Walked in service done with the help from Ms. Gloria and Ms. Crystal, they are kind and efficient. Watching fake news from CNN while waiting is another privilege which most of the people dont appreciate. Shut it down!

The service/ maintenence is not great. Long waiting periods just for an oil change. Some of the representatives are not helpful and transparent with info on your car. They used to offer manicures while you wait and food, but not anymore.

I brought my car in to have the airbag replaced because it was subject to a recall. Having never been there before, I walked into the showroom and told an employee that I was there for an 8:00am appointment to have my airbag replaced.He immediately started in on a sales pitch and wanted me to buy a car. I told him I was not interested in a new car right now. He then says something about the airbags being a problem on models like the one I already own. I knew that. Thats why I was there having it replaced.Anyway, he tried a few times to make a sale but eventually told me where to find the service department.After I got my car back, I noticed they hadnt lock the steering column in place. Not a huge deal, but also not something that makes me want to ever return.

I had an over priced estimate in Toyota Massapequa and when I stopped by millennium Toyota dealership for parts I spoke to the service agent about the issue , They walked that extra mile and contacted service department to see if my car break worth that number or no . After checking the car again I had the car fixed within 2 hrs. For the half of the mistakenly estimated service price in Toyota Massapequa . Thank you so much for your business

I highly recommend this business!! They are very fast and offer excellent services. I am very pleased with how quick and well organized the whole process was done. My car, which was extremely dirty due to construction in our building, became perfectly clean and shiny including the wheels after the thorough washing. Im very impressed by their services and highly recommend!!

Over 3 hrs for oil change and wheel alignment. No multipoint inspection checklist paper that explains exactly what was done, tire pressures was over expected.
