I had a great experience last night with Harry at (13 Front St Store) far better than any Verizon branches that I have been in the past. Harry was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the products, professional, helpful and was never tired of answering my questions. I came to the store only to upgrade my phones but since I was so satisfied with the overall service Harry convinced me to purchase some accessories, with that said Harry surpassed my expectations, outstanding and he is a very good asset for the Verizon company. Last but not least, Shaq was super helpful as well, very knowledgeable, exceptional and courteous. I would recommend this store to anyone. 👍

Not a good selections of phones available, and only one phone was available to actually handle. The salesman was very knowledgeable and presented enthusiastically. The store can obtain any phone you would like within the day if it is not in stock. We purchased phones for my parents at a great price and the salesman customized their phones and apps according to their needs.

When going to Verizon to upgrade phones I’m always anxious because I’ve been to multiple locations and haven’t had a great experience. I went to this location and had an exceptional experience. Not only did I upgrade my phones but I also got accessories which I never do but had to because the service was astronomical. Harry was very knowledgeable and helped with me all my questions and concerns on another level. He has a lot of patience and was very nice. Shaq was very professional efficient and nice also. They both made this process as easy as pie. I will not think twice going back to this location for anything because of them.

You guys are the best . Got the best service here and all the questions have been answered. Very good customer service.patience and kindness. They actually work on your bill to get it lower. Make us feel to stay with Verizon forever. Manager has the great personality. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Great service , never had such good service. Im 76 years old and i dont know how to use a phone and she was extremely patience and explain everything. I would recommend this location to anyone. This is the best

I needed fast service to watch videos and listen to music on my hour long train commute to work every day. Jay, who also has a long commute himself, shared his opinions on phones and set me up with unlimited super fast data and an awesome phone with an incredible picture. My experience here was unlike any other visit to a cell phone store. Jay went out of his way to show me everything about my new iphone and some great apps to listen to music. I will never go anywhere else but this store.

Came to this Verizon location looking to switch phone carriers. Jay and Priyanka assisted me in this process and made it a super easy transition. I received exceptional customer service, they ensured everything i needed was taken care of and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this Verizon location!

She quickly helped me refine my plan to save me money. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I strongly encourage anyone to visit this Verizon store.

Do not go to this store by any means to purchase or sign up to verizon. I was a long long time sprint customer. I came to this store in July and they offered me an insensitive if I switched over to verizon they would give me 200 per line I switched over after 30 days of service. Its now been nearly 90 days of service and I call verizon to see where my 400 was and it seems they have never processed this when I switched over. Not only did I leave sprint which I have been with for over 10 years. But now I am paying more monthly and never received the 400 gift cards. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and delt with. Stay with what ever company you have do not go to Verizon!!!

Look, Ive been thru alot of stores for wireless but I have say this sales associate named Jay is THE BEST! Very good at what he does trust when I tell you!

Ive had the best service with this company, came to upgrade and add a line somehow we ended up having to be stuck here for 3 hours plus but they remained calm no matter how angry i got and got this resolved in the best timeframe they could, Justin, Eric and Sivesh ate the best sales men ive dealt with. Very pleased with my service.

Horrible company. They over charge on phones and are very pushy on products and services. I recently found out they are a third party store so that explains it. Stay away and go to a corporate store.
