to Vann York Honda.I had my Accord towed and dropped my keys with note in night drop box. I arrived Monday at 7:20 am and my car was already tagged for service. Donna the Service Advisor was wonderful. She did just as she promised and had the problem diagnosed and gave me a call I approved to move forward with the repair and I was back on the road. Very professional team. I was looking for a brand new 2021 Pilot. I needed to evaluate the different trim levels and decide which dealership I wanted to deal with. I first went to Vann York Honda and dealt with Don P. He was great, not a typical car salesman. I told him I was going to think about it and not make a financial decision that large in a day. He respected that, which I do not think you would get from any other dealership. I also talked to 3 other local Honda dealers in NC, but I just got the typical pushy, talk to 3 people, trap you at the dealership, limited time offer nonsense.Don at Vann York was amazing, I went back to him and kept asking him questions about the different financing, trade in values on my old pilot and various trim levels. He never treated me poorly or was just pushing me to make a decision. I did all of this entire purchase without my husband and still felt very respected through the entire process. Again, that is not what you get at most dealerships when purchasing a car and being a woman.So, in summary, I cannot recommend Don at Vann York Honda enough. He will give you a fair value on your trade, answer all your questions, and let you make the decisions that are right for you.

Most of the negotiation was done online. I worked with sales agent Alan Hosley. He was very good, respectful and reasonable person. Car was delivered at home. All the paper work were signed at home at my comfort. Al took his time and patiently explained all the details of the car and finance. This is my second car buying experience and can say without any doubt the best experience so far; no hassles, no stress.

I bought a 2020 Honda Odyssey yesterday and was blown away by the service. Brandon was very nice on the phone and talked to me like a person vs a salesman. He offered a great deal much lower than other Honda dealerships and his financing was 1% lower! They delivered the van to my house in Apex, NC wearing gloves and a mask. It took about 30 minutes (including test drive). When we bought our CRV from a local dealer three years ago, it took ~5 hours at the dealership to do the paperwork.
