Great employees. Super neat store.

CUSTOMER SERVICE isn’t a focus at this GameStop they have ZERO Xbox one in stock and every item I just sold to them was typed in the system as refurbished and no explanation given behind why. This is misleading and confusing when we download an app on our phone and prep our finances due to what your app says the item would be bought back for. Nothing we’re refurbished about my items controller or games and they weren’t tested or given any attention. Store manager Jimmy didn’t seem to care to much about how HECTOR was treating the situation but the fact that he told me go to another store tried to hand me everything I bought back and say go to another store showed me how lazy he is and his desire to help customers or uphold what the app says items can be brought back for. I come from a customer service background also was employed for GameStop and work many other sales jobs. In my opinion if you want value on your games or consoles and not to be lied to for your items worth I wouldn’t recommend this GameStop and Would say go to another and HECTOR will not do much but offer you the lowest amount and refer you to his other brother stores instead of handle business even being out of stock and inventory which is very weird and unprofessional to me but maybe that’s why their inventory and stock could be possibly low. Just my opinion and feedback of my experience from a pro member and previous employee oh and the other GameStop up the street took care of me more professionally and offered me the correct rates.

There is nothing here, no consoles no big spread of vr games, nothing. The clerk was very helpful and nice but thats about it

Where do i begin, i drove 50 minutes to pick up a game i order just to find a paper outside that said “well be back in 10 minutes” and i waited for over 30min and still nothing this is not right close down if you dont have enough to pay for employees

Terrible experience. Im not shopping in any GAMESTOP again. Tried to return a purchase without a receipt and was told they can only give back store credit in the amount their system rings. I was completely ripped off. I asked to look up my credit card in their system to see how much a paid for it. They lie by stating that they cant do that because the GameStop system is too old to look up credit cards for receipts. WHAT A LIE. They also told me that they can only do what the policy states. I felt completely ripped off. I received only partial credit for what a paid for. Because its in store credit, Im forced to shop at GameStop again which I no longer want to.

This place is setup and they are very patient. They helped me and welcomed me back. As you walk through the door it feels welcoming. Guess what! They are rock hard gamers at this place. They tell you everything. I love this store.

First off, the Manager LIED SO MANY TIMES A MONTH ABOUT A PS4, I CALL TODAY AND THEY HAVE ONE THATS BEEN THIER FOR 6 Months,

I go here for my little nieces, the fact that they sell toys and clothing has worked out for me really well.

I think this is one of my most favorite GameStops. Just because they have a much better section of collectables and toys then other GameStop. The employees are also always really helpful and always have a chipper attitude.

Went to pick up a game, and the attendant made me wait 2-3 minutes of him searching for the game because apparently, he couldnt find it since I didnt pre-order. Comes back to tell me, he didnt know, but I could wait longer for him to search. Didnt bother calling his manager since he was unable to conduct his job properly. Its fine, walmart was less than a minute away so I took my business elsewhere.

I bought a steering wheel I waited two weeks, it had to arrive within 2 - 4 days, it never arrived. Buy in amazon fast safe fast.

Intelligent staff and aware of all products and knowledge of video games

My son is a gamer so I make several trips here. The people are knowledgeable & nice, the prices are decent & I love the toy selection. My biggest problem w/ this store is that I have never seen more than 1 person working there. If it is just a matter of ringing up items than a long line would move along nicely but many customer transactions are more involved than that & the wait can be ridiculous.

This place is horrible. This man that is behind the counter older man scream goes crazy when you ask a question rude. He belongs in a mental place.

Video game Prices are way too high, trade in values are way to low. Collectibles are a good price tho but look elsewhere for game deals.

I was able to put on Hold for pickup at this location. The guys were pretty cool and got me hyped for the game. They were knowledgable and didnt spoil the game for me. Also they , answer the phone.

There store policy’s are BS, i would recommend buying from Best Buy

Love this gamestop. A few minutes further from the house. But I prefer these employees over those at the the closer GAMESTOP.

Just had the worst customer experience ever here,I have a pie of gaming headsets to which I purchased warranty for,the counter guy tells me they don’t have the headset,which happens all the time ,they always offer to upgrade me and just pay the difference,for whatever reason today this gentleman decides we cannot do that and he would have to order my headset,how does that help me today ??? This is exactly why I do your company is closing stores and struggling to survive ! If I wanted to wait I would have purchased them online where they’re cheaper anyways ...this will be my last transaction with game stop good look with bankruptcy fellas

Our hours are 11am - 6pm on Sundays and they always have been. Google has not honored our request to change our hours online. Therefore Im leaving this message so our customers can know what time were actually open till. Thank you and have a nice day!

I dont understand if its posted that you are open until 7pm on Sunday why I get here at 6pm and your doors are locked. What kind of business is that. I wasnt the only one confused since 6 other potential customers also pulled up. Not a way to run a business.

Probably the only Gamestop store ever worth going to. Small tidy space, helpful employees, and for being so small a vast amount of popular items.

Ive been coming to this store for about 6 years now. Not only because its literally down the street from me but because the staff are always nice and helpful. Ive never walked out of this store unhappy.

It says on website they have Nintendo switch the sales rep was very rude and didn’t try to help us out at all or tell us where it was available.
