Today i recieved very excellent customer service. The employees were very welcoming when i arrived. I was helped by an employee by the name of Daniel and i would just like to say his customer service was by far the greatest i have ever experienced at at&t. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable with every question i had. He is a very great employee to have at your store. Thank-you so much! I will continue to shop at this store for the amazing customer service i received today. (:

Taylor is amazing here at this AT&T! I had ordered new devices on the website to have shipped to my home and the order was canceled but I was never informed. I had been back and forth with the customer service reps over the phone and none of them informed me that my order was cancelled until the day before I went into the store. Taylor was very understanding to the situation I had dealt with over the week and she helped me tremendously! My devices arrived to my home next day and I couldn’t be more thankful for the service she provided.

Ever since my husband and I started going to this store, we have been very satisfied with their service. Melonie is the person weve been dealing with lately and she has been nothing but courteous, friendly and helpful to us.Erica helped me today until Melonie got to the store and she was just as courteous, friendly and helpful as Melonie. They are great employees that take the time to help the customers. I really hope that AT&T takes care of their outstanding employees because its employees like this that keeps us from changing to a different provider. Now on the other hand, Direct TV is a branch of AT&T that needs to be dealt with. My direct TV bill went up to more than a hundred dollars a month. I called Direct TV to see if I could get any promotions to bring my bill down and the only discount I could get was 10.00 a month or downsize my package. I ended up cancelling my Direct TV. It didnt matter to the person I spoke to that my husband and I have been loyal AT&T customers for several years. The Direct TV representative I dealt with made me feel as if losing my account is not going to hurt them. There is a lot of competition out there and I feel that no company is too big to not need every customer they have. Ive been around long enough to see bigger companies fall. Direct TV needs to find ways to keep their customers long term instead of having them go to the competition.

Yolanda is the best person to go to for tv service!!! Hit her up for the best deals for her to take care of you. If you complete the purchase outside of the store she will hook you up with gift cards and same day install. It was nice because I got it installed same day for my family yesterday and got a gift card in exchange

Great package deals through Direct TV. Paying less for phone and programming. Also really helpful customer service at this store, my husband and I are so grateful since we are seniors. Excellent help with everything, we were not used to this having been with Verizon for decades. I recommend this At&t store highly. we needed help with everything and got it with smiles and pleasantness.

Was extremely happy with the help I got at the Hesperia store. I’ve been sent around to multiple stores to get something called First Net added to my account. Which customer service couldn’t even help me with. Luckily the employee Melanie was really nice and helped make sure I left with the discount and made sure my family got the discount too. It was nice to finally get helped.

They took care of a customer that came in after I did so that didnt set the stage for a very good visit. The person who helped me I think was new because he really didnt know what was going on and had to keep asking the woman that works there. Ive never been a big fan of AT&T and this visit has not changed my mind.

Waited 30m for them to tell me they arent a full at&t store...horrible customer service.

I went to your store to get my family new phones because I want to switch to at and leave Verizon but I could only get 4 phones when I needed 6 and I got direct TV and I was told I had to a deposit on phone 5 amount 278.00 and phone 6 478.00 I was not happy at all I could not get what I needed when I have good credit plus work for home depot I dont under stand why I could not get all of them the same way as the first 4 so I guess the big familys get screwed IM NOT HAAPY AT ALL NOW Im 2 phones short when its buy one get one for 75 % off with direct TV NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Had multiple problems from my previous carrier and finally got the help I was looking for. Great staff and clean store.

Had to order a screen protector for my S8 as they didnt have one in stock. Went to pick it up and the doors were locked, before 8pm. Supposed to open until 8.

One guy two customers had to leave cause he couldnt multitask. Staff here is always lagging on taking care of customers.

Came in last night and was not helped or greeted for at least 30 mins. The girl named Melannie working was on her phone the whole time and when I asked for a quote she said I can check online. I came into store to get a quote so I ended up going to Verizon but then they were closed.

The biggest mistake I’ve ever-made was going to this store the so called business manager terrace is a scam artist that will open up accounts with out your approval and makes nothing but false promises that he can’t deliver on save your self the headache and find a different store

What a nice looking store. But its not owned by AT&T Corporation. Its privately owned company. This store is only authorized to do specific functions within their guidelines. Unlike the Authorized Corporate owned AT&T stores. Basically, this particular Store is allowed to sell AT&T cell phones, tablets and accessories ect. So, I was very discouraged to say the least, when I needed my cell phones puk code to unlock my sims card. My phone is completely unusable with only one option and that is to make emergency calls only. All this store could offer me was to replace the sims card, whichAt that point I would lose all my pictures, documents and other private irreplacable folders, items. Anyways, my point is do not bother going to this store for any serious tech support needed. Find corporate sales store for those types of issues. Thats why Im only giving them one star. Nice store, nice and helpful employees, thou.
