Belcky was super nice at the beginning and even offered to pick up the pieces. We got the pieces back later than promised and then upon checking, found out one piece given to them to repair was not returned. After calling and texting several times, we finally got the missing piece, now broken in 3 places instead of 2 (how it was given to them). They could not fix it and did give us a refund for that piece. However, it was a run-around to get it back and delivery times were later than stated on both occasions. Very disappointing, since they were so kind.
