I have been a member With Publix pharmacy for 4 years, now and I’m always happy with the service and with Publix to me their the best always friendly, but this particular Publix all the members are very helpful and friendly except Lauren I believe Shes the manager. she didn’t want to give me her name when I was asking for it and she hung up on me not sure if she didn’t hear me but she was not very caring or understanding! I called again cause she hung up than I was able to get her name! She’s Very dry and not friendly! I said good morning and she’s like how can I help u not acknowledging me saying good morning to her. I was very friendly but not in return I’m very upset! Usually the manager should be able to find a solution to help the customer in any situation.instead she brush me off!Please Lauren learn how to having a better customer service! You represent Publix I have never ever had an issue with Publix! Thank you just needed to share my story and experience with Lauren! The rest of the crew is nice and friendly and helpful!

2 months in a row I go there to buy money order and I have been told the machine is broken. Seriously what kind of management team do they have ? I was told the same thing last month so it means noone is taking care of the equipment very bad experience

One of the ONLY Publix Supermarkets I love. When I need something unusual I bet I can find it here. Also one of the most friendly Publix in all my neighborhood, the staff I mean not the customers :)

It is a shame this store is considered a Publix. Every time you go to purchase at this store they never have what your looking for. This store is all Latin stuff and no variety of anything else.

I love this publix always a quick in and out no lines friendly attentive staff including managers always walking around to make sure you are doing ok and asking if you need help. Very well kept clean and organized.

I hate to have to write this review, because I understand the location is in a predominantly Spanish speaking area, but do not go here if you only speak English and do not understand any Spanish. The people who work there are very friendly, but if you dont know the basics its going to be very hard to ask for any help. Or if youre trying to get a sub or something from the deli. Because they speak very little English. Not only that, it took me 15 minutes to get a half a sandwich. not because of the language barrier, but because the people at the counter are not paying attention and they never have everything that they need right there. this seems to be a problem with every Publix that Ive gone in no matter where I am they always have to go cut more meat, or more cheese or go get lettuce.

Great Service, Very Clean and easy to find everything

I found that I was not given credit for 2 bogo items it added up to around 13 dollars and change not only did they promptly refund my monies but doubled my refund and gifted me the items I was over charged for. I came out of the store a satisfied customer. Thank you Publix

The only Pubix whose cake slices are consistently STALE. Dont let the fresh frosting fool you!

Clean and usual for Publix. Not much for gluten free and vegan stuff. Front end worker didnt speak English.

Please enforce covering noses with masks for employees. What’s the point of the mask if it’s not worn properly ? It’s 9pm and the manager is in the aisle talking to employees with his mask on his chin, employees all over the store are following suit, and cashiers are doing the same. Do better.

Very nice clean like all the publix. You will always see those managers on the floor making sure everything is in order and helping cashiers when they need to.

Big, clean, organized, great place, comfortable

Pharmacist was very polite and respectful. She explains everything in details, since I was new with the pharmacy and all. Also, the young man in the front, when you walk in, was so nice! He saw me limping so he offered the electric chair. I told him thank you but I really needed the exercise for my operated knee... He was such a good kid!You have very good service there!

Update :may 15 again with the deli 🙄 i just needed 1lb of ham again another hour when the amount of employees standing around outweigh the customers waiting thats a problem for as high as their prices are you should have better serviceI hate this store 45 minutes to get a cold sub when their were a good 6 employee just walking around and talking behind the deli counter and the only lady working making subs was sweet but talked more then her hands moved i had 2 ppl in front of me at 12 noon on a Tuesday it shouldnt take that long and then they have nothing but old tomato n lettuce and want to charge me for boars head when I didnt ask for it and act like they did me a favor for fixing the price

Never a bad experience at Publix, but i do have one recommendation: please post online the soup of the day. I get disappointed when i dont see the soup I want. I understand they post it on a calendar in-store, but they change it every time.

I want to start this by saying I LOVE PUBLIX. But this was a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I received today during these hard times. Manager Eli wouldn’t assist me and rudely ignored my questions. I went to a Publix 2 miles away by Westland and they assisted me! Moral of the story drive the extra two miles to receive the customer service Publix customers pay for.

I found all of the items quickly. The cashier was very friendly & professional. I have been going to that location for quite a good while & will continue to do so. Its a great store.

Came to play the lottery after doing grossers it was 9:10 and he said it was close when I ask what time lotto closes he said 45 min earlier than closing. Young kid. And I was like it’s 9:11 and he said sorry it’s close. Didn’t even offer to do in machin I had to do it there. Just no customer service

Everyone here at the store is so attentive and helpful and cheerful. every time I go there. the manager ask me how are you today can I help you with anything or help you find anything. And then started joking around with me. just very pleasant its so great in the store I would recommend anyone to go there.

Most of the staff is friendly but slow. Specially the deli, they have no sense of urgency.

My favorite Publix to go to! The staff here are very friendly and incredibly helpful just in case you need a hand or cant find something they come in clutch! This Publix usually has everything I need whether I stop by during the weekend for groceries or in the middle of the week to pick up some supplies its always quiet and the lines arent bad compared to other Publix locations. The only downfall is the location is jammed pack in the middle of a very busy intersection in Hialeah so it can get really congested and tough at times to enter the shopping plaza. Other than that... love the staff here, especially the deli, and of course those glorious chicken tender subs! So good!

Not enough employees working, only two registers open and 2 employees at Customer Service Desk which were busy selling money orders and other stuff and the Lotto Line wait 9 minutes for one employee to take care of the line ..Incredible.. is true Publix is a pleasure to shop?? I dont believe it.

Store is great but the deli is lackluster when ordering online for pickup. Every time Ive ordered from the deli for pickup, it takes a minimum of half an hour AFTER the time the order is due for them to prepare it. I understand being busy, but this happens even when the store isnt busy. Managers there need to figure out the issue.
