So glad I found this place last year. Thought my exhaust was going bad and it turned out to be the wheel bearings. Thought for sure the brakes would need done because of the miles but turns out they are still good. They could easily have told me yes but they were honest. Called with updates before doing work and it was done in a timely fashion. I recommend them to all myfriends.

Joseph, Dakota, and Jason are amazing human beings!!! I called and spoke with Joseph and he told me to come on down. He fixed my tire quick, fast, and in a hurry. I’m from Texas and I had to leave pretty quickly back to Texas. Needless to say, they got me back on the road within about 20 minutes!!! If I ever come back to PA (which is highly unlikely) I will go in just to simply tell them hi!!! 10 STARS!!! I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!! 😝😝😝

I had to pull over twice during a 2 hour drive to Sharon due to a tire losing air pressure. I stopped at the hermitage location late in the afternoon to see if they could find the issue before I did the 2 hour drive home. They took my car right away. There was no nail or anything obvious that was causing the problem, and thankfully they were determined to find the cause so I could have a worry free drive home. After lots of soapy water and looking, they found the issue, fixed it and I was out the door within 30 minutes for my long drive home. Many thanks to the two guys working today 8/27 who helped me out. I got home without any issues. Thank you!!!!

Not happy with the service. I went in for a wheel alignment and was basically refused service without replacing tires. I will be the first to admit it, my front and rear tires had a lot of tread wear difference. However, my only concern was the front. Recently replaced tie rods, ball joints etc.... My expectations as a customer were never considered. When I asked him if his machine could only read the front and use the sensors in front of the car The manager got angry. The manager got very loud with me and actually walked away from me when I was not being rude to him. He was saying No alignment machines have sensors in the front of the vehicle, that the only way is aligning the front to the back, if the back has a problem I cant touch the front. I have never seen one that didnt have sensors mounted on the wall, ceiling or some right on top of the freaking tool box. I am almost 40, when I was a tek we actually had something called a high-speed alignment. I know times have changed, but really. Lastly, I dont know if it is because I African American but he really insulated my intelligence. He told me that his machine went into the tire. And tire were would greatly effect results. NOT TRUE. For that reason, all machines attach to the wheel. The wheel it the metal part (rim) tire is the rubber part.It doesnt matter whether you get your alignment before or after having your new tires put on. Most experts agree that the only effect worn tires have on your alignment is a change to the vehicles ride height which, given todays steering and suspension design, should be negligible.Mar 15, 2016Actual alignment machine

I see all these 5 star reviews and i guess i just happen to be the unfortunate one, my wife stopped here a few months back to get a basic oil change, mind you we have our own mechanic broadway ernies in farrell, but we couldnt wait until he had an open bay so we went to monro, when Mark down at broadway ernies does our oil changes he marks his filters with this initials, well when i went back to mark for the oil change after my previous one from monro he noticed they never changed the filter when they changed my oil, it was still the same filter he put on with his initials written on it, so monro charged me for a new oil filter that was never put on my car, and there is irrefutable evidence of this cause of the initials that were put on there. I feel like we were taken advantage of and pretty much ripped off!!!!!

We had a low tire pressure while driving on Route 80. We filled it with air to no avail. We got off of 80 and went on E. State St. find a place to fix the tire. Ryan at the front desk was great. He looked at the tire, saw the problem, and we were able to get our tire fixed in record time. Gary, the mechanic, did a great job. We drove another 175 miles in a severe thunderstorm and the tire held perfectly. I would have complete confidence in this business. I was considering purchasing a used car from Preston Ford and scheduled an appointment for this shop to give it a once over. Joseph Link was the mechanic I dealt with. He was thorough and honest in his recommendations on the car-- what needed replaced, etc prior to my agreeing to purchase. He gave me great peace of mind!

I had a flat tire in the morning. Called around to find a place that could either patch or replace it asap. Monro said to bring it in right away and they had it fixed in a half hour! Great service and friendly staff! They charged a fair price as well.

The other day I was having issues with a flat tire that I discovered at lunchtime during work. I was very upset because I travel from Pittsburgh to Hermitage for work and I was unsure if I was going to get home even thought I managed to get air in the tire.Once I was done with work I googled some places and thought, this is the closest I cant make it too far on my way home. So I called to make sure I could show up and not need an appointment and from the moment I talked to one of the guys on the phone it was relaxing. Witty banter and the reassurance of them being able to take a look helped get rid of my stress.Once I pulled into the parking lot and went inside I was greeted by two of the kindest guys who went right to work on checking out why my tire was having the issue. Of course it takes awhile but one of them came out to keep me company for a little while the other was finishing up. There was easy conversation and it was not awkward like most cases.Needless to say these two guys fixed my tire quickly and professionally so I was in and out and on my way home to Pittsburgh. I couldnt be more thankful. There is nothing worse than having an extremely flat tire to start your afternoon with and wondering if youre going to need to change a tire in a winter storm in order to get anywhere to have the tire fixed once done with work. They were there and they were ready. I appreciate what those two guys did for me and I will definitely be returning if anything happens to my car while in Hermitage.I wish I lived closer because the family and friends Ive told about this Monro would definitely visit if they needed anything done.5 stars and more guys, I appreciate you!

I walked in at about 6:00PM. I needed an oil change. They close at 7:00PM and had other customers but they made time for me! Curt was super helpful checking my car in. He was very pleasant and funny. They also have good prices. Had me in an out in under 45 minutes for a walk in.

Never a long wait with an appointment. Always friendly and careful with my vehicle. Little pricey but Ive never had bad work done.

My dad took my car this morning to get my tire checked as my pressure was low. I had taken It into firestone a week prior and was told nothing was wrong. Kurt took us in right away and instantly found a tiny nail in my tire. He fixed it right up and didn’t charge us a dime. The service here is beyond phenomenal. I will happily return for any future needs!

I was only in the area for 30 hours, traveling here from eastern PA, and my tailpipe came off my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Oh no! Andrew at the Hermitage PA location was able to help right away on a Saturday morning, so my party and I could make it back to eastern PA on our planned schedule. Had some great conversation with Andrew, and really appreciated him getting me back on the road so quickly. I just moved back home after 40 years of living in the sunshine state of Florida. My dad has been a devoted customer and continues to be. I had a great experience at this location. I made an appointment for 11am and showed up a half hour early and they took me right away. The staff was very kind. Joe was awesome! He was very personable. I really appreciate how relatable and informative he was. All in all, it was a positive experience. I will definitely be back.

I had been here about a year ago for an inspection, the guys were rude and condescending when my Jeep failed to pass, So I decided never to stop back and just take my Jeep somewhere else. Fast forward to today and my Jeep needs an oil change I noticed the “ Under New Management “ sign and decided everyone deserves a second chance. Wow is all all I can say. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease, conversation flowed smoothly, my oil was changed and I was on the road in under a half hour. I will be back for any future work that I might need done.

DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment because they were the only place that I could get into last minute. They charged me over double what it should have cost to replace my tie rods and then did an alignment. I had to get a SECOND alignment 5 days later. I went to my usual mechanic to renew my inspection and asked him to check everything thoroughly and he told me I needed an alignment BADLY. He had no idea that I had just gotten it done at Monro. He told me that they either didnt do the alignment at all or whoever did it was completely incompetent. He gave the the before and after printouts so I could try to get my money back. Also, when I was at Monro, I asked about replacing 2 of my tires and they quoted me over $300. I went to Walmart directly after and paid $154 for the same exact tires. This place will rob you blind.

This place used to be good and reasonably priced. But in the past year or so they have lost their minds with their pricing. They quoted me $1850 for brakes and rotors on a 12 year old vehicle. I priced the parts myself - $397.34. That’s $1450 in markup and labor FOR BRAKES AND ROTORS...from my cost not theirs which is absolutely insane. I complained about the prices to the girl working the front desk and she couldn’t care less. They won’t be in business in our area very much longer...my family will never go there again. Don’t go to this place.

First time going here. I was very impressed with the service. Everyone was very nice and informative. We had trouble with our exhaust line, and they showed us what was going on and all our options.They were frank about the damage, and very helpful. They said they like to take care of their customers, and it shows. We will be back; could not recommend this place enough.

Great experience under new managment! Even tested their honesty in a manner i wont go into due to bad experiences with money hungry POS mechanics but, I found them to be honest as can be 100% which is very hard to find in a mechanic now a days. Most will rip you off in any manner they can, not Joe. I am mechanical as can be but played stupid, just didnt have the time to do the work i already knew it needed going in. 100% honesty! The work they said it needed it did.

Sometimes there is transition, but for 11 years these folks treat me right and honest. Shout out to the DM, that brought my new tires from Erie. Just wanted to take care of me. Im kinda special, but they certainly made me feel that way as well. Kudos to All of you.

Upon looking at my brakes that weren’t stopping at all; they found that there was a Ford/Lincoln extended warranty on my brake booster. Upon calling Ford I was told that they couldn’t assist me. However, Jeremy spoke with the Ford representative for me. When that didn’t resolve the issue, he printed out the paperwork and gave it to me so that I could resolve the issue on my own. I was able to get the Ford dealership to replace my brake booster. Thanks again Monro

How hard is it to admit when you do something wrong? Obviously somebody’s going to notice when there’s a huge crack in the windshield that wasn’t there before. Not to mention coming from the end of a windshield wiper. You check those. So you go without saying anything hoping we don’t notice it? No, if you hadn’t done it, you would’ve said “hey, by the way did you notice that you had a crack in the windshield?” And offer services or recommend somebody. Instead we walk out, get in, notice it, have to go back in and argue with you over something that you KNOW you’ve done wrong. Very poor business. Didn’t even try to be nice about it. Just went straight to defending yourself. You obviously don’t know the first rule about customer service. Go back to training and learn something. Now you’re going to hurt your business by the way you handled the situation. Good job.

This is my first google review. I was in with my stepson and saw the sign in the lobby to rate you. I felt the need to write this due to the gentleman named Bill behind the counter. It appeared to be a very busy day but Bill took time with each customer and even made time for a 10 minute friendly conversation with me about gardening. This is definitely my new go to place.

I drove an hour to this location to be able to get an alignment on my truck. I was told they would be able to get me in that day, no problem. I was told to be there at 3:30 p.m. and after sitting for 20 minutes they finally checked me in and took my keys. At 4:15 they called me and told me that my truck would fit on the machine. I do have a lift and tires on my truck but its no bigger than a normal vehicle. I dont even think he pulled it on the machine, I just think the guy didnt want to do the work because he knew it was getting closer to closing time. Due to this situation and one other, I will no longer be taking my stuff to Monro. Ive had nothing but bad experiences with Monro.

He even showed me what was replaced on the car, old parts, and why they need to do the recommended work. Very thorough!Sully, the supervisor, was there when I dropped off the car. Almost 12 hours later he was still there, making sure everything I needed done was taken care off (it was alot of work).Thank you, also, to Ryan who picked me up to get my car, very nice young man.Bottom line - I had been taking the car to Flynns repeatedly, same issues never fixed. I was just throwing money away (putting a band-aid it). Flynns had great customer service. But, they never got to the root of the problem, even after repeated complaints about the same issues. Mornos addressed everthing after just one visit.It was an expensive trip, but everything was necessary. Done right the first time at Flynns I wouldnt have had to endure multiple repeated charges for issues that kept arrising.I will take my car to Mornos next time it needs serviced.

Went here today for an oil change. After service was done got in my vehicle and windshield had a huge crack in it that was not there before. The “manager” said it was there before which it was not because I would have definitely noticed it. Also never told me that break inspection was no longer included and never offered me the service, apparently just assumed that I knew. One tire was a little low on air and they never even put air in it. Terrible service. Manager didn’t even inform me that the window was cracked, had to see it for myself and then go back in to report it. Manager was very rude and very unprofessional, didn’t even seem to care. Used to have no problems here but a new staff came in and gives terrible service. Will not ever be returning and will tell all family and friends.
