Bakery/deli is amazing, nicest people in the world.BUT, the same guy (old, kinda heavy set, gray hair, wears a black beanie sometimes) who I always see barehanded positioning the ENTIRE fruit section. Has used the restroom TWICE while I was there without washing his hands. Like BROOOO YOU TOUCH THE FRUIT

We just came to get pub subs which was delicious as always but the language barrier was horrible. I wish they would provide some type of communication board to make it a more pleasant experience for the customers and staff.

Every employee I’ve encounter always acknowledges me and double checks if I need assistance. The cashiers are very helpful and accurate (specially Ms. Paula). You’ll find fresh products and good quality for a price worth it.

Story of the very bad luck with the MIlK.Monday go get milk and some other items...Night before going to bed when your smallest child ask for the milk b4 bed and oh surprise is spoiled milk. Go a couple days later again to get some other things and remember I needed milk... Didnt even think on returning it. Get home open the milk again and oh surprise it was spoiled too. I couldnt wait any other day with no good milk. I took it back and here is the best part of my story... Get to the customer care counter and the lady there doesnt give me the chance to tell her my situation because apparently she is already aware of the problem which is great but how about given the attention to the fact that you dont know my whole issue: It was not only the cost of the milk it was the drive, the time and some others...Good Businesses= Good products but must of all good customer service. My opinion

Waiting over 15 minutes for an order that said ready for pick up. Im an Instacart shopper and the customer is very upset. Not towards you but towards me.

This place was very unorganized. A lot of workers but no one taking orders. They were just walking in circles. After 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes we walked out.We will never go the this nasty place again.Hope they close it up

I love Publix to death but my serious complaint is that I just recently had surgery and I am not allowed to bear weight on my foot and to my surprise they don’t have the little carts in this store and I had to crutch my way all over Publix in pain with my husband I’m highly disappointed and will more than likely not come to this specific Publix until I can once walk again this is highly inconvenient for n e one especially older people who cannot walk or need assistance or for someone like myself that cannot walk for another 3 weeks just for that I’m taking my Publix buisness all the way to Miramar which is a ways from me but at least they accommodate to those who need these carts! No one asked me if I needed help nothing not even a hello thank god I had my husband to go with me because if not I would not have been able to do groceries 😡

Didnt like it at All yesterday I went there for the first time and order 3 sub sandwich and for some reason a lot eyes was staring at me like they never saw a black young lady before. I fell very disgusted.

Been at deli line for 12 minutes they have a whole 4 ppl infront of me in 12 minutes they still have 4 ppl no outrageous orders just 1 sub for each but they are just slow on purpose 😒 I got here at 620 its now 635 they have finish 1 customer with 1 sub and their 2 of them today will update what time I finally get my sub and I have pictures n video ridiculous

This is the worst place to order on line !!!!!! It took me more that 40 minutes at the counter not including the time i ordered on line ! They do not have the order , they start asking customer for name ! A complete disaster !!! I will not come here and do not recomended!!

Parking isnt too bad. Customer service is good, theyre pretty friendly and helpful. Selection and availability can improve. I give it 3 stars because this place was my publix for 3 years and many times left w something expired somehow. Mentioned it to the manager after it happened a few times, hopefully they are checking their shelves. But its not just publix, many other places in the area carry expired or close to expiring items. Its so frustrating.

The new thing is that nobody works. This place closes at 10 but they are done working at 7:30. Don’t bother going for chicken or anything in the bakery or deli after 7:30

Very bad experience and costumer service at the deli department. Only one person helping and over 10 costumers waiting. When asked a manager he just said, well, we have to take care of our employees. What about the people waiting. If you can not operate in a way that you maintain safety for your employees and costumers in today’s time. Then you should close down your doors.

I sat in line for a sandwich for 35 mins while i watched the two women talking n going into the back to talk while the line wrapped around the counter. If they would spend less time talking n more time actually working things would be more smoother for everyone. Next time this happens i will definitely record the problem

Friendly staff especially at the checkout lanes! Paola was so nice and made sure to keep the graduation card in a separate bag to make sure it wasnt damaged.

This is my go to supermarket! The staff is extremely friendly, every single one will say hello to you as they pass by you. The food quality is great and they have a lot of options, vegan, gluten free etc. The deli is awesome! Make sure to try the subs, the turkey board head is my favorite. The ladies at the deli are extremely friendly as well! Expect to always find some sort of bargain too!

I pre-paid and ordered online for a sub to be picked up at 2:30. I arrive at 2:35 to no sub. I expressed my concern to the kind lady behind the pick-up station who then asked the lady at the prep station. She said the sub was prepared and put out at exactly 2:30. My pre-paid pub sub was stolen =(((((I didnt get her name, but the lady in the Sub prep station around 2:40 on November 16, 2019 recreated my order for me. Publix has THE best customer service. Ive always picked up my orders on time, everything is delicious, and the employees always make sure the customers are happy. Thank you!

Complete disappointed. I have been a customer since they opened almost 20 years ago. I bought a product that was expired and returned unopened on the afternoon of 9/12/18, . I did not claim to be sick, neither complaint about expired products in their shelves, that happens all the time. I just wanted my money back, but they patronized me and made me feel like I was making things up. Both the CSR and the Manager should have just accepted the return as Publix policy stands and make their customer want to come back to the same store to give them another chance at customer service.If I wouldve imagined this, I should have just dumped the product to avoid this sour experience.

Forgot to place a special order on time at Publix, so went to the deli on the last minute. I asked to see if they could help me and they gladly waived the 24 hour required for these type of orders and in 10 minutes I was out the door with my order. Forever thankful.

I try to avoid this Publix, if I can. They never have any of the products I want. It isn’t as clean as other Publix. Just all around, this Publix is not where shopping is a pleasure. Close this one down and make a new one by the new American Dream Mall and have it better stocked and managed.

The wait at the Deli section is just ridiculous.. I spent my whole hour break waiting for 1 fried chicken and 1 pound of seasoned potatoes. Theres no sense of urgency whatsoever! And on top of that associates having conversation about their Biolgy class while we have to wait to be taken care of...

Really good variety of products in general. Except wine, which is rather limited. They open lanes as lines get longer. But I really didnt appreciate the way they handled my complaint on the pricing of a product. One of the staff members asked if I couldnt read the label. Both labels were same brand and desciption, one on sale the other wasnt on sale... Not my fault. The comment seemed offensive to me.
