MAK Performance Group did awesome work on my Ford Mustang. I had them put a short throw shifter in my car and a cold air intake. I set up my appointment with them and as soon as I arrived, they began working on my car. Willie (Owner) and Yadrian are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Where do I even begin...I decided to bring my car to Mak Performance basically by pure convenience. It is next to my job and I always noticed a ton of mustangs outside so I figured they have to be doing something right. As a new 2021 Mach 1 owner I was looking for the best to help me build the first boosted/procharged Mach in the country. Oo boy did they not disappoint. Adrian and Willy have been nothing but amazing. From getting the build done in half the time that other shops offer. To never turning me away whether it was showing up randomly with a question or calling every hour...lol.. they made the whole experience easy and memorable. I will be a forever customer and look forward to what our relationship will bring in the near future.

Excellent overall experience at Mak Performance. Had called a few times before I went in the first time and Adrian was always helpful over the phone and willing to help. Brought the car in today to get a resonator delete and an oil change and had a great experience. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. If you have a 5.0 with a mid muffler and want to delete it, definitely the go to shop. Honest and reasonably priced. Will be going back in a few weeks to get a shifter installed. Definitely will be my go to shop from now on.

I’ve been going to Mak Performance since 2008 I’ve had 3 mustangs and they’re the only people I trust taking care of my car. I have taken multiple vehicles to MAK Perfomance throughout the years and they never disappoint. Adrian and Willy are always more than helpful and give the best advice in the interest of the customer. The work is always top notch and they are very competitive with pricing. I used to purchase my mods online to achieve better pricing but ever since turning to MAK, Adrian always finds a discount and it comes out cheaper buying through him. Took my 03 Cobra in for maintenance as it hadnt been driven in a few years. They were professional, didnt try to sell me additional services, got the job done in the timeframe promised, and for what I think was a fair price. I definitely plan on using them for any future engine related work on the car.

Heard a lot about this place, so thought Id try it out. Spoke to someone that represented the company on their FB page that said just come in and we will help you customize your modifications to your Mustang. Well I drove 40min to meet with someone. The gate was closed and I had to call a number to speak to someone that was too busy to help me right there and would email me that afternoon with recommendations and prices. Its been 2 weeks and still nothing. I would not recommend this place if you seek professional advice.Update to respond to the company:Thanks for your reply. Firstly I fully appreciate the CV19 precautions as Im in the service industry and deal with these procedures daily. Secondly I did not say no one came to speak to me. I said I called the number for someone to come and speak to me. Maybe I should of made it clearer - apologize for that. My gripe is that no one reached out to me as promised. The person I spoke to on FB could have told me not to come in personally and saved me the drive. And the gentleman at the gate said he was too busy to give me prices right away and would email me. I suppose I expected an outstanding experience from what I have heard and read.I will change my experience from a 1 star to a 3 star neutral rating.

Ive been taking my car to MAK Performance for over a year now, and they do not let me down. They help me out with anything and everything when it comes to my 2011 Mustang Gt. They did an amazing job when it came to installing my headers, and rebuilding and installing my Transmission and new Clutch. MAK Performance is in my opinion the top shop for anything maintenance and performance.

Brought my 2007 mustang in to mak after taking it to two other mechanics and I honestly can say these guys are the real deal their quick they use quality parts although it may be pricey it’s definitely worth it they update you on what’s going on and go the extra mile to make sure your cars dialed. I have taken all my Mustangs to Willy the owner for over 20 years i havent been to his shop in years but i just recently purchased a 2020 Ecoboost mustang brand new and im going to have a costume Tune done on it tomorrow he is the only one i trust to work on my car and not to have any problems with all my mustangs he did excellent work never had to bring them back so if you have a Mustang this is the place to go.

Not your Daddys mechanic. I had recently leveled my F150 and added new 20x10 (-18 offsets) on a set of 33x12 m/t tires so I was looking good as they say - I just wasnt feeling the ride. The folks at MAK suggested a Diablosport i1000 flash tuner and the S&B Cold Air intake (which has a 56% larger inlet for those that understand air flow). Not only did I get the grawl and the boost that I was looking for but I now get around 26 mpg hwy (I use to get around 22 mpg on the factory wheels). Not too shabby! Thank you MAK.

They have no customer service whatsoever they dont know what theyre doing and instead of them saying that they take your business and then make excuses to why they cant have it done on time and then when you come and you speak to them they have a whole attitude and make his if theyre helping you when your the paying customer Im paying for your service so youre not helping me all together it was a bad experience and I would never do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone their service was terrible. They dont tune they just repair PCMS circuit boards and said it back to the factory settings thats if theyre even doing that much but do not go to them for custom tunings they have no idea how to do it nor what to do

Went to a different location to install my cat back exhaust and they didnt install it correctly. So I called and brought my car over and they were able to fix it in 30 mins. Happy with the outcome as they were rattling bad before and since theyve fixed it I havent heard anything come from the pipes

MAK Performance did amazing work on my ride. They were able to identify an issue that a previous shop missed and quickly rectify. Also, they have a great partnership with Oz Tuning so they have created a one stop shop. I was able to have them tune my truck and its now pushing 600 plus to the wheels. The ability of Adrian and the team is great, however were I was most impressed was the communication and support. I was kept up to date on all the work they were doing. I am not a gear head and Adrian did a great job talking me thru the process, taking pictures of the work and making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend MAK and Oz. My ride is a 2017 SC Roush F150. You wont regret it.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from MAK Performance, I previously spoke to one of the owners via Facebook and he replied very quickly, also answered all my questions in a very friendly way and I decided to trust them to work on my Mustang GT 5.0 2019. I had a terrible experience with Mak. The owner is an absolute hot head. Incredibly rude. His brother, Adrian, was much nicer. I went there a few years ago to get a tune for my mustang that I just installed a vortech on. They noticed my motor and transmission mounts were bad. They gave me a good price to have them installed. But when it came to having them tune the car, the owner said my motor was misfiring badly. and he quoted me for looking into that issue. I had no problem with that, but I was curious to ask other people on a forum about their experience with MAK. A few hours later, I got a call from the owner harassing me about my damaging his reputation on the forums. He emailed me thisDue to the fact that you decided to take this to the internet and attempting to bash us.We are done working on the car. You are being notified to come pick it up and pay what you owe in CASH ONLY.As of tomorrow you will begin to incur storage charges of $100.00 per day as posted.If you do not want the tune let me know and I will return the 93 octane tune that the vehicle had in it when it arrived.When I showed up to pick my car up he yelled at me in front of other customers. I was very disappointed with this experience. and I recommend you look around for other shops that can provide a more professional service.

Got my Mustang GT worked on after a bit of a conversation via Facebook with the staff at Mak Performance. I settled on a cat delete, JLT intake, and tune revision. Everything was professionally installed and the pricing was super competitive. Couldn’t have been a better experience and the car feels totally different now, it’s awesome. The knowledge I gained from them by asking some questions is well worth it. I’ll be back in the future as I decide on more upgrades in the future.

I am a FORD truck owner… you know, Fix Or Repair Daily!!! Not after visiting MAK Performance. Yes I own a heavy vehicle that thanks to the knowledge and expertise of the gentlemen at Mak Performance has been flawlessly running with plenty of power and with more than reasonable fuel economy. I have been their customer for several years now and often visit to see what is new for my truck and its performance. Because I frequently ask the personnel at Mak Performance for suggestions I get to see customers come in and out incredibly satisfied with their results so I have an urge to address two specific reviews on this site, Amir Rosi and Mark Saul. Let me guess boys, you took your vehicles to other “Cracker Jack” mechanics and your vehicles came out so bad you could not bear the embarrassment of telling anyone you spent that much money for a Dollar Store outcome and since you suffered from undescended gonads you could not even request the warranty work to fix it. Then you asked other mechanics from the Wannabe tribe to help you and they hurt themselves scratching their head wondering what plumber worked on your car. Then you got to a well recommended Mak Peformace. As they usually work, they told you roughly the issue but clarified that they could not be accurate until they check the vehicle. They found out what your “Cracker Jack” did and fixed it to the point that you loved it but were shocked at their sometimes brutal honesty and the cost of correcting someone else’s alien work. All of a sudden you grew some hair in your chest, yet without conducting a Laparoscopy to correct your previous condition, you decided to engage them verbally, you threatened them and got a response that left you stuttering with a high blood pressure and with your tail between your legs. I apologize if I am somewhat inaccurate about the vehicle incident, not for the spot on evaluation about your denigrating character. Look, I will not dare say they are perfect, but they are reasonable, knowledgeable and fair, PARTICULARLY if the customer is right. They have earned their respect from engine design engineers from major car manufacturers, after-market performance parts manufacturers, and mechanics locally and abroad to the point that they are requested as the lead mechanics in races in other countries. I must add that they provide feedback for the performance and fitment of new market products before they are mainstreamed. Ask your “Cracker Jack” mechanic what is his claim to fame, although I think I can tell. These guys at MAK PERFORMANCE are simply… THE BEST!

3 years and $13k over original quote and I still got my car back not as promised bate a switch and once they have you your at their mercy! Rudeness and unprofessionalism are their only assets it shouldnt have taken a year but they got to it when they felt like it and held me to ransom so I paid to ha e it finished had they given me the right price for the job I would never have proceeded and sold it off!!! Thieves!!! Go elsewhere or you will suffer the same!
