Super disappointed! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 1 o’clock and they weren’t that busy so I was able to ask the manager “Rafa” a quick question while he was helping out another customer at the same time he said yes we can help you go ahead and put your name down on the list in which I did. Waited 30 min for him to them tell me I’m gonna have to call and do it over the phone. Totally wasted my time. Also, the way he speaks to his employees is AWFUL!! If he feels the need to criticize them he needs to do it in the back not where customers can hear it. He talked to his employees like trash. Feel sorry for those employees!

The people there are always nice. Today I happened to be helped by a trainee. She was very helpful and very nice. The manager told me about the new phone trade on special for android. I was in-and-out very quick.

I had to wait a few hours just to buy some accessories in the store. I wasnt happy with one of them so I decided to return it the same day. I was waiting for about 30 minutes outside. When I was finally in the store, the tmobile expert said they couldnt help me since they would close the store in 15 minutes. I told her Ive been waiting outside. There was another lady inside waiting for her cell phone. She told me, they should be able to help me since they were refusing to give her a phone and she was calling the cooperated office. The tmobile representative Rachelle went inside and told the other tmobile representative what the lady told me. After that they refused service to her. This employees are lazy. They dont want to work. I wont be buying anything from here anymore. What can you expect with that appearance, no name tags no customer service skills at all.

Waited 30 minutes in my car with wife and 1 year old daughter. Only to be greeted by a rude store associate. If you dont like your job find another one dont be rude to potential customers now I have to go with another carrier.

Ever since the Victorville employees got to this store I’ve had the worst experiences. I just went in right now around 540, just so I could get the screen protector put on my daughters phone. Maybe about 15-20mins of Patiently Waiting and not been acknowledged. I finally ask the lady for some help or if someone else could help me. She answered me so rude. She legit made me speechless. After not doing anything for anyone she finally helped me. This store is still really good but only when the OGs are there. I understand she was alone, but there’s ways and manners to go about it. Lucky I have been with T-Mobile lots of years and her service won’t change mine about theirs.

Worst customer service! I went to get my warranty exchange and they put me on a waiting list and said they would call me when they could help me. I waited and just saw them help people who arrived after me. I just walked away. I got called 2hours later. Too late, you guys lack skills. Never going back.

Worst service ever I order a hotspot came in got it didn’t work and then I went to turn it back in and order a new one had to wait an hour and a half while they took people who came in after me. Then once I went to pick up the new one they wenrent prepared and disorganized also waited another hour and half while they took in people who were after me again .

This was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. Jovanna, hope I spelled her name correctly, was very patient and calm when answering my questions. She was very pleasant to have taking care of my purchase. Wish everyone was pleasing to interact with like it was with her.

Waste of time. Better off going to another store. Bought a new phone used it for a few days didnt like it went to return the phone within the 14 days policy and they said couldnt return due to an error cause I paid the phone in full when purchased. Makes no sense. Dont go here just save headache.

Recieved a gift of a Galaxy phone that was purchased 2days before from T-Mobile. To turn the phone on, it had to be unlocked which could only be done if I signed up for T-Mobile service (currently Verizon). Or I could wait 180 days😪, the phone would be unlocked & I can use the server of my choice .😊

Went in a couple a weeks ago to replace my husbands Note 10 because he had been having problems with the screen tint turning yellow and sometimes not being able to see anything on it since his phone was under the 1 year warranty Samsung gives. I get there and the lady starts to check the phone and says that they could not give me another one because it had a deep scratch that her nail got caught in it. It was not a deep scratch like how she made it seem but nevertheless she could not do the exchange that I would have to call customer service and see what could be done because according to her I did not have insurance on the phone which I knew for sure I did but that she was not able to see it on her end. Called customer service and they did verify that I had insurance but since the lady indicated it had a deep scratch I had to pay a deductible I told them that the scratch was not the issue that it was a hardware or something else. I ended up calling Samsung and they had no problem replacing the screen on my phone for $0. Thanks for nothing T-Mobile whats the point of having insurance if the phone has hardware problems (which does not require a deductible) and I still have to pay a deductible for something not related to the issue!

Ive had to visit T-Mobile on a few different occasions and this is by far my favorite location in the high desert. The gps on my phone was no longer working and instead of simply pushing me to spend hundreds of dollars on an upgrade, the staff explained my options to me. They reported my phone as defective and my replacement was there within 2 business days. The folks that work here are always kind, courteous and have fantastic customer service skills. Ive been helped by nearly everyone on the staff and could not be happier! Thank you to Dre, Joey, Auborn, and the beautiful gal with the Om tattoo whose name Im completely blanking on (I apologize) all of you have been immensely helpful and youve all helped create a customer for life.
