I wanted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, so I went here and ordered a new phone with an international service plan. The phone I ordered ended up not coming in within a week, but I figured it was from Hurricane Ida. I was called by my job and given 48 hours to pack my bags and get to Japan but my new phone still had not come in.I went into the store and they discovered my phone was back ordered but happened to have a new galaxy S21 in the back that recently came in and they were able to quickly and professionally get me set up with a new phone on such a short notice, and transfer all my storage from my old phone. I really appreciated the awesome help from Reen and everyone else in the store! Thank you so much!

Clean, selections are plentiful and the food is fantastic. The Luncheon price is reasonable. Will be coming back.

Rachel was extremely quick and helpful in upgrading me from the GS7 to GS10+. Very friendly staff, extremely knowledge... even showed me some new tricks on the phone while I was waiting!

I am not sure if what they told me about the buy one and get one free offer is correct. The internet ad does not show what they said. I will have to check another t-mobile store. The person who I talked to looked knowledgeable. I have dealt with this person previously.

Newly redone store that has some friendly and helpful staff. We were switching from Verizon and they told us exactly what to do. Made the process quick and easy.

Horrible store! Had to wait a while for someone to help us. I believe the person that helped us was Ken. I’m not sure though. He was the worst. He claimed that JUMP was taken off my account which was the reason that I was there because I wanted to upgrade my phone. I said no one had authorized it to be taken off and he said there was nothing he could do. He said he couldn’t even look back at the account to see when it was taken off and he couldn’t call customer service to fix the problem. So we went to the T-Mobile store in broadway mall which was much more helpful. They were able to check my account to see when JUMP was taken off and call customer service and have it put it back on so that I could upgrade right then. I left the store with a new phone. T Mobile in Broadway mall is so much better! Don’t waste your time on the one on north broadway.

Totally agree with other users, very poor service, wont do any help and dont have the capability to determine the problems if your phone had trouble. Online customer support does much better than they do. Dont bother if you can avoid this store!

Five people standing while on their phones in an empty store yet no one had to time to help my father. Just cause he’s not a new customer doesn’t mean the customer service is supposed to stop. Trash service

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Do not pay cash at this location they don’t give receipts and your money goes missing and the manager does nothing about the employees that take the money sure you’ll get credit but they are stealing your money!!

They lie to sell lines. You will get $10 statement credit if you get this hotspot they forget to mention the $50 you will have to pay for the device and the $20/month. This is not how you should be selling! Terrible service. Do not go here.

Everytime I go to this store is always the same poor service. Also, BE AWARE!!!! there is a woman calling from this store saying that you went over or about to go over your data service and they are calling to change your service. I asked her if she had any information and all she said was that she was given a list to call people and have them give the OK to increase the data service. I already called TMOBILE corporate to complaint as well.

Worst TMobile Ever! Multiple times tried to bait and switch me on phones by saying its available and than saying its not available once I walk into the store and pick accessories and get ready for checkout. Absolutely Terrible!

I have been there a day before Thanksgiving and it was so crowded. Wait time was long. I felt they needed more support. Other than that they were friendly.
